All I can figure is that my cousin and I had a batch batch of something used on our nails that day, because I haven't had any issues since then. The workers are all always friendly and smiling. My feet are extremely ticklish, and they always remember and let me know when they're about to do the scrubby thing so I can brace myself. Sometimes they tickle me on purpose. I will continue coming here, and I'm glad I gave it another chance.

I also asked if she could taper my nails at an angle because I don't like the square shape. I hate the fact that they don't understand English but want to own a shop and hurt people, if you don't understand English, take the time and learn if you want to offer services to the public! Once she started adding the acrylic I said excuse me that is not what I asked you for, I wanted my nail to be tapered and not all this acrylic because now you have to drill a lot to get this down. This lady gets upset and scream across the room Taylor!! Then Taylor come over and say to the tech, she wanted her nails to be in the coffin shape; and then tell me that I should have told her that, I said I am not a nail technician this is what I pay you all for; after that Taylor the owner takes over and drilled heavy on my nails! Apologize for the wait and was very quick to get me taken care of. She also did a very good job with my dip. Price is about average, what I would expect to pay for my service. She did exactly what I asked for the dip colors were a bit limited, but I was still able to find what I needed. Second I had to ask them to work some more on my dead skin around my finger because after the young girl was done my skin looked like a battlefield. They did not remove my callus very well. She didn't rush and took her time. I noticed there weren't prices on the wall so I didn't really know how much I would be spending when I left. There was an issue with a woman that got the VIP package which included the pedicure and a hand massage/hand mask for $75. Throughout the process she added a manicure gel polish to her nails and toes which costs~$30 each. Plus added on some other extras. She got to the checkout and owed $170.. she claimed she didn't have money to pay and tried argued with the owner for a good 10 minutes about what was included in the package bc she thought the polish and everything was included. I told Annie, the lady working on my nails to just make her pay for the VIP and I'll pay the difference and tip. She was causing a scene and ruining my happy vibe. Annie wouldn't let me pay. Customers started yelling at the mad lady. She eventually said "you can run my card but it'll decline." The owner ran it and it went through. I got my cuticles cut, SNS tips and a pedicure with gel polish thinking it would be close to $100.. the total came to $140. I'm not sure how they do their pricing but it's a little sketch. Annie was great and I'd love to see her again but pricing is very high and by word of mouth there seems to always be drama going on in there.
