Great service. Prompt. Courteous. Professional…read more Initially went in to have my front tires replaced due to tread wear. The technician working on my car informed me and showed me first-hand that both of my front rims were bent badly (most likely due to the crappy roads in VA) and referred me to another shop for repair. Greatly appreciated the information and brought to light why my steering wheel would shake badly when going above 40mph. Ended up shifting the newly replaced tires from the front to the back as the tech advised to reduce the "shaking" until i could repair the rim damage. Any other shop would have just replaced the tires as requested and not inform me of the rim damage. Highly recommend their service.

They inspected it, repaired it within 30 minutes, and didn't charge me a dime.I understand some tires truly can't be fixed, but this one absolutely could have been, and it honestly felt like I was being pushed toward an unnecessary purchase. I'd recommend people get a second opinion before agreeing to replace a tire here.
