Most recently, I needed to replace some carpet due to fading in certain areas, and James Jung went above and beyond to help me through the process. James reminded me that the carpet was still under warranty, worked hard to pursue the claim on my behalf, and was ultimately successful. That level of customer care and follow-through is rare today. The benefit of working with a small business that truly values its customers and stands behind its products cannot be overstated. Bixby Plaza Carpet and Flooring continues to earn my trust and loyalty, and I highly recommend them, and in particular, James Jung.

We cannot say enough good things about Sterling. We shopped around a lot before committing -- and…read moreSterling stood out from the first conversation. Working with Jan was the best part: accommodating, responsive, and genuinely trustworthy. The whole sales experience felt honest, with none of the pressure you get elsewhere. They did over 2,000 square feet of our home and the floors look incredible. When we noticed a couple of small spots in the kitchen, they came out immediately to fix it -- no hassle, no excuses. Both times, the communication was clear, the service was quick, and the process felt easy from start to finish. Very fair deal with many options. What really stands out, though, is Robin. After our wood plank flooring was completed, we had some issues with a leak, and this is where she truly went above and beyond. A lot of companies would have simply said, "That's not our issue," and moved on, but Robin did the opposite. She worked hand in hand with us, helped troubleshoot, delegated to the right people on her team, and made us feel like she was genuinely trying to solve the problem with us. Her responses were incredibly quick, even on her days off, and that level of care is rare. Sterling already earned our business with their quality work and efficiency, but Robin is the reason we will be customers for life. I can't be more grateful for the way she handled everything.
