I had a conference in the hotel, so my office booked me a room for the night before. Great parking situation. I go in a little after 6 and check in. I have to give a card for the room, but it's just for the typical hotel hold. Get up to the room and it's across from the elevator and the room isn't a square. I think they turned a suite into two rooms, but I'm unsure. The TV is at a weird angle from the desk and the bed due to this. They have these wood panels to close over the windows. I do so and then head out to grab dinner. Get back and settle in. I tried the rain shower feature and the water doesn't get warm. I switch to the regular shower head and it warms up. Weird, but not a big deal. I go to go to bed and there is a light coming in from the hallway under the room door. There is like an inch of space. I use two of the like five super uncomfortable pillows to block the light from coming in and go to bed. At sunrise, light starts coming into the room because the wood panels are warped or don't line up right. I see an alert for hundreds of dollars on my credit card on my phone, but i will deal with it at check out. Between 7 and 8, I am getting ready and can head the elevator ding as people get on and off it. I go down and they show me invoices that they charged the company card and say it is just a hold that will go away by the end of the day. No one could explain why they put a hold on my card for the cost of the room when it was pre-paid before I checked in. This was a Thursday morning. The hold was there until the following Tuesday for hundreds of dollars. The hotel is very expensive, the rooms need updating and maintenance, and the hold on my card for like 5 days was wild. While I might be booked again due to work, I cannot recommend it.

Nice hotel in Worchester. Beautiful vaulted ceilings (see photo). Very comfortable bed. We were here just for a night so didn't really explore. The hotel has a small shop. No free breakfast.

Our stay at this hotel was great. Checking in was pleasant and quick. I was asked if I had a floor preference and I said no but the gentleman seemed to choose a room best for me and my kids that would allow us easy access to both the stairwell and elevator in case of emergency and not on the 1st floor (which I've always been taught to not stay on alone as a woman due to windows and ease of people walking into the hotel). Aside from my safety rant, the hotel is super clean and the rooms are spacious. There's a Keurig in the room as well as a mini fridge and a "honor basket" which you can consume items from for a charge. The hotel was very quiet and parking is really easy (and free). Sonoma restaurant was good but pricey and limited menu options (probably due to the pandemic and that we stayed here midweek). I would absolutely stay here again. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and the level of cleanliness made me much more comfortable with having my young son and baby here.

Paper in the heating system to stop it from Raddling lol

cocktail garden & kitchen is a brand new restaurant and outdoor lounge. the ambiance is cute,…read morethere's an indoor bar with a couple tables and a large outdoor patio area filled with comfy chairs, couches and covered in lights. we came at 10pm on a wednesday, the kitchen was closed but we came for the drinks anyways. they do a great job with the drink presentation, using different presentations with smoke which is entertaining and pretty! their drinks look beautiful but the drinks are very watered down or sweet from the sweet heart and mezcal drinks we tried. for ~$17 each, i loved the presentation but we both didn't feel there was nearly any alcohol in them, either sugary or watery. maybe it's a method for you to order more? mezcal 2.5/10 sweet heart 3/10 although they have a great ambiance and vibe, and fun presentation, since we came for a single good drink, it was lacking. for $17 a drink, the drinks shouldn't be this weak. this is a new place so i'm sure they have some things to work out, and i would highly encourage them to just add more alcohol to their drinks and this would be an ideal place to get after dinner drinks and relax on their outdoor patio. kitchen was closed so can't speak for the food. the neighborhood is very busy and loud, so while there may be plenty of space for an intimate or group conversations, the street is pretty noisy, even on a wednesday. i do feel like they will work this out! tldr; great vibe, great presentation, good service, drinks need more work, located in busy part of city. ambiance: 4/5 food: n/a drinks: 1.4/5 service: 3.5/5 cocktail garden & kitchen: 2.9/5

I have to say I was pretty impressed by our stay here…read more We were just in town for the night to visit some friends while we were doing some other shit in the area. GF and I were arriving separately and they were easily able to accommodate her arriving before I and checking in even though I made the reservation. They have what I assume is free parking, unless it was baked into the bill somewhere, which I didn't automatically expect. The location is pretty good, right at the end of Shrewsbury street and within a few minute walk of restaurants and Wormtown. The room was really big and had a kitchenette which was fucking adorable. The bathroom was lovely. The bed was comfortable. The view was pretty good too. I thought I heard footsteps at one point in the morning coming from the room above but I could have been dreaming. Nothing ear plugs didn't fix. I would definitely stay here again.
