I feel like I'm in the twilight zone with this situation. I move into a brand new custom home and hire a supposed "professional" company to come in and provide a service and this is how I'm treated! It has been since April of 2024 that my home has not been completed, from the damages this company has created. I've contacted Don, John, Yeshua, Tina, and I still have all the text, voicemails of the bs they tell me that they are going to get it handled and nothing ever happens. I have stress over this situation almost daily and the anxiety I have every time I hear water running in my house I think it's something leaking. Along with not getting the customer service that I was promised, my system has leaked and created more damages and I've had water spots since the system was put in. No one ever came to assess any of this and the company Paul Davis that is waiting to fix the damages that have been done to my home cannot get a hold of Puragain to start. I have even set up an appointment and waited for the technician to show up and no one even came. After two years of consistent lying about the system's ability to remove calcium; finally find that their system does not filter out calcium at all but removes waste. Their techs come out and charge for new filters but a month later another tech comes out and verifies that they were not replaced. They don't like to test the water because they know what the results will reveal. Finally got them to agree to remove their system and refund my initial investment - now they refuse to respond to letter, phone calls and e mails. Save your money - this is a scam and i now have to seek court action to get them to comply. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well. read more

Was told it takes time for filters to work. 3 months later. Same numbers as before system installed. Today tech came out to check after 1 year. Same numbers. Chad Elser was my salesman, he was awesome and very knowledgeable. James installed our unit in our house, and he was great. Professional, quick, cleaned up his work and my dogs loved him! Eldridge and Keith were the techs and had to find our main line, we had issues locating our main line, but the guys busted their tails to get this done and they did! The cover to my main line was covered with around a foot of dirt. All in all, we are very satisfied thus far with our experience and look forward to this new system. I recently had the Puragain filter put in, and oh my! I could not only taste the difference, but my skin is no longer dry and scaley. My skin looks 10 years younger. It feels and looks amazing. My ezema hasn't bothered me in days! The price is well worth the investment. I'm paying $75 a month for bottle water, and this system is free install and $49 a month. My installers were both great. A young man named Kasen came out the first day at 9 am expecting to do a three - or 4 hour job. However, because my home was built in 1962, the water line was hard to locate. He dug up the back and then had to dig up the from. He finally finished around 5 pm. He was so kind and patient. After he finished, he said someone else would be out to add the finishing touches, but the water filter was doing its job and even informed that the water would look cloudy for a day or two,but it was safe. However I could run all the water out the water heater it that bothered me. I didn't. That was 2 weeks ago. Thursday I spoke with the manager Eldrige, and he said someone would be out today (10/28/23) to finish my install and drop off a cover since my new system faces the front. Well, I figured there's no way anybody is coming out in this rain. And is was by that time after one and I wasn't upset because of the rain. Well, low and behold a young man by the name of James Adcox (I asked him for his last name) shows up and does an awesome job finishing up. He was very professional and I enjoyed talking to him. He explained.why he was a little late. I said don't worry about. With this rain I understand. He was a very nice young man and he told me he had a cat. An orange one like one of mine.
