On the way out our balloon exploded with a loud pop! The manager ran out and checked on us, seeing our balloon foil flapping in the wind. He quickly ran back into the store and replaced our balloon with a gold "1" AND a giant strawberry balloon. Gosh, how amazing to be treated with such kindness and generosity! Our daughter will have photos with her Publix cupcakes and balloons for her first birthday and our family will always remember the great manager who made sure our party had balloons! Thank you!!

I don't blame them for removing them at dark to reduce high price packages from being stolen. Since then he has helped me find the perfect packages of proteins. He is nice, professional and what he doesn't know, he will ask the other more experienced butchers. They too are great but they are as warm and fuzzy with me. He treats me respectfully like his favorite aunt. The cashier I had last night is the complete opposite. She went out her way to be nasty and aloof while talking to her coworker over my shoulder. I always chuckle at how strict the dress code is for the male employees compared to the "urban" appearance of the cashiers. The men are dressed in slacks, ties and dress shirts. One manager is always sharply dressed. They bring a level of class to the store. I wish this location had a better selection of items but I understand the tailor their limit shelf items by their demographics. I shop here for my brother and drive to Sprouts for myself. The basic spices here are my favorite. A bag for $.69 are a bargain. I love the proteins I do buy here. This store serves a purpose in this market. There are many people that need to pay their bills, wire money and cash a check. For those people I hope this store remain open and profitable. They also have a large Hispanic section that I use often.
