We've been to this store twice to make purchases and both times we had to endure terrible customer service from one particular employee. A kind manager stepped in to resolve our situation. As the manager helped us, the employee went to the next register to ring someone else - and we could hear her being difficult with those customers, too!

This one seems no better. I ordered online and decided to pick up a necklace in store. I walked in and saw the turtlenecks displayed to the right, as you walk in. I began to look thru them for my size. I saw a red headed lady talking to someone. As soon as another woman walked into the store, she immediately passed me to ask the woman if she needed help? Really? The woman wanted turtlenecks as well. The red headed woman pointed to the display. Meanwhile, I'm on bended knee trying to find my size. This woman looked me directly in my face, as I looked up. She promptly turned on her heel and walked away. I found two turtlenecks and needed to know if they had a certain color in my size. I saw a woman with glasses and blonde streaks, just finishing up a sale. I asked her if she would help me, since the other lady had not even bothered to ask me. Nadine, as I found out, was polite helpful and cheery. She found the turtleneck in my size. As I was shopping, Nadine asked me if I had the email with the information on my pick up. She took my phone and gave it to another red headed lady, Katherine. Katherine proceeded to ask me if I paid for the necklace already? To which I responded, would they send me an email telling me to pick up my order if it wasn't paid for? I had to show her where in my email it clearly said it was purchased. I am a customer of Chico's for the quality of the merchandise. NEVER for the customer service. Nadine is a new employee. Please Nadine do not let the Chico's Curse of poor customer service, affect you! My friend swears by this Chico's store. She said she also had a problem with customer service when she first began shopping here. I guess after all the money she has spent in here since, she no longer has an issue. This Macy's location and I go way back. Always great sales here. After visiting recently, I can say…read morethis is still one of my favorite locations although I don't get to visit as much anymore. Bath towels from the Hotel Collection line were on sale for $3-$5 a pop! Major deal! The sales rep who assisted was so nice and chatty too! I visited the shoe department and while it was okay nothing compares to Herald square's. I also noticed a Toys 'R' Us inside this Macy's location on level 3. When did Toys 'R' Us become part of Macy's? Very cook to see this toy store back on the map. On the way out of the store, the buzzer went off (how annoying lol) but a salesman in the men's department was quick to offer assistance to get it cleared. I love this location! Can't say that enough
