From the moment we walked in, the team (Brandon especially) stood out. Brandon was incredibly kind, patient, and communicative, which made a huge difference for us as anxious parents. He loves labs too and mocha loves being loved! Toni, Julie, Serena and Marcela were amazing with mocha too and really helped calm some of her stress too Dr Sohn took the time to thoroughly talk with us, gather Mocha's history, and understand everything that was going on. We never felt rushed or brushed off, they made sure we were fully informed and prepared for each step. Most importantly, they helped keep us calm during an overwhelming situation. They didn't try to oversell unnecessary tests, but they also made sure to run a comprehensive set of diagnostics so that no possibilities were overlooked. It felt like they genuinely cared about doing what was best for Mocha, not just checking boxes. Overall, we felt supported, heard, and confident in the care Mocha received. We're very grateful to the team and would definitely recommend them!

That leads to me believe that it's not even actually him responding to people on Yelp. A manager of the hospital called and said they were the best person to help me, and I insisted that I speak to Mr. Cao. They continued on that they are the managers and the best people to help me, but I insisted that I talked to someone that is actually a doctor and not administrative. it has been more than three days. We got an analysis of the fluid in his abdomen that built up, which was more than a pint and a half and this hospital allowed it to remain and didn't even take a sample like they promised to do. The analysis showed that his body is fighting some sort of infection and his blood cells rapidly increased. Not only could they have removed the fluid, but they could have given him an antibiotic. They failed to give our antibiotic to our French bulldog as well when he had an infection. In my opinion, it is cruelty to a dog to do what they did and just take my money and allow him to suffer. He is anemic and fighting an infection and basically fighting for his life. Now they won't even respond to me. There are a few good doctors here that do the right thing. But has a hole, two out of our four visits in the last year. These guys have not done what was right for our dogs and left two dogs in pain leaving their hospital without proper care.

Dr. Leah was professional, compassionate, gentle and kind. As a vet, she briefly discussed Roxy's condition with us and this helped me with all of the conflict that I felt regarding ending her health struggles and pain. Dr. Leah was sweet with her and made all of us feel comfortable. She suggested giving her treats as the procedure began and Roxy was so happy eating cheese that she did not feel the needle as I held her. Afterwards Dr. Leah gave us her time and did not rush us, which I appreciated. I had hoped to give our sweet girl the luxury of peace and love at the end, but I really did not expect her to go happily as she ate special treats. I am so truly grateful for that. Thank you so much.

Despite our request for expedited services, they failed to get back to us in time, leaving us in a state of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. When you are grieving, the last thing you should have to do is chase down a service provider for updates. It is hard for me to believe that 1 sole provider Dr. Leah is so busy that she does not even have 5 mins to pick up a phone and speak to my family I, even after I offer to pay for her time. My recommendation, avoid this provider and find someone with more time and compassion.

When it was close to our pet passing away, we found Only Cremations For Pets and spoke to Kayla…read more She answered all our questions about the process and services they would provide to our beloved dog, Ronni. She explained how we could watch as little or as much of the cremation process as we wished. She also explained the "Private Viewing" and what the entire package would cost and entail. The morning Ronni departed our life, we brought her to Only Cremations and they kept her for us until the viewing, which was a couple days later. The day of the viewing, we were already an emotional mess, but Brittany was there right away to show us the presentation of Ronni in the viewing room. She was beautiful and had a blanket laid over the lower half of her body. Ronni looked like she was peacefully sleeping. There was ambient lighting and somber, relaxing music playing, a vase of flowers nearby, a sofa, and of course a box of tissues for our use. We were given up to two hours to spend with Ronni in the private viewing room for us to say our last goodbyes. We felt grateful to see her beautiful face one last time. During this time, Aldair came in and took her clay paw prints and we also had some ink paw prints done. He did a great job capturing the definition of her paw prints. Both Brittany and Aldair made this time more supportable with their patience and compassion and the gentleness they had with our baby girl. When it was time for the cremation, we had to leave the viewing room and go to another room, as our 86 pound Ronni needed a larger cremator chamber. We were able to sit in this room and watch through a window as Aldair placed her into the compartment. We had previously viewed the entire cremation process with another pet of ours and wished to ensure we received only their cremains, with little chance of a mixture or unknown other pet being switched out. Sounds a little paranoid, but we've heard stories, and this way gave us peace of mind knowing we were definitely receiving Ronnie's cremains. After the cremation process, approximately 90 minutes later, Aldair carefully and thoughtfully prepared the cremains for us to be able to take our Ronni home with us in a nice wooden urn provided as part of the package. Brittany presented us with a fabric bag with the urn inside, along with the clay and ink paw prints, a certificate note of sorts, and a packet of flower seeds. We are so thankful for this experience your establishment provided. Some of the "mom and pop" stand alone facilities have been bought out by big chain corporations, and they do not provide this same service as you have given to us. It's almost as if they have something to hide or don't want you to see. You've provided us with the best farewell we could give Ronni and are so appreciative Dr. George Katcherian founded and created this location for us to give a compassionate goodbye to our loving pets.

Not many crematoriums are open on Sundays. I called a number in Van Nuys that I found on Yelp, but the man referred me to Furrever Friends. I'm so glad he did. Heather at Furrever Friends was so kind on the phone and in person. She made the entire process very smooth and easy. She discussed everything with me - their strict cremation process, what to expect with the final package, etc. Honestly, I didn't ask; she just told me. I wasn't functioning very well that day. I picked up Franklin today after only a 4-day wait. At the shop, Heather surprised me with Frank's paw and nose prints on wood and paper! What a thoughtful idea! (I'm sure she told me about it on Sunday, but I really wasn't present.) I almost broke down in front of her when I saw his nose. We used to "boop" that thing! Frank himself is resting in a beautiful wooden box. He's coming home now. Heather, thank you so much for the amazing love and care you showed us! I won't forget you.

Last week on the 23rd right before christmas, my dog of 14 years passed away at home. I remembered my bsf used FF and I reached out to get their info. I contacted them immediately and was assisted by Heather. She was very kind and helpful over the phone, gave me all the info about the various packages they offer. They offer 3 different cremations packages (private, witness, and communal). I chose to go with private bc witness was more than double the price of private. However, don't be nervous about going with private bc they have numerous ways to ensure that you will be obtaining your pet's remains back even if you aren't able to witness the full process. The private package included a simple urn (a box), paw/nose impression, and fur clipping. In their viewing room, they have numerous urns to choose from and upgrade from the package. Although it was so close to the holidays, I was able to pick up my baby girl the day after christmas. They were kind enough to gift us with a bamboo impression of her nose and paw as an ornament as well. The whole service and communication was truly great. I had no doubt in trusting Heather and her family with taking care of my pet. You can feel how much they care about animals and their passion in helping families get closure and having a beautiful send off for their pets. I will definitely recommend Furrever Friends to all pet owners when it's time to say goodbyes to our fur babies.

My 14 year old boy was suffering from organ failure from a quick and aggressive cancer. And though we tried to save him, it all happened so quick and we unfortunately had to make the call to give him peace. The quickness of everything left me scrambling to find a vet that could come the next day. I knew I wanted my boy to pass on his favorite couch surrounded by family, and luckily this wonderful company had an opening for the following day. Dr. Daniel explained how everything would happen and I could tell he went peacefully. The only discomfort he had was the sedation shot which Dr. Daniel explained would sting just a little bit. From the moment we called (Lauren was fantastic) to when the veterinarian (Dr. Julie) arrived, her presence was gentle, kind, and deeply reassuring. She listened to all of my stories (even the ridiculous ones) as if she had known our pet as long as we had. She allowed us space to cry, laugh, grieve, and be with him without ever rushing us. Every step felt intentional and respectful, honoring our pet's life in a way I'll never forget. Having this done at home, with someone who genuinely cared, gave us the gift of a peaceful goodbye surrounded by love and family. I am profoundly grateful for the compassion and professionalism. If you are facing this heartbreaking decision, I cannot recommend this service enough. It truly made all the difference.
