Excellent place to stay. Cozy blanket, fluffy tower means that the place is pretty new. Is located close to many industries located in Framingham and also near to variety of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping mall. Liked how the room is organized. It is very accommodating environment. The only downside is the checking in desk. There is only one desk. I arrived late night and there was nobody there and made me wait for a good 10 minutes. Installing a small bell or a signal button would have been helpful. Overall, the place is great and definitely would recommend this place. By the way, for the EV riders, there is a charging station right in the parking lot.

This new Marriott property is fantastic! Great location, brand new... Great style and sophistication, esp. for the price point. Rooms are well appointed and larger than expected. I met the GM, a real pro, so it's no surprise that the staff has a great attitude and aims to please. Parking is free and plentiful. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I also worked at the front desk of a hotel for two years while I attended Wellesley College and after that I worked as a paralegal at prominent firms in Boston before starting my business. I *deeply* understand customer service, professionalism, and the weight of negative Yelp reviews which is why I have quite literally never written one. I originally wrote a negative review (and it was the first negative review I have ever written on Yelp) because I had a negative experience with one of the front desk agents at first. But one of the things I also understand working in customer service is that if you give a business the feedback they need to make changes and to "make things right" and they are receptive to that feedback, a business should not be judged because of a one off experience. I was able to communicate my issues and I am updating my review to reflect that the hotel handled my feedback professionally and for that I am very grateful.

You still get the quality, comfort, and reliability of Hilton while also getting a hotel that actually has personality and charm that reflects the area instead of feeling like a generic chain. The decor is incredible. So much cool nostalgic artwork, bright pops of color, music references, and fun themed touches like old-school phone booths and a vintage motorcycle display. It feels lively, stylish, and upbeat while still being relaxed and comfortable. The music, lighting, and overall atmosphere instantly put you in a good mood. I got one of the newly renovated rooms which was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was great and I slept really well. The gym is simple but completely serviceable. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is also excellent. It is very easy to access from the freeway and it is close to great food, shopping, and anything else you might need. Overall this is a hotel that is actually enjoyable to stay in. Clean, comfortable, full of character, and just fun to be in. I loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

The guest key is linked to the elevator providing security. You must swipe your key card and select your floor for access. We had a wonderful stay. The facility and grounds were well taken care of. Beth and Joey at the front desk were very helpful. We had a ceiling light and stove light out and the maintenance and engineering tech was very fast, pleasant, and easy to work with (sorry I didn't catch his name) and got it fixed right off. The kitchen worked out well. We cooked a few things and was glad to have a full fridge and freezer. Everything worked well and was stocked nicely. The temperature controls and unit worked well. They have a nice gym, walking path, doggies station, breakfast area, common seating areas and outdoor space. The only thing that was a bit disheartening were a few of the guests didn't always pick up after their pooches. Thankfully there were plenty of waste baggies so I did my fair share of clean up. I am really thankful to have pet friendly places to stay and wish other people did their part. We did have a run in with a guest who couldn't manage their two dogs so word of caution to be alert around other pups. The breakfast was decent with a variety of options such as oat milk, vegan foods, hot oatmeal, bagels, waffles, french toast, eggs, sausage and vegan sausage. Lots of condiments like PB, cranberry, nuts, seeds, juices and more. The staff did a great job cleaning up and keeping the food and coffee stations filled. One family with their young tots made a full blown disaster and I thanked the ladies who came up after to pick up and scrub it down. We had a king size bed with 4 pillows and extra bedding in the drawers. It was very comfortable as I've always slept well on Marriott mattresses. The room had plenty of storage to unpack, an ironing board, and updated outlets for charging. The rooms were cleaned every other day but I did ask them to come more often to vacuum up after the pup. I appreciated them very much. The view to the outside over route 9 towards the Natick mall was nice. It wasn't too loud and I enjoyed being able to see the grounds. The tree leaves were turning color and the ground people did a great job mowing, trimming and keeping the place looking nice. I look forward to our next stay and highly recommend this location. We met some long term stay guest who were also quite nice. Thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and welcoming.

Hotels in the city were significantly more expensive and if I remember correctly, they charge a lot for parking. Even though my employer was paying, I couldn't justify the extra cost. The location is convenient to the highway and I had no trouble getting to it. Parking was free and convenient. As is the Hampton way, the bedding was great and the room, hall, and elevator were spotless. There was no noise problem. The bathroom, though, had two small problems. The top of the baseboard had accumulated dust or dirt and suggested a deep cleaning of the bathroom wouldn't hurt. Second, half of the shower door wouldn't slide so I had to lift it into position. I reported that at the desk on my way out in the morning. The bathroom is really small with the wonderful shower taking up 25 to 33% of the room. Fixtures were fine as was general cleanliness. I see that other reviews mention the age of the property and wear and tear. I didn't really see an issue but maybe some rooms have taken more abuse than others. Perhaps my imagination went wild, but I thought they had the largest breakfast buffet that I had seen at a Hampton Inn. As usual, it's not a gourmet breakfast but it's certainly good and filling. I would definitely stay here again when driving into Boston.

My room was clearly in need of renovation. Old/faded/dated/chipped everything. Awkward space (the bathroom door is hard to navigate around as its arc consumes most of the tiny bathroom). It did smell clean/seem mostly clean (although I didn't white glove test anything) but my shower curtain was clearly soiled with squirts of what I hope was body wash or conditioner from the last guest. The hot/cold water in the bath/shower was backwards (had to push it to cold to get warm water) and leaked out of the handle while it was on. The heater made a loud rattling noise when it was on - but it was too cold to sleep with if off. This coupled with a loud gurgling noise consistently coming from the refrigerator (which is located right next to the head of the bed - really??) - it was very difficult to sleep which definitely impacted my performance at my meetings the next day. The fitness area/gym was terrible with broken equipment and a moldy smell. I also struggled to find something healthy to eat for breakfast. Fortunately the server in the restaurant recognized my struggle and asked the chef to prepare an egg white omelette for me as part of the breakfast buffet. It wasn't the best, but another case of the awesome staff saving what would have otherwise been a bad experience. I do understand that the hotel is undergoing renovations- and I did get a tip (too late for this visit) to ask for a renovated room next time. So I wouldn't write this off as a viable option in the future, but based on this visit (11/2024), there is a lot to be desired.

Everything in the room was clean and passed the blacklight test with flying colors (I take one on vacation, because I am that type of weird). The room was overall surprisingly large! This applies to the room itself, the vanity, the closet, and the bathroom. Some things were a little plain and in various shades of brown, but I am one who looks for a place to stay, not a magnificent work of architectural and interior design. If there is one thing I can personally ding them ever-so-slightly on, it's the bedding. I am the cousin of the The Princess and the Pea, and the conditions for this faux royalty to sleep tight have to be just right (wait, does that make me Goldilocks?). I would have preferred a slightly softer mattress, less firm pillow, and sheets pulled taut with military-grade exactitude. Of course, that's just me and my preferences, YMMV. Where it comes to their staff, everyone I've encountered has been pleasant and kind. While I am not someone who cares for amenities beyond daily housekeeping, I've found they were pretty limited. There is a coffee station, a mini-mart, and that's pretty much it (IIRC). Final verdict: Other than bedding that could be slightly better for this old grouch, the stay was perfectly fine. It took care of everything I seek when I crash for the night. That said, there was also nothing remarkable or above and beyond about the experience. With that, a rock-solid three, not because of issues, but the lack of anything remotely noteworthy.

Most hotels/motels were sold out or double the price b/c of the concert. I frantically booked this motel w/o realizing I already booked a Hilton hotel(which was a huge mistake). I should have known something was wrong when the manager who was cleaning the room said I can't believe they gave you this room. I thought to myself what is that supposed to mean. I should have asked him that aloud instead but I didn't. I am upset at myself for not realizing I already booked a hotel & stayed in this BED BUG dump! I booked this through Priceline. When I called them they said it actually was through booking.com to call them. I called booking.com they told me they sent an email to the property. The property had 5 days to reply. They have to respond to the email & refund me back the money. I told her the property never responded to the 1st email which means they are not going to reply again. The rep told me make a review & it will make the property respond. I think that's bogus! This has never happened to me & I beyond livid. BED BUGS are serious & I felt like nobody from Priceline, booking.com, or Framingham Inn cared. I asked Priceline & booking.com what if this happens to some1 else.
