She already had a rack of clothes for me based off my questionnaire of what I needed for my closet. She shows you each item and shows all the different ways you can mix and match. I purchased majority of the items they selected for me. I just got my order in from them- obsessed with my new items is an understatement! I explained to the associate and she asked "can it be fixed" I said yes but I paid $78 for it and would like to speak to the owner. Her response was "I don't know where she is". I said "you can't call her or text her". No, "I have no way getting in touch with her, she could be at an appointment". "Well when does she come into the store?" "I don't know but I printed out your receipt and I will call you." No call back. The store is expensive and if you want to keep customers, don't treat them like that. How bizarre that the owner cannot be called by the associate managing the store? I will never go in there again which is too bad.
