Poor customer service. Website is always has issues. Always have to call, just to change bottle count. Heaven forbid if you need an extra product added to your order, It never comes! Since the merger with Primo Brands it has gotten even worse. The Brands that are under their business (water.com, ozarkadelivery.com, sparkletts.com, purelifedelivery.com, Primobrands.com, readyrefresh.com) do not honor posted pricing on the website. When you call it goes to Primo Brands call center and nothing but excuses and contradictions. They monopolize the market so there are very few options for other companies that they do not control. Terrible customer service since they've merged with Primo. I never had an issue with Primo water and now my ready refresh has been rescheduled 4 times. Each time I call, they tell me it'll be here on such and such day. To make things funnier, I got an invoice. For what?? I can't even use the machine! We have a new firm credit card and I've been trying to reach someone for over a week to give it to the new company, Primo. Last week I was on hold for half an hour; representative stated someone from Accounting would have to call me back. No one ever did. Called this morning and a representative couldn't find my account. He put me on hold to check with a supervisor and was gone for 51 minutes. I called back and the phone tree put me directly into the survey and then disconnected me. Currently on hold for a third time today, 17 minutes and counting. It's almost like they don't want their money. If I don't reach someone on this call I will be switching our corporate account to another provider. read more

I don't recommend them if you live in Dallas. I lived in Little Elm and the delivery was great on time and I never ran out of water(except when the delivery went to my new address earlier than expected). The first delivery that arrived at my new address has been the only successful delivery. Since I moved to Dallas the following happened: in August I was told my water would be delivered on 4 separate occasions. Water final came after many calls. Once they even tried to convince me the water was delivered and they told me to look around my house. This month again I'm on my 5th promise of water crossing my fingers it will be delivered. I have been a customer for a year and am VERY unhappy. I live in a high-rise that requires that deliveries are approved via phone when the show up. The problem is that they keep trying to deliver at 7am, when I am not available. At any rate, the real problem happens when you decided to leave. You can sign-up online, but you cannot cancel. You can fill out a form, but they never respond. You can try the chat option--no luck! And, if you call, they say the call volume is too high and to use their website for whatever is needed. It was nearly impossible to cancel this service. I had been trying to cancel, but when I talk to customer, first they pressured me really hard to continue the service, even though I just don't need it anymore, and it took a long time to get them to agree to just cancel it, but then it wasn't really canceled and they would just keep charging me and delivering the water. Then the card I had on file with them expired, and I thought that would solve the problem. Even though my card was expired and they didn't have a payment on file, and they weren't delivering the water, they continued to charge me. This went on for several months. Finally I called and just went nuclear. I hate doing that; it's not very classy. Finally they canceled it, but they still made one more deliver and charged me for it! I ended up having to pay almost 100 dollars for services that were never rendered. I finally got it canceled, but my god it was ridiculously difficult. I am going to springboard off the last review I read from D.S. (Aug 13, 2024), I have had an account with this company for 20 years. The price jumped exponentially around the pandemic. Since the pandemic, service has drastically diminished. The water price increased to $11.99 for a 5-gallon bottle of Ozarka, then it increased to $13.99, and now they are $15.99 each. You can buy Ozarka 1 and 2-gallon bottles retail for a fraction of this price. My delivery bill has doubled, since 2020. I get quarterly deliveries, and there have been several times when they will deliver monthly anyway. I will change the delivery date on my account due to having a surplus of water, and then the following month, the water got delivered again. They have delivered the water to the wrong house. It has become exhausting having to deal with customer service. I do not understand why the delivery schedule does not get delivered as scheduled. I am at the point that we are going to cancel our service. It is my fault that I haven't done it yet, because I just do not like dealing with them wanting to offer me a better deal to keep my business. I am the perfect customer they prey on. I just blindly pay my bill begrudgingly because I am too lazy to cancel. The price has gotten too high, deliveries are inconsistent, and getting bottles refilled, at a water kiosk is a fraction of the cost. So unless you are getting spring water, filtered water, and talk water can be obtained at a kiosk service at Walmart, grocery stores, and even the windmill-ice kiosks. read more

I started service with them in 2019 and it hasn't been a problem until this year 2024. Currently, the deliveries has been terrible. I received the wrong items once. I called, they said they would deliver and change out the product and gave me a delivery date but never came. Again, next delivery most of my products were damaged. My cases of the one gallons were crushed, dropped, leaking and they just left it that way. I contacted customer service and they did not do anything. Not even an apology, or offer to replace it. For starters you're never gonna get your delivery on the day that they say you're gonna get your delivery. Then they're gonna charge you for it even if you don't get it. When you do you're not going to get an update, so you're gonna end up with a surplus of bottles that you'll never get the refund for. Secondly when you need to call customer service because they didn't deliver they are going to put you on hold for a min of 30-60 min, and if you're lucky they will promise to fix it and send you your delivery for free, then not show up and charge you for it anyways. Otherwise they will just hang up on you or disconnect. I have been trying for a week to straight up cancel my services. Via phone and email, and have not had luck. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and had to put a stop payment on my credit card, because I can't remove the payment from their site. The water is good, but I would rather drink raw sewage than have to deal with them again. read more

Ozarka water. Had this for about a week or two and I noticed my eyes started burning. It was almost uncontrollable. Even with allergies I've never had anything like that occur so I started to drink more of the Ozarka thinking maybe it was the tapwater that I was using for my coffee. Burning eyes got worse. So after determining that it was not my tapwater causing the issue, I canceled my Ozarka delivery. It has only Been a week and my eyes have not burned once since I stopped drinking that water. My water was not delivered where requested. I live on acreage and the street is about 1/4 mile from my house. The water is supposed to be delivered by my garage. That is where I leave the empty bottles. It's an easy spot for delivery for the driver as they can pull up right next to the spot. My water was delivered to the street and the empty bottles were not picked up because they were at my garage. I called customer service and they said they'd have a driver come by that afternoon and bring the bottles to the garage and pick up the empty ones. Two days have gone by and no one has come. If I have to go to the street and lift the heavy bottles in my car and unload them from my car (something I can't physically do), I might as well buy from the grocery store and not pay their prices for delivery. Then on top of that, they send me an email to tip the driver... for what???? Crappy service??? Not the first time. Plus they change delivery days on the day of delivery quite often. Not too big of a deal, but I have already put the empties out and can't always leave them out because the Texas winds blow them around. Please do better at customer service. I have been a recurring Ready Refresh water delivery customer in Plano, TX for a long time. I order 5 Five Gallon bottles every month. Their customer service is deplorable. From incorrect delivery dates, to changing date 5-6 in one month, to the latest: Text notification of 9/1/22 delivery. Truck pulls up 8/31/22 (My office faces street), no one gets out. Truck leaves. No delivery (even though arrived a day earlier than scheduled, no empty bottle pickup - I have 10 out front). I contact Ready Refresh/Ozarka with situation and receive a message that they delivered order. I reply no you did not. I have sent 4 emails now and still no reply. The icing? The next day they billed me for another order. I even add a tip for the driver onto my orders. And they cannot even bother to reply to an email, even when I share that I SAW the truck and no one got out at all. Their prices keeping increasing and the service is below the zero line. Example: I bought a dispenser outright in the beginning. 2 years after I canceled their service they still periodically contact me to try to get me to pay for it again. Months after I canceled their service (which was pretty quick, believe me) they randomly delivered water. The delivery driver refused to take the bottles back, and although they didn't charge me, I was stuck with 5 gallon bottles of water I could neither use nor lift. We were receiving home delivery through Sparkletts and it was great and then they were bought out or taken over by ReadyRefresh. I found out by receiving a notification email that my password needed to be changed - I had no idea of the takeover or anything and was super confused. Setting that aside, their first delivery they only gave us 3 bottles despite my note requesting 5, and they AGAIN only provided 3 bottles on the second delivery. The bottles are awful, they fill them to the literal top so when putting them into the dispenser, water overflows all over the place, we have to dump some out to use them. Asked the delivery guy if that could be resolved and were told basically no. Delivery guy also committed to sending 2 extra bottles on the next delivery but that never happened, we updated our recurring delivery online to 5 bottles but that shipment has not arrived and every day I get a new message that it has been pushed back another day. So we are done with them and I am now trying to find another service. Which is actually not that easy, they appear to have bought up everyone and are trying to monopolize the area. I would rather drive myself to a store and fill the bottles myself than continue to pay this company for total lack of service. read more

After having the service for about a year and a half and fighting with the customer service department about inconsistent delivery schedules we are through. As of late you cannot even get an associate on the phone with Ready Refresh or Primo Brands as they call themselves now. Understand I have never had a problem with our delivery drivers when they come. They have always been nice and courteous. It is the company that is severely broken in many ways from customer service all the way up through the ranks into upper management. I would caution anyone who dare ventures into a relationship with them as they are not easy to deal with and even harder to get a response from when there is an issue. Your only interactions will be with your drivers. And they are not the ones to blame. We have since purchased our own dispenser and have the bottles exchanged for less than Primo Brands/ Ready Refresh was charging us. I can tell you with certainty that we are on course to save over $400. + for the remainder of this year by cutting ties with them. Just so you know. They pretty much have all the water gathered up. Yes they own them all. They call them subsidiaries. But they own them all from Nestle to Ozarka and all the other waters we all drink out here. So do as you will on your next venture to have a service deliver water to you. Customer Beware. They even had my old driver come back out to collect more empties from me that they did not own. Can't give less than 1. Most unreliable delivery service we've ever encountered. We use distilled water in CPAP machines and humidifiers. Signed up for 12 gallons to be delivered weekly. Beginning from delivery 1, it was rescheduled twice. Second delivery rescheduled once. Got to the 5th delivery and gave up. App runs you in loops trying to cancel your membership. Called Customer Service to hopefully cancel the membership for good. read more

They periodically try to jump the price per bottle up to $9 but I have always been able to get it lowered until Sept 2019 a letter was sent out say cost increased....they are billing $11 per bottle and I rent a cooler for $8!!
