We have been with what is now called Ready Refresh, we started in February 15th of 1979 when it was called Arrowhead then went to Calistoga then Nestles Waters and now Ready Refresh. We usually get 2, 5 gallon bottles every 2 weeks, and that is winter, Summer is 3, 5 gallon bottles every 2 weeks and some times summer we call for an extra delivery. I have never in all these years had a problem with service. I called after we were with them about 6 years that we wanted to change from just cold water to cold and hot, and they made a special delivery to bring it to us. We call to have the machine serviced 2 times a year and that keeps everything perfect. When we moved from our older home to a new home in 2006, we called them and had service at both homes several months, and when we sold our old home we discontinued our service from the old home. I am very surprised that my friend told me about the messages that were on YELP and were rated a 1 STAR, I have to say I am shocked to hear this and see the reviews. I am very happy with the service and love the newer bottles with the handles, the last several ears. Believe me, they are much easier to put on the machine than the older bottles with no handle. My husband normally does the water change, but even at my age 70+, I can put the bottle on if I have to. I am going to call Ready Refresh after the Holidays and find out what this problem these people are talking about. I sincerely hope that they check the ratings on YELP and contact the people to get this taken care of. They screwed me AGAIN! On 09/25 I received an email stating that my delivery was scheduled for 09/29 and that I could go online to skip. I went online and got a message saying I couldn't skip until 6pm on 09/26. When I went BACK online to do so, my delivery date had changed to 09/27 and now I'm UNABLE TO SKIP. WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks for them to replace the water dispenser I'm renting from them because I had issues with the machine and the water tasting like burnt chemicals and plastic. After spending upwards of 6+ hours on hold, waiting for a call back and getting hung up on TWICE after my scheduled and confirmed appointment for this past Monday (6/30) never occurred I was finally able to speak with someone who saw that - during the 6+ hours I'd been waiting - my scheduled appointment had been pushed out 2 more times without any notice! I was GUARANTEED that I would be receiving the replacement dispenser and water today (7/2) - I just saw that they've pushed my delivery out to tomorrow!!! I've had to go out of pocket to BUY WATER FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS BECAUSE I'M NOT ABLE TO DRINK WHAT WAS PROVIDED OR USE MY CURRENT DISPENSER! I even requested to cancel and was told I'm "not allowed to cancel". I was also told that I'm not able to get a refund for the defective water and I was stuck with that nearly $20 charge. The company merger seems to be the worst business move. Judging by all the other reviews, the problems I'm experiencing are common. Prices raised, then service ceased. Every day the delivery date is pushed out another day. Over 8 rescheduled deliveries now. Customer service promises next day delivery with every call, yet still isn't happening. I'm trying to be patient as there's not many delivery options. I hope management is aware they're about to lose lots of business with this level of service. I've been charged multiple times by Primo/ReadyRefresh and still haven't received any water deliveries. After nearly $200 in charges, there has been no water delivered at all. Customer service was extremely frustrating--scripted, dismissive, and condescending, with no real effort to resolve the issue. when you call its impossible to get ahold of anyone, it is a literal labyrinth of automated machines that route and reroute you to other automated machines. So don't even waste your time, I suppose this is intentional. Why have a customer service team to field calls and complaints when you likely don't have the ability to do anything about it. Two missed deliveries in a row now, but two processed payments on my end. delivery scheduled for today 04/16/26, empty bottles still sitting outside when I got home from work, a notice in my online dashboard of a skipped delivery but no notification of a skipped delivery anywhere, but they send notifications when the water has been delivered. Now we have to wait 3 weeks instead of the regularly scheduled 2 weeks for water arrive, why the extra week wait? I signed up for services through Costco. They missed the initial set up date and I cancelled service. Only to sign up again a year later at another event at Costco. I recently cancelled after 2 years. The company started making choices that didn't put the customer first. They added fees for gas, they charged customers for service days before delivery instead of the day of. Constant price increases when they know they getting the water for free. What really got me is after I cancelled my service, they have been sending 2 guys to my house knocking loudly on my door before 9am !!!! Like guys what the heck! I contacted customer service and they couldn't tell me what was going on. I do have empty water bottles that I'll gladly drop but don't show up to my house unannounced and expect me to get out of bed and open up my door. This place is terrible. After 4-5 months of terrible delivery I canceled. My last delivery was scheduled for 27 June. Never showed up and no notification they weren't coming. I called to cancel and now i am waiting for a pickup. 4 WEEKS! They just changed again. I have called and that doesnt help. These bottles have been on my porch for 4 weeks. Stay Away from Ready Refresh if you would like a reliable water delivery service. That is NOT what you'll get from them. They've skipped my delivery and skipped picking up empty bottles since they took over from Sparkletts. I canceled my account, and had new water delivery service deliver water with no issues. (Thank you Culligans!) I'm still trying to get Ready Refresh to pick up the empty water bottles and credit my account. I'm on the 5th time they've "rescheduled" my pick up. Each time is almost an hour on hold just to get fed the same, "We're sorry about the missed pick-up. Your pick up has been rescheduled to the next day. UPDATE: Now on my 6th skipped delivery. I've spoken to two supervisors, and countless representatives. There is no follow through on the escalations that have been made since I still have five water bottles waiting for pick up. Their corporate office is not far away from me. I guess I'm going to have to deliver the bottles to them since I can't get them picked up. So glad I have new service. read more

Delivery rescheduled again. We have NO water and you reschedule our delivery again. Our first delivery was scheduled for 9 Jun 2023, no phone call just a message in the afternoon saying the delivery was rescheduled for today (12 Jun). We made it to Sunday with the last bottle we had in the dispenser. No stress we have our emergency hydration bottles 8in the garbage refrigerator we can make it till Monday (12 Jun). Nope now our delivery has now been rescheduled to Wednesday not tomorrow Wednesday. This is unacceptable. For my inconvenience they offered to waive my delivery fee for Friday mishap, Today she wants to give me a bottle water credit. I'm not happy with either one. I just need them to make the deliveries as scheduled. I called back to speak to someone in the escalation department, they took my number and said someone will call be back within the hour. I have used ready refresh in a office for about 2 years and i have serious concerns about the company and its fees. Buyer beware. 1. There is a fee for delivery that increases every few months. they offer promotions but it runs out 2. There is fee for late cancelation that is never mentioned but shows up on the invoice 3. They require a credit card to be saved on the account so they can charge whatever fees they want without needing authorization 4. Calling customer care is waiting 30 minutes on hold 5. If you rent a water filter there is a $50 restoration fee that is not disclosed when renting the water filter 6. They will constantly barrage you for ''water filter cleaning services" that are outrageously priced 7. When i tried to cancel magically the prices dropped 50% and locked for year. My Brother signed up at Sam's Club in December last year and was made promises that were not True. They said he would get a $30 e-gift card to use however he wanted that never happened, although we called numerous times. They had also said it was not automatic delivery that when he wanted water he had to call them, not true. He finally cancelled this Service with Ready Refresh in May this year, He has yet to receive his Deposit back and no gift card. Should be zero stars. The delivery driver was always awesome but the company is awful (not his fault). You rarely can speak with an agent when they mess up your order and when you do they aren't in the US. They consistently reschedule your delivery without notice leaving you without water for WEEKS. This is more Primo Brands than ready refresh. I never had an issue with ready refresh deliveries. However, since the merger with Primo Brands, I have been consistently skipped, had delivery dates changed and/or had the driver cancel the delivery. I have emailed several times with no response. I call and wait over an hour to speak with someone. I am offered discounts by the front line operator, but always request to speak to someone else, who in turn sends me to the "escalation" department.
