I recently switched Primary Care Providers to Ace Primary Care. Making an appointment was simple and quick, they were very accommodating in getting a urgent appointment scheduled. It was my first experience with Elizabeth C., and it was an excellent one! She evaluated my symptoms, determined what she felt the cause of my problem was, and addressed the condition the most appropriate prescription. Positive results were seen very quickly. Everyone has their horror stories of various Doctors and medical practices that they have personally experienced (and I just left one of those practices), but my experiences with ACE to date, have been excellent and first class. read more

RUN AWAY GO ELSEWHERE DONT USE THIS PLACE any primary care is better than this one. I had abnormal CT scan with a perforated bowel which is immediate hospitalization and death. They called and said they could see me in 3 to 4 weeks gof follow up on their first office opening but yet I can come and get a mammogram tomorrow??????? They are working on a SEVERELY low IQ level. All my records are open to the public and anybody could look at them if they want. Theyve botched up four separate times and thid one was really bad. it's being taken care of by Southwest Medical properly not by Ace ( acehole ) primary..... ... do not pick this office for your primary... be safe.... read more

If Ace Primary were only disorganized, that would be one thing. But they've somehow created a perfect storm of dysfunction. My NP communicates with the intensity of a military drill instructor -- stern, commanding, and absolutely certain she knows best -- yet despite all that authority, she couldn't manage the simplest task: sending a basic lab order to Quest. I asked. I followed up. I waited. Nothing. And calling the office? Imagine phoning tech support in India circa 2003: "You are #73 in the queue... please hold for the next 4 days and enjoy our 1950s elevator music and by the way here's lots of info about our new North Las Vegas office that you have zero interest in" That's Ace Primary's entire communication system. A black hole with hold music and a new office sales pitch. After weeks of trying to get a routine blood test order sent, I finally switched to a provider who answers the phone, follows through, and treats patients like humans instead of recruits. Ace Primary needs a complete administrative overhaul before I could recommend them to anyone. read more

In Nevada, whether you are required to take a urine drug test (UDT) depends more on your provider's judgment and your treatment duration than a rigid state mandate for every refill. While Nevada law (specifically Assembly Bill 474) does not strictly require a urine test for every single oxycodone fill, it does establish heavy requirements for monitoring patients on long-term opioid therapy. All I wanted is one in the AM and one before I go to sleep. For some reason this facility thinks I am a drug seeker. I am 78 and I have MANY chronic pain centers to which the Oxy takes the edge off. So now I am in constant pain thanks to this "care" center. read more

Let's start off? I'm a heart transpent plant patient from UCSD which told me I needed a routine skin cancer exam. So I decided to book one locally, because I'm living in Nevada. Unfortunately, Ca is not happening, I booked the appointment the same day and because they had no other appointments available, so I drove the hour in 22 minutes to the facility. Just too take a bunch of notes, fill out some paperwork, and then give me paperwork to go get blood work saying, because I may have a compromised immune system that they can't do anything without blood work. Which is not true? Therefore, I'm not going back and I do not plan on doing the blood work. I'll do my blood work with my other provider. No blood work is need to do routine examination for skin cancer. Thanks for wasting my time. I enjoyed long drive with my sore back, and the five stitches in my head and racked up shoulder. Have a great day. They were guaranteed to see me once a year and more if I develop any issues. Now only once, I'm sorry my time is precious. read more

We e been to see the doctor and NP twice now and we have a third appointment . 2 appointments ago they went over my son's medications and they still haven't sent them to CVS for a refill. I came in today to the office since my son has not had a refill on his blood pressure medicine for 5 days and I get a arrogant attitude from the receptionist Sierra who just basically said no one is here to help you and I could basically care less about helping you with her attitude! It's a shame that the NP and doctor seemed ok when we visited but if this is the extent of care or more like "I don't care"attitude when they can't send a prescription after 2 months and 2 visits with a life threatening medication I would not suggest this doctor. There is a major breakdown! read more

Absolutely terrible clinic, from not being able to reach someone there since their numbers leads to an overseas contact center to them not having any follow through on things as simple as writing a prescription. My wife, Dr Valeria Asimenios and I both became patients of Dr Desai, and had our initial exams. Dr Desai was thorough, asked appropriate questions, and especially, she listened to us. She also has a great sense of humor. The examinations were not rushed, and we were made to feel that we were important, not just a task to get through or just "another patient I have to see." We were impressed by the whole office. The front desk people all greeted us with a smile, as did the assistants who called us into the rooms and took all the initial information. Even the Waiting room TV was terrific....it had INTERESTING shows to watch. Imagine that in a doctor's office. Everyone in the office was pleasant, knew their jobs, did their jobs efficiently, made sure all our concerns with dealt with professionally. We recommend this medical practice, with the highest ratings we can give. read more

This practice feels very scamy. Needing a refill sent in and they want to schedule another visit. Last time they did this they told me I wouldn't be charged but lo and behold I got a bill for $70.00 for a couple minute encounter to correct a dosing issue. I let them know they said I wouldn't not be charged (specially spoke with the front desk) and there was nothing they could do about it. Needing another refill and some random person calls and texts saying you need to come in. I'm not sick, I have no side effects, but they want to meet. I said let me know what the reason is.... No response from the person who calls / texts. It seems like from other reviews on here they are more about revenue generation than looking out for patients and providing quality, medically necessary care. Gave them a shot after the surprise $70.00 bill thinking maybe it was a fluke and it seems like it's going to just going to be the same situation I find myself in every 3 months. read more

This place is an absolute joke. Called several times the first time to schedule an appointment, left a message. Nobody ever called me back. The second time I was able to schedule a visit, but it wasn't till a month and a half out. As soon as I arrive to my appointment, it wasn't disclosed to me until then that they weren't accepting NEW Medicaid patients. This would've been helpful to know when I was originally scheduling my appointment. The women at the front desk had no empathy and completely disregarded me for the inconvenience. Do better ACE Primary care!!! read more

Couldn't be more disappointed with this place. I visited on 3/26/26. The staff that checked my vitals before the doctor came in, verified that I am allergic to penicillin. Then comes the doctor, Dr. Desai. After her diagnosis, she sends a prescription to the pharmacy containing steroids and an antibiotic that had 10% penicillin which moments before this happened I reminded her that I am allergic to it and in my 66yrs, they gave it to me once when I was a baby. I showed allergic reactions and was never given to me again. Nonetheless, the good doctor seemed persistent that the %10 wont harm me. Not feeling good about this I left the clinic. Shortly after the pharmacy called raising concern about the prescribed medication that I am allergic to. The said they'd call the doctor to sort it out. The doctor never returned their call. In 4 hours, I made 4 calls to this clinic to have the doctor fix this error. She finally wrote a 2nd prescription 4 hrs later. After all of this, the pharmacy gave me only the steroids and not the antibiotics since the good doctor had her numbers and dosages wrong. They offered to call the doctor again after she did not return the first call to sort things out. I told them not to bother since this doctor never returned their first call. She seemed so persistent on the med containing 10% as that drug maker was giving her a bigger kick back. Overall, I could not be more disgusted with this experience. I called Medicare, filed a complaint and switch to a different primary. I will also file a complaint with the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners. A doctor that prescribes a medicine that the patient is allergic too while being fully aware it, should not be in practice. Update: About a half an hour after the above was posted, the pharmacy texted that the correct medication was ready to pickup. Right after this posting. read more

dr lied on the visit notes. see attached screenshots of visit notes pdf. blue text are my corrections to the doctor's blatant fraudulence. check your visit notes!!! this is the second time this very thing has happened when i've tried to establish care with a primary care doctor. it happened at another practice; but, appears to be a pattern since it has happened at two different medical practices in two different clark county cities using two different medicare advantage insurance providers managed by two different medical groups in two different years. i am done trying to find primary care in clark county nv. i will continue manage my diagnoses myself and triage at an emergency department when necessary. clark county medical providers suck major ass! We started with Ace Primary care in August of 2023 and it was great! Within a few short months, though, they got very busy, grew their practice and moved a few times. By the time they got to their present location, their practice had grown substantially and I understand they are also located in Summerlin. Our experience changed from really great to highly disappointing. We were supposed to see Dr. Desai for a wellness follow up in January 2025 but we were not text-reminded, I forgot and by May I realized I had better call for an appointment. Long story short, it did not work as well as expected. Getting a straight answer to an honest question was very difficult and the rudeness and inept responses were not acceptable. Had not seen our doctor, Dr. Desai since November 2024, the new personnel were anything but professional or concerned about our well-being and we finally changed to another senior care facility who are superb! It seemed that because the practice grew so quickly, they lost that kindness, care, professionalism that we expected and appreciated. We expected better, as we had become accustomed with Dr. Desai, and the rapid growth changed the face of Ace Primary Care from a genuine, care-giving professional medical office to a place where no one knows you or cares enough to bother. read more

I learned they are all about money. I personally feel the service they offered called a health coach is nothing more than them calling your pharmacy and placing an order for a blood pressure monitor. We all can do this. We don't need them calling and then charging your insurance company and we still end up paying them. It's a revolving scam. They are preying on seniors. All seniors are not handicapped. Shame on ace primary. You fooled me but never again!!! read more

This is my primary care office. They are friendly and efficient. They are flexible with scheduling and helpful.

ACE Primary Care is a husband and wife business designed to provide medical care and support to predominantly elderly patients, however they do not professionally do so at all. They appear extremely kind and compassionate, but they simply don't have the resources and medical capacity to do so. They struggle with consistent, correct and accurate medical diagnosis and treatment, and will reschedule your preexisting appointments to their Nurse Practitioner, as well as unfairly charging the patient for a "miss appointment fee" if that person does not proceed in being seen by ACE's physician assistant after checking in the day and discovering that their requested doctor is not available to see the patient (you) this day. Also note, that this office along with their physicians are very eager to set you up on an elderly patient care program, if you have Medicare which appears to be a waste of time, and a money pull and assertive profit for ACE primary. If you ask questions about this service, expect to receive extremely vague and indirect answers, ever thought these physicians insist that you are a prime candidate and most definitely can benefit in signing up for this elderly care plan. Any senior seeking their medical services, should process with extreme caution with their unethical and questionable recommendations, and not be intimidated to ask these doctors specific conclusive questions. It is not pleasant having to find out, 6 months later, as I did, that ACE Primary Care created serious and difficult medical debt to my account of unknown bills; and refused to assist in clarifying these claims. read more

Ace Primary Care - Internal Medicine Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Lack of transparency of cost and you're only able to see a Physician's Assistant. When I called to validate how much I would pay without insurance was $150. They billed my insurance over $400 and sending me a bill for $110.00 which seems excessive for a 30min PA meeting and no follow up appointments. read more

I liked this place at first. Good vibe. Lovely front desk. Great follow up for appointment making and confirmations. The physician uses an AI scribe to take notes while you and she talk. That may not matter to all people, but some people will be uncomfortable about that. She is upfront about it: I don't like that the office keeps losing their PAs. The newest one is from another country and has not been in the US that long. No big deal bc she is lovely too. However I found it greatly concerning that no one ever called me about blood labs that were off the charts not good. When I finally got in to see them, I learned that they had 0 reports of mine. When I brought that up, they came back w little later with a report from 3 years ago! That's insane. I get the solo providers want to increase business. But increased patient load without hiring additional support staff is risky in my opinion. read more

Office staff is great, nice and friendly. Office is nice and clean. And the PA is excellent.

Dr Desai is amazing! I am so happy with my medical care that I referred 3 of my co-workers to her practice and they love her! They come from different parts in the Valley to see her. I have gotten a same day telehealth appointment and have been able to get questions answered in the app in just a few hours. Office is great and clean. The doctors are the best. They are so kind and caring. The type of care you get is so good.

Had to do a late-notice immigration medical exam for a green card application, and we wanted a female civil surgeon for my daughter. After looking at/calling other places, we called here and straight away were impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. (I believe the young lady we dealt with at the front desk and on the 'phone was Giselle. Absolutely outstanding, no-BS customer service!) Dr. Desai was wonderful, and she and her staff provided us with excellent advice and spot-on timing. Again, I was hugely impressed by the team's efficiency. The entire process was completed in a matter of days. Thank you, Dr. Desai and Ace, for your excellent assistance!!! read more
