However, I liked the atmosphere of Libertee Grounds and have made a note to myself to come back when I have more time to spend. The beer selection here is quite good. I had the Kenwood Original and it was good enough for seconds. If you're a beer person, this is a great place to visit. The bartender was also very friendly and helpful, and I wished I'd had more time to spend here. Will be back.

We purchased our tickets online which with each ticket you receive a souvenir class along with one drink to go inside to begin your night. The one member of staff was so attentive and informative I really enjoyed his organization/ presentation skills. I even made sure to tell him! As for the food, I'm not going to lie I was a bit disappointed. We visited on a Thursday evening, it wasn't extremely busy but busy enough and we do wait a while for our food, and mine came out about 10min before my friends did which just isn't ideal. The food overall once it did arrive was pretty unsatisfying honestly. I wanted to really enjoy it because it's just a cool take, but I think the menu items may need a little reworking is all. Still don't allow that to keep you away from an awesome place!

FANTASTIC place. Totally recommend and would absolutely go back…read more Easy to make a reservation over the phone and our party of 5 was welcomed and brought to our table upstairs. The upstairs area has a chill vibe with some Mario-themed art as well as a TV. It seems that the kitchen is upstairs, so a lot of waiters were flying by out table to the staircase. Our waiter was pretty chill. Apparently an O's fan, he was excited to learn we're from Baltimore. Food was all fantastic. The style of fries isn't my preference, but they were decent. Other than that, I was blown away. Child #1 and Child #2 got some items from the Kids' menu - grilled cheese and cheeseburger. Bread and Butter appetizer. Is it expensive for just being bread and butter? Yes. Is it worth it? Also yes. The homemade bread is great, but combine it with honey butter with flaky salt, and it's incredible. Loads of reviews on Yelp talked about the sausage roll. GET IT. It's greasy and filling in all the right ways. Goes great with a beer. My wife got the burger and she found it to be very tasty. I got the Grilled Maitake Mushrooms dish and holy cow; it's perfect. Even if you're not a vegetarian (I'm not), you can appreciate this dish: crispy rice cake (not the dry kind from the store), tender baby bok choy, and of course the well-cooked mushrooms are tied together with black vinegar, garlic-whipped tofu (!), and a peanut sauce. A++ would absolutely get again. The food menu has some staples, but overall it does change nightly, so make sure you check it out before you come. Apparently, on Sundays, they do a different experimental flavor of wings. I was curious, but my stomach has only so much room, so I had to draw the line. There is a respectable drink menu. My wife got the blood orange mezcalita, which she liked, but thought the smoke flavor was more subtle than described. I got the Plum Fizz and would totally get it again. Pleasantly-sour with a nice fizz. It's a nice pub in a nice neighborhood of a major city - be prepared for prices to match. But it is absolutely worth it.

They were doing raffles if you ordered certain drafts but I decided to get a cocktail instead. The plum fizz was so delicious and refreshing. I liked that it wasn't too sweet or too strong (especially because it was a weekday) Anyways, because it was pretty busy I just sat myself at the bar. The bartenders were all so kind and nice and answered all of my questions. Apparently they do change some items on the menu and they do a martini and meatloaf Monday. I stuck with the burger and fries. When I tell you it was the best burger I've had in fairmount, I'm not exaggerating. I was expecting typical bar food but I was wrong. I will be back for sure and I'll be sure to tell all of my friends to go there as well. I've never had a meatloaf but just because the burger was so good I'll have to let my first one be at bad brother.

We got the IOS chips, spanakopita, beef & lamb flatbread, hummus with pita, Greek salad, halloumi, and a dessert I unfortunately don't know the name of. Not a single bad dish, everything was excellent . I've had my fair share of tzatziki, and not to be dramatic but theirs is next level! Our waitress was also so sweet. She checked on us regularly even though it was a busy Saturday night, and she helped us pick our dessert. Unfortunately for me, I don't live in Philly, but I need to come back here asap.

The atmosphere is bumping! They have TVs to watch games and a bar to sit at. There was also music being played. Just an overall amazing vibe. We decided to get a whole bunch of appetizers to share. Spanakopita- INSANE. So flaky. Had a nice balance of spinach and feta. IOS chips- INCREDIBLE. Zucchini and eggplant chips, which were like tempura friends so it was light and airy. Beef and Lamb Flatbread- OMG. THIS BLEW ME AWAY. The meat was so well-seasoned. The spinach and Greek cheese suit the meat so well. The drizzle of sauce on table added on a layer of sweetness. So good. Hummus- SO GOOD. Very traditional. Greek Salad- So refreshing. Halloumi- Delicious! Kataifi - INSANEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Sweet, flaky, creamy. Drinks were also delicious and fun! The staff were also so friendly and welcoming. Overall, everything was SO GOOD.

The way I'd describe the food is, you'll see a common takeout chinese item but expect less sugar, less sauce and simply elevated. The portions are big and the prices are fair as well. The plating is pure art as well. Lobster Bisque Dumpling (4/5) - the bisque is incredible creamy and flavorful, I ended up finishing the broth with white rice, my husband didn't believe it was real lobster meat because the price was so good, I told him to believe! Lychee Bloom (5/5) - so beautiful, minced shrimp meat in a ball that came on skewer sticks to mimic a real lychee, the accompanying plum sauce was so good Kung Pao Style (5/5 - with shrimp, loved how the veggies still had a bite and the shrimp was not overcooked Sha-rry Udon (5/5) - personally did not try but was told the beef was flavorful and not overcooked and the dish was not drowning in sauce The desserts looked very creative! Would try them next time, I've attached the dessert menu, take a peak! Also paid $70 only for 2 seafood appetizers and 2 full entrees, such a great price!

The food here is delicious, uses high-quality ingredients, has great decor, and is located away from Chinatown (some people seem to like this attribute). Half of the menu is dim sum, which was our original plan, but the Lychee Infused Curry Duck looked too good to pass up, so we got that, too. We had the Xiao Long Treasure, a sampler of six different soup dumplings, Har Gow, Forbidden Ribs, the aforementioned lychee duck, and the Custard Bloom. The soup dumplings were pretty good. They were unique. Perhaps not the best I've had, but there was a fantastic variety here, so there's something for everyone. The Mala Spicy Pork one was decent and the Black Truffle (pork) one was good. The Har Gow was amazing. Four shrimp dumplings with perhaps the most delicate skins I've ever had (and I know my har gow skins having made hundreds of har gow with my mother growing up) were sitting in a sea of chili oil. Not too spicy, but just spicy enough. They were delicious! The Forbidden Ribs were very savory and quite different from any bbq spare ribs I've ever had. It was basically an Asian Fusion style sauce baked into the ribs. The duck was sooooo good. We joked that we should've just ordered two more of this dish. The breast meat was big for duck standards and my friend loved the crackly end pieces. The dessert was fun and very good. I'm amazed at the artistry shown in the dessert with its leafy greens sticking right out of the top of each carrot. This is award-worthy. Mana is a perfect date place, especially if you don't want to experience the business of many Chinatown restaurants. It's close to many other awesome food places, bars, shops, and more. Right across the street is Joy Cafe for awesome soy-based smoothies. The 700 Club is also right across the street. There's neighborhood parking and spaces along the street in front of Mana. I will definitely return. It's certainly worth more visits to try their other dishes.
