I arranged to have Rain Tech install gutters on both my daughter's residence as well as one of her rental properties. Tavo, the project manager, provided a clear and detailed (and reasonably priced) estimate and did not try to up-sell us on unnecessary work. He was an excellent communicator and flexible with our schedule, which had to be revised due to the crazy winter storm. So far, they completed the work at the residence and it looks great, so now just waiting for some heavy rain for the real test. But I am 100% confident that if there are any issues, they will happily and quickly resolve them. We're now waiting to schedule the work at the rental property until the exterior paint work is completed end of next week, and will most definitely be using Rain Tech for that. read more

Wowza! RTGS is amazing! I had my estimate done with them back in September. They were the cheapest and FRIENDLIEST company out there. The other companies took forever to give me an estimate, were extremely rude, and refused to contact me. When I say refuse, they told me that they would personally follow-up through phone or email and would instead send me an automated email with nothing that I asked for. Tavo was amazing to work with. He explains things throughly and has amazing communication with his employees. I contacted them on a Friday night to follow through and get the work done. Overall: These guys run a very tight ship in terms of estimating, office work, scheduling, and installation. I was happy through all phases. Their prices were not bottom dollar compared to another estimate, but I felt that I was getting a better product and better service for only about 10 or 15% more. There was another estimate that was substantially higher, so they are still quite competitive. Installation: Fred was my installer and he came out when it was a very cold sleet-filled day. He worked from about 8am until about 2pm and communicated clearly on a couple of changes / small upgrades he felt needed to be done (at no cost) in order for my gutters to perform properly. I only did the front and back to save some money, but if I end up wanting to do my sides, then I will absolutely come back to them to have them complete the job. read more

These folks did me right. After I reported having a couple issues with the original job (after the first big rain) they sent another inspector/estimator out to go over what was missed. I showed them what the problems were and that I would like something else done that was not in the original estimate, I said I would be happy to pay for it. Excellent experience i contacted them for a bid on gutter installation on my home. They were very accommodating to my scheduling needs. The estimator came out on time and provided a very reasonable quote which was several hundred dollars less than some other companies. They called us a few days later on a Saturday and offered to install the gutters the following Tuesday when some other companies were booking out weeks or months in advance. Kevin initially came, and provide an explanation and recommendation of what service they would provide. He was great, and provided a competitive quote. Tavo later sent me the paperwork, and my installation was scheduled. Kevin returned with his crew at a later date, and they installed the gutters in just a few hours. They look great, and I've already had several compliments. The reason that I'm writing this review is that after the first big rain I noticed one of the corners was leaking through the seams. I took a video and sent it to Tavo. He responded by thanking me for reporting this issue, and he would get a crew sent at the next availability. In the days in-between, I got on my roof and inspected the gutters a bit closer. I observed that one of the leaf guards seemed to be bent incorrect, and another small cosmetic issue on another corner. When Tavo called to confirm the crew was going to come by for the initial leaking issue, I let him know about my observations. Again, he thanked me for communicating these issues, and to let the crew now and they'd resolve it. When the crew came, I let them know, and they were very professional and happy to help address all of my concerns. Long story long, I was really impressed with how genuine they were about standing behind their installation and services, and they didn't question me about my observations.
