Our gutters were old and not work efficiently. We contacted Rain Mizer about getting new and improved gutters. Not only were they quick to contact us, they were also quick to come give us a quote and put up the new gutters. It was only a two week period from the initial contact and our new gutters being installed. The quote was reasonable and outlined the many different options we had. The new gutters are wonderful and work great! Highly recommend this company. read more

Since moving to Texas recently I've come to the realization that a lot of people here are just very rude! Customer service is just not a thing apparently? So I was so relieved when I met Theresa! I appreciated her kindness and professional yet sweet approach with us! Her customer service went above and beyond and she was just the best! Honestly, she's the best example of how customer service should be. She was quick to respond, always on time, checked in with us constantly, and kept us all up to date about what was happening and when. Made everything so much easier on me and made me really feel like she appreciated my business. I'd recommend her 100%! Also, she checked up on us afterwards too to make sure everything was to our liking. I'm so glad I went with her for our rain gutters. Thank you so much! read more

This is the 2nd time I used Rain Mizer. While I have not be able to see my newest gutter in action (no rain yet); the quality of work clearly shows. The whole process of working with Theresa & her install crew is truly professional and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them for any of your gutter needs! read more

We have been very pleased with Rain Mizer. We were in shock and highly annoyed after getting a quote from Leaf Guard. Leaf Guard gave us an estimate for around $3,000 and tried to pressure us to agree the same day they were at our home. I told them we didn't have that kind of money, and would get other estimates. Rain Mizer came and gave us a quote for under $400, and it covered everything that we needed done to the back of our home. Unbelievable price difference. Both the initial consultation and installation were fast and efficient. I felt very good about doing business with this company, and will recommend them to anyone that asks. [WARNING: DO NOT USE LEAF GUARD] read more

Great company to deal with. Excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and high quality. Definitely recommend

Very pleased with my experience with Rain Mizer. Theresa was very personable and professional. She explained the project in detail and gave me a very reasonable price. David and his crew came out and did a great job on the installation. Had a unforeseen problem after installation and David came out the next day to correct. Excellent experience with Theresa and David and Rain Mizer. I would recommend them to anyone in need of gutters. read more

Excellent work at a fair price and completed as agreed! Theresa was quick in setting up our appointment and came prepared with installation dates which helped move things forward quickly. Given the opportunity, we will definitely contact Rain Mizer again and would recommend them without hesitation! read more

My husband and I can't say enough nice things about Rain Mizer. From the accurate and professional estimate to the expert installation that has totally enhanced our house, this is a first class organization. They went above and beyond our expectations, even installing a few extra pieces of gutter in places they said needed it for aesthetics. Great service. We are so pleased with the results. read more

Just wanted to throw out a very positive review of Rain Mizer (www.guttersbyrainmizer.com) for new gutters. We just moved in and needed to get gutters installed on our new home, and Theresa was just lovely to work with. Extremely responsive, very competitively priced, and the quality of the service and gutters has been amazing. She even followed up with us after the first big rainstorm post install to make sure everything was working properly. If you need new gutters, give them a shout! Very highly recommend! read more

Being new to the area it can be difficult to differentiate the bad companies and the good ones. Thankfully we found Rain Mizer to install gutters in our house. They are professional, straightforward, knowledgeable and most important NOT pushy. The consultant that came to our house, Ron was great, he took the time to explain the different options of rain gutters (who would of known there are options!) in plain English. Ron was so courteous and professional we literally wanted him to stay for lunch! If you need rain gutters these are the people to see. read more

I had four estimates to have gutters installed. Rain Mizer provided us with the best offer. I loved working with them. Everyone was very professional and the job looks excellent. Don't think anyone could have done better. I would highly recommend Rain Mizer to everyone. read more

Simply the best way to provide service. Theresa came out to provide estimate and she was super nice and straight forward. No hassle. When someone says "I treat your home as my home" that's a personal effect that goes a long way. The install was excellent and pricing was in line with other companies. Will use again and recommend Rain Mizer! Thanks Theresa read more

Very Happy, such a simple solution to standing water and eroding landscaping. Theresa came out and was so nice. She was honest and came up with a great plan for our house. Prices were fair, workers were nice and even got my cat out of my tree. Thanks again!! read more

Rain Mizer installed gutters on our entire house today and they look great! We purchased our home this year and getting new gutters wasn't a "fun" purchase, but a much needed one. Theresa and her team were always on time, professional and their quote was very reasonable. I highly recommend them if you are looking for new gutters. read more

When I was looking for gutter installation, I had four estimates given from various companies including this one, and Rain Mizer was not only the best, but they were the most personable and easy to talk to. Every time I spoke on the phone it was with the same person who came and took my estimate. They worked with us on our requests, scheduling and installation method. When I arrived home from work, I expected to see evidence that a crew had been in my yard working, but instead, I found beautifully installed gutters and my yard looked like nobody had ever been there. I would highly recommend Rain Mizer to anyone looking to have gutters installed. This company is fantastic. read more

I had RainMizer install gutters on my home and the entire process went smoothly. Theresa was prompt with communication and the guys who installed the gutters were very nice and professional. The entire process took about 1.5 weeks starting from the day I called to schedule an estimate through the installation date. Great service all around! read more

Just had my gutters done with downspouts and covers. Theresa was great every step of the way. Knowledgable about my needs and receptive to my ideas. She came out for a quote Monday and the installation was done in a matter of hours the next day. They assessed the face board to make sure they weren't just slapping on gutters that wouldn't last. They color matched exactly to our previous gutters. Rain Mizer was faster, competitively priced and offered a better product. I can't recommend them enough. I looked around first and wasted a lot of time before findings the right people for the job. Learn from my mistake, go with Rain Mizer. read more

I use yelp to pick the folks I use for our home services - The reviews for Rain Mizer were spot on. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in need of gutters. GREAT customer service and a lot cheaper than we were expecting. read more

My husband and I interviewed several gutter companies and no one compared to Rain Mizer. Theresa was the consummate professional . She followed through beautifully on every detail of the job. Her brother, David, and his crew were outstanding in every way. They arrived on time and installed our gutters to perfection. The advice we received regarding our problematic situation proved to be correct and a 10 year situation has been solved thanks to their expertise. I highly recommend this company as I don't see room for improvement. Very kind, thoughtful, sincere and extremely fair priced. I give an A+ rating to this superb company. I have never posted on YELP but after this exceptional experience, I wanted to share my thoughts hoping my input would be helpful in making this important decision. read more

I left a review over a month ago saying that we'd been waiting two weeks and still had not received a quote from Rain Mizer. Since then, we were contacted by David, the owner with a quote and we subsequently scheduled the work. David explained why there was a delay and his explanation made sense and I was satisfied with it. His tech came out and started work and we then discovered some issues that the roofer (recently installed roof) had to rectify. Rain Mizer had to stop work while we worked with the roofer. After the roof was rectified, and some back and forth, we were able to schedule Rain Mizer to come back out to finish their work. It was done in a couple of hours. David, after the initial delay, was responsive and answers calls and emails promptly. There is rain the next few days here in Houston so I'm glad we got the gutters in. Their quote is not the cheapest and not the most expensive and the work looks great! read more

The estimate process is more professional than our previous ones. Price is reasonable and we got our gutters installed a little over a week after the estimate. I would give 5 stars but during the installation process some areas of our house got some scruff marks and wooden trims got chipped at the front of the house. read more

The installation was amazing. Very professional! Theresa was wonderful to work with on the quote and installation process.

As an earlier review stated, the bar had been set very high. Again, they did not disappoint. The crew arrived when scheduled and began work promptly. We had just had extensive landscaping done and they took great care to not ruffle a single leaf on our new plants. The gutters look great and are a perfect match to our siding. We would recommend them to anyone. read more

I contacted Rain Mizer through Yelp last Monday to get a quote on a full new gutter system for my home. I got an initial response relatively quickly, with an email from Theresa on Tuesday morning. Her email said that hours for quotes were M-F 10-4, and asked when would work for me to set up a quote. I responded within an hour and a half, giving very wide windows on Wednesday and Thursday when I would be available to meet an estimator. She responded at the end of the day that it would have to be the following week (this coming week) because she was so busy. On Wednesday, I again replied with very wide windows of availability on Monday-Wednesday this coming week. I still haven't gotten a response, and that was 5 days ago. I understand when a company gets busy - that's a great problem to have! What's not so great is to imply availability (like in Theresa's first email), then respond somewhat shortly that they aren't available for another week when a customer tries to schedule during that implied availability, and then go radio silent when that customer offers several other times that presumably would work better for the company. By comparison, a competing company (who I also contacted on Monday) called me Tuesday morning and sent an estimator out on Wednesday. Update: To Theresa's credit, she did reach out via email and phone, about a week or so after I posted this review. Unfortunately, that doesn't change the negative experience I've had, or my decision to go with another company. read more

We are quite pleased with Rain Mizer. The initial response was quick, gave us a good quote, installed professionally and looks great! Theresa and David are great to work with. Why can't all businesses be like this? I highly recommend. Thank you, Theresa and David. read more

I have called three times now to get an estimate and no return call. Will look for another company.

I would highly recommend Rain Mizer and Theresa is awesome too! She is responsive, answered all my questions, and took care of everything from start to finish. It was a very easy process and reasonable price too. read more

Theresa was great to work with and gave us a great price. The 2 man crew was exceptional and delivered the quality product we paid for.

Don't waste your time! It is very obvious Theresa ISN'T interested in small jobs, since she's totally UNPROFESSIONAL not to return emails/calls. Well as a business owner myself, I can tell you from experience that small jobs lead you to bigger jobs. So glad I didn't hire them!!!! read more

Rain Mizer was great to work with. Theresa came out quickly after my initial contact and gave me a detailed quote, laying out the plan and drawing of what would be done based upon what I wanted -- I needed gutters installed both on the upper and lower roof areas so it was a major job. On the scheduled date, they arrived, went right to work and did so professionally. The installers answered all my questions and were sensitive to the desired placement of the downspouts to ensure minimal impact to the look of the house. The gutter color works great and Theresa assisted me in selecting the proper gutter color. The pricing was reasonable and given the quality of work, it is better than I initially thought. I am very happy with the work they did! I have already recommended them to friends and I would recommend them to anyone I know. They did a great job! read more

Theresa did a great job designing a gutter solution that fit my needs. Install was quick and clean while I was at work and payment was super easy over the phone. This company definitely lived up to their high reviews! read more

We needed our old gutters replaced. I received 6 separate quotes (3 of them were built-in our roof quote). I couldn't believe the price spread, but not all were quoting me apples to apples even though I was specific with my requirements. Rain gutters shouldn't be so complicated. We chose Rain Mizer due to their competitive quote and unbeatable warranty. They were professional, courteous and easy to work with. They completed the work on schedule to our satisfaction. Our new gutters w/leaf guards were installed back in August and work perfectly. Theresa made the whole process simple and uncomplicated. read more

I'm not a big reviewer but after reading how hard this company was to get in touch with, I have to compliment them on incorporating feedback into their business. I had no trouble at all with return calls and scheduling - very timely and very thorough. I also got estimates from multiple companies and felt like Rain Mizer was the most honest about what gutter covers I needed. Great job folks! read more

When I bought my house, the gutters on it were not installed well at all. In fact, whenever it rained, it was like I had no gutters. So Angie's list recommended Rainmizer and then I found out that my vet and neighbor also had used this company and raved about them. So I talked with Teresa at Rainmizer. She was very approachable and friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything she was measuring for. She asked me lots of questions to find out what I wanted. She was just awesome. She is the perfect person for the sales or front of the company. Then when David came out to put the gutters up, he was professional and did excellent work. And something else that impressed me was that they had that device where they could run my credit card through their cell phone. If all home contracting companies had this device, it would make home repairs so much easier for the customer. Rainmizer does really care about making their customers happy. Use them. You won't be sorry. read more

I recently built new home and the contractors never put on the gutters so I needed to hire a company to take care of this. I love how it was very easy to set up an appointment and within few days the team was out here putting the gutters on. They look seamless and great. The price was average but I think it was a little bit more expensive but I would still pay this price because the service was great. read more

The reviews are true!!!! I just bought a brand new house and need to get gutters on the back and sides. I called them to get an estimate and they came out promptly the next day. The sales rep was very professional and polite. They have lots of options to choose from, things like downspouts, shapes, and gutter sizes. The price was great and the warranty you couldn't beat. He told me once he got back to the office I be receiving an email with an invoice and they will be in contact to schedule an install date . The service from start to finish was amazing Theresa made it so easy. The window for them to be at my house was 9 to 11 and they were promptly there right at 9. Theresa's brother was the one doing the install, he explained the whole process and showed me how everything worked. The job was done before I knew it. I would highly recommend them if you need gutters , you will not be disappointed. read more

We live in an older 1964 home that has a bit of a funky roofline and style-wise it wasn't really designed with gutters in mind. When we moved in there was basically no landscaping in front so we had the whole front completely landscaped with all new beds. Well after the first hard rain we ended up with a lot of our mulch and dirt washed away from the intense waterfalls coming off the roof and pummeling the beds. Theresa's was one of a few quotes we received. She arrived early, was very courteous and professional, and I explained that we were very concerned how gutters would look on our particular house. We walked the perimeter of the house, we discussed options, and the colors she had looked like a great match to our paint. The funky roof angles and how they come together at certain points created a challenge but she said she could handle that, too. A week or so later they did the install. It was very quick and once gone you never would have known they were there. The gutters turned out fantastic, all worries were for nothing. You can barely even see them! And most importantly, they function beautifully. We had several bouts of torrential rain since and they work like a charm. read more

I am impressed with Rain Mizer and I don't impress easily. As a matter of fact, I have become increasingly disappointed with service providers from a range of industries; frustrated that I always had to look over my shoulder to ensure good service and often had to redo the work to achieve a satisfactory result. Theresa put my mind at ease almost instantly and followed through with her promises, winning me over. The installation team worked quickly...AND with high quality...a rare combination. I highly recommend this fine company to anyone seeking quality and a team that does what it says it will do. read more

The wonderful individuals involved with this company were a pleasure to work with. I think this is a family owned and operated business and I would definitely do business with them again and/or recommend their services to others. Their price was very competitive and their service was superb. I had met with several companies before choosing Rain Mizer but even during the bidding process the representatives were always on time, readily available, and honorable. They made no promises that they did not keep. The finished work was very good and was completed as promised. They even came out after the job was completed to provide at no charge an additional feature that they thought was necessary to maintain adequate drainage around our property. It has been three months of heavy rain and we have experienced no problems at all! Thank you Rain Mizer read more

Rainmizer is fantastic. I called and left a message that I needed an estimate. Theresa called me back later that day and set up an appointment.. Even though it was right before a holiday weekend, she emailed me the written estimate after coming out and measuring our house. I was amazed that the crew was able to replace the gutters on my 3 story home in one day, and in just a few hours. They look great and work great. We had rain a few days later, and I went out to watch them in action. What a nice change from the "Niagra Falls" that my old gutters used to create. All the water was going where it was supposed to. I would definitely recommend them. read more
