GF and I were arriving separately and they were easily able to accommodate her arriving before I and checking in even though I made the reservation. They have what I assume is free parking, unless it was baked into the bill somewhere, which I didn't automatically expect. The location is pretty good, right at the end of Shrewsbury street and within a few minute walk of restaurants and Wormtown. The room was really big and had a kitchenette which was fucking adorable. The bathroom was lovely. The bed was comfortable. The view was pretty good too. I thought I heard footsteps at one point in the morning coming from the room above but I could have been dreaming. Nothing ear plugs didn't fix. I would definitely stay here again.

I got to see my cats on this chat as well, I'm not sure if I missed them or my hubby more... don't tell him that! The hotel does allow pets although my babies get sick in the car... YUCK! The room did have a strange smell which was less than pleasant, may be due from housekeeping only coming every other day. This really boils down to people being dirty, not showering, and probably not wiping correctly if you know what I mean......... Our room had newer looking carpet and fresh paint. Clean and fairly large room with comfortable bedding, crisp sheets. The towels were white and new if not the biggest, fluffiest I've ever had. Breakfast was motel standard, except for an amazingly large (5) kinds of bread and bagels to toast up. The muffins were good, too. Alas, no waffle maker! Plenty of tables in the lobby area. Staff were friendly and very accomadating. Limited parking in front, but a giant parking area in back with good access.

We realized it after flying back to Atlanta, so I called the hotel right away. After a few calls and escalating the issue, a manager finally got involved, only to say they still couldn't find them. Here's the thing: it wasn't until I mentioned I could track the AirPods' location, make them play a sound, and was about to send someone to the hotel that they suddenly "found" them. It took three days of constant calling just to get a straight answer, which was exhausting. If the manager had shown a little more concern or actually followed through on my first request, all of this could've been avoided. I stayed for one night on a Friday. The cost for one night was about $440, which was very expensive for a basic hotel in a small city. The parking garage is underneath the hotel, so you need to take an elevator upstairs to get to the lobby. This normally would not have been an issue, but I had several boxes to bring in for the event. Since it was raining, I would have preferred to pull up to the entrance to unload, but there was very limited space to stop, with only one or two uncovered spots. Check-in was quick, and I was given the option of a room on a higher or lower floor. There was also a wedding at the hotel that evening, but aside from seeing a few well-dressed guests, I would not have known as I heard no additional noise from my room throughout the night. I did not visit the gym or restaurant, but there was a water and ice machine on my floor. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The temperature was also easy to control. My only complaint was a small light in the room that flashed throughout the night. I am not sure if it was a security sensor or part of the fire or smoke detector, but it was distracting and irritating when I was trying to fall asleep. I was able to print some pages free of charge at the lobby computers, and I had some boxes I needed picked up from FedEx, so was easily about the schedule the pickup and the front desk held them until FedEx arrived. Overall, it was a fine stay and a convenient location for the Convention Center. Besides the cost, I would consider staying here again if I found myself in Worcester.
