Our beloved 24-year and 9 month old Meyer's parrot suddenly passed away. I was heart-broken and frantically searching YELP for animal cremation services. Since it was 2020, there were restrictions and shortened business hours. I was already very busy and having to drive to the cremation place of service would be extra challenging for me. I am very grateful I was able to call and reach Franciny, she answered all of my questions, gave me full quote, and even gave me the convenience of coming to our home to pick up our beloved parrot the same day of my call ----- I called early afternoon , and Franciny arrived in less than an hour. Franciny was extremely compassionate and listened to my stories of our beloved parrot . I truly appreciated the fact that Franciny did not request payment upfront as the other crematory businesses. She said I can pay the fee when she brought our parrot's cremated remains so I could focus on grieving and not needing to worry about paying the fee, Franciny returned within a week with our parrot's remains inside a lovely cedar wooden box which came with a key and decorative lock. Today at 2:20pm we lost our beloved Daisy. She had been with us for 12 years and watching die in my sister arms was very painful and heart breaking. I came home from work with my young son to find that our beloved Candy had passed during the day.
