I recently lost my soul pup Benji of 16 years and the day he passed, I called this place to see if I could drop him off that same night. I drove my pup to his office around 9pm on a Thursday and when we got there, he went over all the details and what to expect in the next couple weeks. He allowed my bf and I to say our last goodbyes to Benj in private before we left and that meant a lot as he respected our last moments together. Oliver was so gracious, kind. and respectful yesterday when he picked up our most precious pup, Q-Bone, a 70# Shar-Pei Lab, who had passed outside in our yard (cancer). Q-Bone was the light of our life. He was also popular with complete strangers -- who he "Woo-Wooed," Home Depot guys, and all our pickelball friends. Oliver was very gentle with pup when he cleaned him up, zipped him in a very sturdy high-quality white zippered bag, and transferred pup to the gurney, then to the van. We followed Oliver out to the alley, and "voila" he opened the van doors and we were greeted by a least a 100 photos of happy dogs that pet parents had sent him. Oliver's a salt-of-the earth kind of guy. He works every day and is on-call until 2:00 a.m. He's even honored his Dad, a former Riverside Co.
