We usually get 2, 5 gallon bottles every 2 weeks, and that is winter, Summer is 3, 5 gallon bottles every 2 weeks and some times summer we call for an extra delivery. I have never in all these years had a problem with service. I called after we were with them about 6 years that we wanted to change from just cold water to cold and hot, and they made a special delivery to bring it to us. We call to have the machine serviced 2 times a year and that keeps everything perfect. When we moved from our older home to a new home in 2006, we called them and had service at both homes several months, and when we sold our old home we discontinued our service from the old home. I am very surprised that my friend told me about the messages that were on YELP and were rated a 1 STAR, I have to say I am shocked to hear this and see the reviews. I am very happy with the service and love the newer bottles with the handles, the last several ears. Believe me, they are much easier to put on the machine than the older bottles with no handle. My husband normally does the water change, but even at my age 70+, I can put the bottle on if I have to. I am going to call Ready Refresh after the Holidays and find out what this problem these people are talking about. I sincerely hope that they check the ratings on YELP and contact the people to get this taken care of.
