My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving, one of the busiest times of the year. The hotel was fully booked, but we had a decent experience overall. The place isn't fancy, but it's clean and had the basics we needed. However, there's one big issue that left a sour taste. My husband accidentally left his AirPods in our room when we checked out. We realized it after flying back to Atlanta, so I called the hotel right away. I was told they hadn't shown up in lost and found, and despite my request for them to check the room, I was repeatedly brushed off. After a few calls and escalating the issue, a manager finally got involved, only to say they still couldn't find them. Here's the thing: it wasn't until I mentioned I could track the AirPods' location, make them play a sound, and was about to send someone to the hotel that they suddenly "found" them. It took three days of constant calling just to get a straight answer, which was exhausting. If the manager had shown a little more concern or actually followed through on my first request, all of this could've been avoided. I can't stand dishonesty, and this experience felt like a runaround I wouldn't wish on anyone. read more

We stayed here a few times since our son is relocating here for work. The staff, especially Mia were so helpful and cheerful. We were all sick and they were so kind and helpful. All amenities lovely. Breakfast could change it up a bit but fine for being included in the stay. Thank you! read more

room was filthy. a suite for over $500 a night average. toilet n floors dirty n gross. mold (black) in showers. sheets were dirty n stained obviousLy slept in. right after checking in I was handed sheets to make the bed myself. it took over 2 days to finally talk to manager Jodi she took a couple hundred off the bill then tonight on the last night it went even further down hill when a young woman working at the front desk literally yelled at me regarding parking and proceeded to tell me I could go stay at another hotel. It was my first time staying here. I would say the cleanliness was 6/10. The shower tub was not really clean it had dirt and residues on the sides still. Minor stuff here and there. The plus side was there was free breakfast and the scones were very delicious . Lots of parking. Gym was small. Pool was being renovated so there was no access. Overall, 6/10 read more

My wife and I drove up here to see a good friend of ours, First off Rick who works the front desk was very, very helpful Rick went above and beyond in helping out a situation in fact we went out for a pizza and we brought back a pizza for Rick.........We give Rick 10 stars !!! later on we found out their was a 10 years old boy who was having emotional problems he wet the bed the woman asked could we please get another bed sheet? we heard no we don't have any more .......... it was another staff member,...... My wife and I are thinking are you serious ? We hope upper management sees this, once people sees this on Yelp.com and on Google they will think twice about staying at this hotel. read more

We have stayed here 3 times and will be in Worcester regularly for the next several years. The rudest breakfast staff I have ever encountered. Yelling about how to make a waffle and refusing to refill the half & half after 2 requests. We will not return, there are many options in Worcester. read more

Acceptable for a hotel, but not all that great. They charge $15 to park in the lot they share with the hotel next door - why? Total cash grab. The rooms are fine and the breakfast is "fine", but nothing great. The fitness center provides the minimum amount of equipment and the pool is very small. Will not return. read more

It is completely new, beautiful furnishings, quiet, and clean. Great Hampton Inn! This location was a little better than other Hampton Inns I've stayed in because the decor was updated and the bed was extra comfortable. The bathroom shower had a nice glass door instead of those musty shower curtains, which I love. The bathroom was also spacious and the toiletries were Neutragena. There were also more than enough plug ins for electronics. My only complaint was the free wi-fi was beyond slow and I couldn't access it in my room, so I had to use my phone hotspot. The front desk was great & were able to recommend a good restaurant within walking distance. They also provided good options for delivery. The breakfasts at Hampton Inns are never my favorite - those eggs just take so FAKE. Skip out on the free breakfast. The robust coffee is okay but you definitely need another option for a hot breakfast. Parking was free & convenient. read more

Enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn. The facility was very clean, updated and welcoming. The staff was friendly and appeared to enjoy their jobs (to include decorating the lobby Christmas Tree). The room we had was very clean and in great condition with a refrigerator and microwave which was very convenient. We had a three night stay and were very comfortable there. The complimentary WiFi worked great, but they also had an option for an upgrade for $3.95/day but wasn't needed. The location was great with easy access to the major thoroughfares and within Worcester. I would recommend this hotel if your travel plans take you to Worcester or the surrounding areas. read more

Utterly unhelpful staff. Wouldn't even let me in the room I already paid for because i put my significant others name on the reservation (my flight was delayed so I arrived later than her and she had to go out). Provided identification, the credit card that paid for the room and the actual credit card statement showing that I put the reservation in her name (it's literally printed on the statement), and all just reverted to passive aggressive nonsense to justify their unwillingness to help. The facilities aren't even that impressive--the gym is particularly terrible. But staffing is one of the most important parts of a hotel, and I wouldn't put any faith in this staff being competent or willing to assist you if you it takes them outside of things they've done before. The difference between a mediocre hotel and a good one is staff intelligent enough to be able to think of solutions rather than complain that you're asking them to help. At the prices you'll pay here, you're getting sub-par staff for over-par prices. Know that going in. read more

This place is very new. The rooms still smell like paint, instead of heavily scented cleansers. Needless to say, everything is clean and new. The breakfast is wonderful. But the parking situation is atrocious. Somehow, when they built the place, they got permission to build without sufficient parking places. Don't check in late or you'll be hunting for a place to put your car. And the service is hit or miss. Today, I had the first-time-in-my-life experience of returning to find that my room had not been cleaned. Apparently, they need to find better staff! [Addendum] I've done better on latter visits. Check in is at 3pm my room was not ready till 3:40. Was offered a bottle of water for my time. Normally wouldn't care but had to get dressed for a wedding. Watched a parade of others checked in and get their room. Hotel looks nice staff need work. Also I feel the pillows are too puffy could not sleep on them bent my neck out of place. Comfortable and clean room. Nice linens on the bed. Good sized bathroom and Neutrogena toiletries, although I hate the sliding barn door to the bathroom concept. Not much privacy there. Myself and my fiancé recently stayed at this hotel on a Sunday night for a wedding that I was part of. My fiancé was told he could check in around 2 for early check in. He was waiting at the hotel lobby until 3:30 when he was FINALLY able to check in. I recieived a confirmation email that check in was at 3pm. My fiancé was told he could have early check in at 2pm, yet he was unable to check into our room until 3:30pm. My fiancé had to rush to get ready in time to make the shuttle to the wedding venue. I was in the wedding and due to your poor customer service I had to rush around at the last minute giving my fiancé all of my belongings while waiting in the lobby since I had to leave early. To pay for a hotel room at the rate of $240 for a Sunday night in Worcester, and to be inconvenienced and not be able to even check in ON TIME is truly mind boggling. This happened to at least 3 other members of the bridal party as well. Accommodations were nice, however, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone due to overall poor customer service and communication. read more

I had a reservation here. My plans changed and I cancelled my reservation (or so I thought) within plenty of time. I didn't get any notice of an upcoming reservation and until I received my bill the day after. I called the hotel and explained the issue and they outright refused to even consider a refund. I would have gladly changed my reservation to another day but I was flat out refused. The staff I spoke to in regards to this was very rude. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. This is a brand new hotel. The clerk said that they had been open for 20 days. We enjoyed a king suite that was beautifully decorated and furnished. Finally, a desk chair that is properly matched for desk height. Most of the time I feel like a child because the desk chairs are too low. Needless to say, everything is brand new. The decor is modern, which is very welcome after staying in so many Hampton Inns that are either traditional or indescribable in decor. i.e. boring and/or uninspired. This location is a design statement and one well made. I really appreciated the well designed/constructed luggage carts. Too often the tire are under-inflated and difficult to move around. Breakfast was better than usual and the dining area stocked and clean. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a perfect hotel experience. read more

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had in any hotel I've ever stayed in. I only booked one night due to a snow storm. The charge was $252. The room was clean and well decorated. No fridge... ice machine broken on my floor..... I sent my daughter in to take a shower the water was ice cold! I called down to see if it could be fixed they told me maintenance would be up to look at it. After 45 min of waiting I got luke warm water for my daughter to shower with. I had to be up at 545am I turn the shower on ice cold.... I call down the man at the desk informs me there's nothing he could do and to just speak to the general manager.... when I finally checked out of my 5 star room I get to ask the manager how he would feel if he was using the ice bucket to get warm water from the sink to shower with... he informed me because I booked with Expedia there was nothing he could do. Hope you all check your water in your room when you stay here cause after a blizzard and being cold a shower wasn't on the menu I could have slept in my car for less money read more

Stayed here during our move to Cambridge because it was cheap. One of the nicest hotels I have been in. The pool and fitness area are amazing - large and super clean. The management and staff are super nice and have really gone out of their way for me. Bonus is the breakfast - we stayed a couple of nights and the menu changes ( always free) but there were some staples that were yummy including oatmeal with strawberry/walnut/brown sugar/blueberry/etc topping bar. read more
