The reason I'm leaving this review is the customer service. It was outstanding! The three workers I interacted with during this visit were extremely attentive, polite, and helpful. From the young gentleman on the floor who approached me to help me find what I was looking for and who subsequently went to look for the sizes I couldn't find on the floor, to the lady in the dressing room who asked if she could put any items back for me, to the cashier who helped me open a store credit card and get an even bigger discount. Honestly, I've given up on finding old school customer service like this when I shop, but this experience restored my faith; certainly a much better experience than what one finds ordering clothes online. The clothes are expensive, but I feel like it's hard to find comparable brands with similar style clothes. First walking into the location none of the sales associates seemed to acknowledge that I had walked in. While shopping, I had over 8 articles of clothing in my arms and one of the sales associate decided to followed me around as if I was going to shop lift. I decided to ignore the fact that I was being watched and continued to shop. I decided to try on the clothing so went to the fitting room and was finally greeted by a sweet sales associate, I needed a different size and went to ask for her assistance, however, I realized she was then switched with the associate that was following me around so I decided to not ask her for help. While making my way to the register, another customer walked in (much lighter complexion than mine) picked up one shirt and had a sales associate come running out of nowhere to greet her and offer to start a fitting room for her! It's 2018 and yet sales associates still feel they have the right to discriminate against people based on their race/appearance. It's absolutely disgusting and shouldn't be tolerated. As much as I love the clothing, I will not be returning until their associates become more professional.

Cloud lift is a raised insole for the show that provides excellent such support for me since I have an unusually high arch and plantar fasciitis- a rather painful foot condition. Had a pair that lasted for a couple years until a tragic accident damage them. Came back to get new ones. The style has been upgraded. They look like a marriage of between Stan Smith's and Airforce One's but to me they are more versatile. They are easy to walk in, true to size and requires little braking in. I style up with fancy dresses, tailored suits, cropped pants and blazer for work or shorts. They're just good at polishing a look. My daughter got hers with black and I stayed neutral. They come with an additional pair of laces with a tiny amount of glitter. I'll probably never use them because I'm not that girl but I'm sure someone just loves that. Get them either way! While you're there carouse they bags for quality leather goods that only gets better with time and grow into the perfect vintage feel, grab some jewelry, quality denim.
