Franciny and Gelver were wonderful when my dog Mochi passed. She passed around 11pm at home and I wasn't sure what to do... I found Rainbow Bridge and after a few hours I called them around 3am and Franciny answered right away. She was so compassionate and listened to me and comforted me over the phone. For pricing it is dependent on the weight and size of your dog, my ~20lb dog being $300 for the pickup, cremation, urn and ashes, and drop off with a clay keepsake of your pets paws. Gelver picked up Mochi a few hours later and it was a quick process. He was able to carry her from my house to the van and we had a long conversation before he drove off, and had lots of care and compassion. He brought Mochi's ashes back less than a week later (on Thanksgiving week) in a wooden urn with a clay keepsake of her paws. I ordered an extra clay keepsake for $35 . I really appreciated that they pick up and drop off, and Gelver was very kind and gentle and was such a hard worker. You can tell these two have much love for pets.
