They finished the job in 1 day as promised (from 0815-1645). They took care of everything, including lifting the heavy objects, covering the clothes for them not to get dirty, and they also cleaned up everything. From dusty carpets to elegant vinyl floors. When we encountered an issue with the "hidden" flooring that needed to be demolished, instead of charging me 2x for the labor, they cut the price in half and gave us a huge discount! Payments were also made easy thru zelle. Will definitely get their services again and recommend them to our friends. Thank you, Patrick and crew!!!

Staff were super helpful in providing carpet samples to take home and quickly arranged for us to have an in-home estimate. We left feeling very excited, which is not always the case with home renovation projects. Installation itself was smooth, professional, and overall a top-notch experience. I was surprised by how fast the team worked. On a side note, Roger is a very cool guy and my husband and I had a great time getting to know him as he prepared our in-home service quote. We recommend this business and love our new carpet. Our home had wall-to-wall mismatched carpet, and new flooring was the first big ticket item on our list. We put out feelers on Yelp and met with a handful of flooring companies, went to a lot of showrooms, and did a ton of research. Ultimately, we chose Triple A for their patience, honesty, feedback, and reviews. Boy did we get exactly the type of service every homeowner dreams of getting. The day before install, I was very nervous about the process so Bradley and Danny stopped by to reassure me and walk me through the entire process. This was after we spent a week or so going back and forth on carpet. We ended doing most of our home in McMillan Niobe waterproof laminate and the bedrooms with a plush carpet. The install was seamless and they even patched up some concrete cracks and took extra care to protect our flooring from water that may or may not be coming in from outside on our concrete slab. Their care and concern for our home was absolutely the best. Fast forward a month or so down the road, and our new home has multiple plumbing leaks including a slab leak which soaked a portion of our carpet in our closet and bedroom. Bradley stopped by on his way home to pull up the carpet, cut out the wet padding, and assured us it could be salvaged. They'll be coming back out once the repairs are done to reset the carpet. On top of all this phenomenal customer service, they're ordering our flooring for another customer, and called to see if we wanted to order extra boxes because we were only left with one plank after the job was done. I mentioned this after the install and they remembered. If you're going to get your floors done, there's no better team out there than Triple A flooring. Their carpet installer was so kind, answered all of our crazy carpet questions, and even helped us salvage a few pieces that we turned into a hallway runner. Don't go anywhere else, use Triple A!
