Absolutely THE WORST. If your roadside assistance company assigns you to them, REFUSE, direct them to this review and ask for some other company. This company will tell roadside assistance a time to show they have the "fastest" response time then take THREE POINT FIVE HOURS to show up for a flat tire. Every time we or the roadside assistance checked in with them, they were 20-25 minutes out. When the driver finally called to say he was on his way -- 50 minutes past the last time they told us they would be there via text message - he was STILL 15 minutes out. He showed up of course - you guessed it! - 20-25 minutes later and in a regular sedan . The guy was super nice and got our spare on quickly and this is absolutely not abt him but 100% abt the crap the company pulled. Respect your customers' time and if you can't get there within a reasonable time - which any reasonable person would say is much much less than 3.5 hours - then DO NOT TAKE THE JOB. Periodt. We sat from 11:45pm to almost 3:00am to have a freaking spare put on. And whoever responds to the reviews, miss me with the "have a blessed day" or the snark. Gave me the hugest inconvenience and were nasty about it. I called and asked if they could change a tire on a box truck. I told them the tire was flat and that I had a spare. The driver came about 3 hours later and then said he couldn't do it. They said they didn't have the equipment to remove it from the rim....what did they think I meant when I said I had a flat tire on a box truck that needed to be changed?! A tire shop was 2 blocks away literally. I asked if I could take the tire and get them to remove it and put the spare on and then bring it back to let Rainbow install it. They said they couldn't do that and were on a time frame. They had a real attitude about me asking. They're the ones who inconvenienced me! I waited 3 hours to get a job done only to be told you couldn't do it and you couldn't give me 30 min to go get the tire removed from rim. I ended up having to pay for a tow down the street and missing a day of work. I gave them all the details before they came to do the rescue, so the fact they "couldn't do it," couldn't wait, and gave me attitude was very unprofessional and cost me a lot more money smh read more

We are traveling on a cross country road trip in our RV. We had a leaking tire and called Rainbow Dispatch & Consulting of Norfolk, VA. They asked what size RV we had, quoted $125 for the service and dispatched a tech. He was surprised at the size of our unit and wasn't sure if his equipment could do the job. He managed to jack up the trailer take off leaking tire and put the spare on. We took the tire to a tire store and got it repaired. The on Monday July 17th we called Rainbow back. They sent the same tech out and he switched the spare for the repaired tire. On Tuesday the 18th we began the next leg of our journey and the wheel of the repaired tire fell off while we were enroute. We could have been killed. The road we were on was very rough and I only realized something was wrong because of tire pressure monitoring. I called Rainbow and they didn't call me back, the tech did. He went to look for the wheel and tire and called once. Apparently he didn't find it. I just called Rainbow and no manager would talk with me. Their dispatcher basically told me that the tech is responsible and call him. They were basically rude and indifferent. I wouldn't use them again for any reason. Buyer beware! read more

Beware! These people (Kim and Chris) are scammers!!! Just stay away from them! They don't even have necessary tools and equipment! They are not legit! Lowballing the customers and inflating the price at the end and NOT DOING ANYTHING! They took my tire to their fictious shop and disappeared for 3 hours!!! They came back with a tire escorted by cops demanding you to pay for the service that was not completed!!!! Completely horrible people! Don't even bother yourself calling them. I had an outstanding technician (Kenzington out of the Sarasota area) jump our battery today. He was professional in all senses: polite, efficient, updated me with ETA twice, explained what he was doing and advised me how to proceed with the car. I also appreciated that looked professional AND a big positive (that is rare in this business of roadside assistance) he did NOT hover around looking like he was waiting for a tip. I tipped him because he earned it. I asked him for the name and number of his employer so that I could let them know about his outstanding service (and appearance). He then got me a business card from his car. This is also different from the norm where people constantly ask for reviews and accolades. In my opinion, it's a bonus that this business is owned by an American vet. Thank you for your service to our country. read more

Rainbow Roadside Service responded to my call to Signature Nationwide Auto Club for a blown-out tire on my pickup truck. They provided me with a link that showed a track of the individual responding. Chris showed up promptly after the call was dispatched. Chris quickly assessed the situation and determined there was a problem releasing the spare tire from under the pickup. He realized that removing the truck tailgate would allow access to the release mechanism. Once the tailgate was removed, he was able to release the spare tire, remove the flat tire and install the spare. The spare needed air and he set up his compressor to inflate it. They were sent out to change a tire on my camper. The driver called me and said he didn't have the right equipment, large enough Jack, to do the job. My warranty company told me they said that since it was raining I refused to pull the slides in. I was never asked to pull the slides in, which I would have done. The warranty company then contacted them again and was told I was lying. Horrible company. I would never use Rainbow Road Service. Worst customer service ever!! read more
