I wish I could give 10 stars. I can't say enough good things about Oliver and Precious Pet Cremations. When my 9 year old son's pet, Sam, passed away, it was the first time he had ever experienced losing a pet. We have other pets, but Sam was special to him, and my son really wanted to have him cremated so we could keep him with us. I honestly had no idea what to do or what the process was. From the moment we met Oliver, he made a really difficult situation so much easier. He is such a people person and you can tell he genuinely cares. He was incredibly sweet and patient with my son, answered every single one of his questions, and treated Sam with so much care and respect. He never made us feel rushed and made my son feel comfortable during something that was really hard for him. We truly miss Sam, but thanks to Oliver, we now have his remains with us forever.
