Ariel was God sent to me. The way Ariel memorialized my little sassy girl Cutie was more than I could ever imagined! Ariel engraved all four of her paw prints in a heart shaped terracotta stone along with her tail which gave it that extra special unique touch. The ability to feel her feet and hands by tracing my fingers along each anatomical groove brings a smile to my face. Cutie would often times take her front paw and wrap it around my finger and now I can replicate that feeling over and over thanks to you Ariel. Ariel inked my Cutie's paws, nose and whiskers too! When I saw the prints it brought me back to when I use to touch her nose and she would look at me and I could just feel her smiling at me with her eyes. Ariel made me a special ink design with Cutie's tail curved forming a half heart with her back paw in the middle. I don't have tattoos but if I were to ever get one this would be perfect! Ariel created so many personal touches for Cutie's send off to heaven that she had me crying tears of joy. I'm confident in saying my little sassy girl Cutie knew she was so loved not only here on earth but in heaven. A Peaceful Goodbye for My Sweet Bear…read more There are truly no words to fully express how grateful I am for the care and compassion my family and I received from Honor Pet Comfort Center during one of the most difficult days of my life. I brought my sweet Bear in after 12 beautiful years together, knowing that it was time to help him peacefully transition after his health had declined. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, gentle and nurturing. They understood the weight of what I was walking into and treated both Bear and me with so much tenderness. Dr. Wammock was absolutely incredible. From the moment she entered our private room, there was something so calming about her presence. She spoke softly, explained what was happening, and handled Bear with such gentleness and dignity. Every single thing she did felt intentional and compassionate. When she administered his sedative, she was incredibly tender with him, knowing how much discomfort and distress he had already experienced. She then gave us uninterrupted time to hold him, cuddle him, love on him and say our goodbyes before the final injection. When that moment came, she was just as careful. She even covered Bear so that our final memory of him would not be watching him receive a needle. That small gesture meant more to me than I can adequately put into words. Dr. Scott was also phenomenal and showed our family so much compassion throughout the experience. I will forever be grateful to both of them for the dignity, patience and love they showed Bear in his final moments. Of course, saying goodbye to him was heartbreaking. But somehow, in the middle of all that sadness, Honor Pet created an experience that was also incredibly peaceful and filled with love. I walked away devastated that my baby was gone, but also calm and reassured that I had made the right decision for him and chosen the right people to help me through it. Bear was loved beyond words, and knowing that he was treated with that same level of tenderness at the very end means everything to me. He is now in their care while I wait for his ashes to come home, and I feel completely at peace knowing that he is in good hands. My family lost our beloved cat who has been with us the longest of all our household fur babies…read more Mew had failing kidneys and his condition worsened rapidly, losing weight and requiring hand feeding to try and keep him healthy. He refused to eat very much and resisted taking his medication. He went from energetic and playful to skin and bones in about a month. Our vet had told us he probably didn't have much time left but it happened so quickly. He was my favorite so his departure has left a huge hole in my heart. He would come snuggle between my wife and I at night. When it was cold,he jumped between my legs to keep warm. He would put his paws on my arm at night, even more near the end. Mew was the sweetest cat and had the most precious little meow. Not loud like our other cat or barking like crazy like our dogs when someone comes to the door of a creature roams on the wall of our backyard. I love them all but Mew was my buddy along with our pomhuahua Bear: pomeranian/chihuahua mix). Such a precious little kitty I chose when my kids were in their teens. Pet Haven was recommend by our vet when Baby, our other cat passed over a year ago. They will take care of cremating Mew and returning his ashes to us along with a ceramic disc with his paw prints. The price was dramatically lower when our vet made arrangements for Baby so we were surprised that the price was quite a bit higher when we dealt directly with PHC. Well, what can you do right? The people at the office were very nice and they provide a separate private room with a pet bed where you can say your final goodbye to your precious friend and give them a last hug if you wish. I'm glad I had a chance to tell him how much he meant to me and how much I love him a few days before he was gone. I knew he didn't have much longer to live. Do our pets understand? I believe they do know they are loved. I'm really going to miss my friend.

It was beautiful and something we will always cherish. We were able to drop her off by 10:00 a.m. that same morning. They had a bed ready for her, and we were able to witness her cremation the very next day. When we returned on August 26 for the viewing, the setup exceeded our expectations. London was on the same bed with a blanket over her and looked peaceful. We had about 30 minutes with her and were never rushed. After the cremation, we received her ashes an hour and a half later. Everyone we met was compassionate and helpful. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I wish Furrever Friends existed when my other dogs passed…read more Our dog, Franklin, died on Sunday. For over 11 years, he was a very important part of my family and friends. We are devastated. Not many crematoriums are open on Sundays. I called a number in Van Nuys that I found on Yelp, but the man referred me to Furrever Friends. I'm so glad he did. Heather at Furrever Friends was so kind on the phone and in person. She made the entire process very smooth and easy. She discussed everything with me - their strict cremation process, what to expect with the final package, etc. Honestly, I didn't ask; she just told me. I wasn't functioning very well that day. I picked up Franklin today after only a 4-day wait. At the shop, Heather surprised me with Frank's paw and nose prints on wood and paper! What a thoughtful idea! (I'm sure she told me about it on Sunday, but I really wasn't present.) I almost broke down in front of her when I saw his nose. We used to "boop" that thing! Frank himself is resting in a beautiful wooden box. He's coming home now. Heather, thank you so much for the amazing love and care you showed us! I won't forget you.

On December 1, 2025, my pup looked at me, and I knew it was time. Our family had called upon Dr…read more Gonzalez before, so there was no question in my mind who to call again. Unlike our previous experience where we were able to book ahead of time and plan for our pup's passing, this was a circumstance where our baby needed immediate services -- his body was failing. Once I saw our senior 13-yr old pup was telling me it was okay, I called Dr. Gonzalez at 7pm. She was at our home by 10pm. Our pup had been sick for several years, and in that last week, our primary vet had already told us his health was declining, so we at least knew the end was near. And I had already mentally prepared to be strong and let him go when he needed to -- so I had Dr. Gonzalez's number on hand. We live in an apartment building, so we reserved a spot for her in our lot as close as possible to an exit. She came upstairs to our home, and she had brought all her equipment. I had already imagined how I wanted this experience to go for my once in a lifetime soul pup. I sat on his favorite place on the sofa, and I had him in my lap. Dr. Gonzalez gave me a pee pad to wrap around him within the blanket understanding there could be an accident in the process as his body released his spirit. I had a candle lit. I had soft music playing. We had low lighting on to honor what was about to happen. Dr. Gonzalez was also super accommodating to our 2nd puppy who was curious about her and wondering what was happening to his big brother. She didn't shoo him away -- she invited us to keep the puppy around so he can know his big brother was about to pass on. She gave us time to speak to Nuxx, love on him, and then let him go. Then, it finally happened. And Dr. Gonzalez stepped out of our apartment for awhile, giving our little family time to grieve, sob, and hold our baby close. Our puppy sniffed him too and said his goodbyes. Then she came back, and she asked us if we wanted to be the ones to carry him out or she was happy to do so. My husband carried him, myself and our puppy followed along -- felt like a procession down our apartment hallway. We got to Dr. Gonzalez's car, and we gently placed our baby's body in her car, and said our goodbyes again. Then...it was done. Throughout the experience, Dr. Gonzalez was so incredibly supportive, gentle, understanding, and patient. What else can you ask for when such a heartbreaking thing is occurring? When a spirit is literally fading in your arms? I am still not over losing him, but at least I know we gave him the most peaceful send-off we could: in his own home, in our arms, surrounded by so much love. If / when we need to go through again, I will continue to call on Dr. Gonzalez. RIP Nuxx.

It's manageable.

I recently had to had my two cats out of the house for the day while they worked on my house. I was…read moresuper nervous about having to board them, but I feel good about having to use Paw La La again in the future. All staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful. They also sent me pics (small fee) and were responsive to emails during the day as I checked in on the cats. I have one cat who is so skiddish and even he allowed them to pet him during his stay. They have a complete separate room/area for cats. There are one or two spots in front. Thankfully the times I went I was able to quickly park there; because that particular area is nearly impossible with parking.
