    Hotel needs redone
    Paul C.

Dirty. Room temp would never go below 76 even though it was set tp 68 then to top it off no hot water in the morning, stayed 3 nights because I was here on business. Never again at this one. Worse one I have been in so far and always stay with Mariott brands not worth what they charge at all Front desk lady was very nice though that was the saving grace

HVAC system broken (room was 81 degrees), though we were ultimately moved to an alternate room. Lock was broken off the door in the new room. Window locks/sashes broken. Couch smelled like urine. Rooms very dirty/moldy. Paint chipped everywhere. Toilet seat was broken off of the toilet. No linens provided for pull out sofa. Bed was hard as a rock and pillows were old and lumpy. Bed sheets were like sandpaper. No ice machine in the hotel - advised to use old ice in the freezer left over from prior guests instead. Front desk staff was friendly, but at a cost of more than $300 for the night, I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel.

They never do room cleaning. even you you make an appointment with front desk three time, and make sure three time. We never saw the weekday housekeeping staff other than the check out housekeeping staff.

Excellent accommodations. Room was really spacious, spotless and silent. Close to downtown and East side shopping areas. Be prepared for reasonably long walks to exits and parkIng lot from certain wings but I highly recommend this hotel.

The best part about this hotel is the amount of space you get in the room. Our room had a small kitchen, living room, work space, a separate area with a bed and a decent size bathroom. It gave us the opportunity to all have our own space. The room was clean although the bed could certainly use a new mattress. The front desk staff was very friendly and super helpful in locating area restaurants. They have fire pits outside to sit and relax by the fire as the sun goes down. The continental breakfast was nothing special but satisfactory. We also saw a basketball court outside. The down side of our trip was the pool was closed. When we first checked in they hoped it would be open later that night but it was. Still closed the next day.

Housekeeping still $500 from room. Manager didn't care. Don't stay here. GM and assistant GM said there was nothing they could do.

NEVER AGAIN!! The GOOD:…read moreLocation Atmosphere Taste of food offered The Bad: Food quantity for the price!! After my partner's friend told him about this place and how it was wonderful, all you can eat (he went to a meat offered menu) we chose to try the shellfish and champagne on August 15th. Again the venue is wonderful the setup was beautiful there was oysters on the half shell and those seem to be very plentiful but we didn't over eat on those we wanted to save for the main meals which was supposed to be halibut Lobster, &scallops. when we got there the menu card added herbed crusted chicken for some reason. Everything was family style, truthfully, the chicken platter had the most plentiful amount of food on it!! Of which I took one piece of chicken breast and whatever vegetables sauteed with it I think they were just mushrooms, my partner took none of the chicken cuz he didn't want to fill up on chicken. The white meat was dry the sauteed vegetables were delicious and when eating with the chicken it was palatable. Then my partner and I got ONE SMALL scallop each, the family style "platter" that came out had FIVE scallops on them so he and I both took one as did the couple across from us and then the last one was taken by another couple next to us which is fine because we share family "platters", those five scallops were not meant just for my partner and I, they were meant for the vicinity of where we were sitting which was 10 of us. I think the long table held about 40 on one side 40 on the other. The lobster, same thing, luckily I got one piece which was a white meat and I split that in half to my partner and it wasn't a lot it was literally, for me, two bites and he got some claws which I never tasted and they were so tiny!! the halibut again small pieces on the family style "platter" I took one he took one and then later he took another one that was still sitting on the platter, I think maybe 6/7 pieces were on that platter. Honestly I've tasted better halibut it was on the dry side unfortunately. So for the money,$150 EACH, we expected family style portions even if they weren't going to be filled after the first time at least give us a family style portion and when the guy across the table from us asked about getting more Lobster the wait staff said "I'll have to see", of course none ever came. When my partner asked if more scallops were coming the wait staff said "I don't think so"... so all in all it was very disappointing for the amount of money we paid per person, we will never do that again or recommend it. His friend either gas lit us or his night of a meat dinner family style "platters" were very significant!!

After our initial drives this much older balding gentleman (or man as he was not very gentle) drove by in a small vehicle and told us that we need to split our group because of Covid rules-there could not be a group of five. We understood, said OK, and moved on: One group of three first and then the group of two. (keep in mind there are also two groups in front of us playing). When my friend and I were walking along the fairway to retrieve our balls on the third hole, that older guy drives up to us again and exclaims, " You must be learning how to play golf. We need to be faster and move along." When my friend told him that we had been waiting for the groups in front of us to play their hole, he just waved us off and continued driving his small truck. As we checked in to play the second half of the course, they added two strangers to our group. The strangers were nice and all, but we didn't understand why we couldn't have just played with the original three people that we came with that we knew were clean and Covid free. The group of three in front of us, that we knew, also would have a random a person join their group once for the first half and then again for the second half. The course itself was fine for a nine hole course, but the way that man treated paying customers is really what made me come on here to write this review. He totally ruined a good time. The other staff we came across were pretty nice. I definitely will not be coming here. You've been FOREwarned.
