Texas water is not the hardest water, but there is a palpable difference with a softener installed. The RO water also tastes great and everybody always compliments it, and even the picky dog guests love it. I have nothing but great things to say about Joe and his team. Since the installation, RainSoft technicians have been out to my home roughly eight times attempting to fix the same recurring issues, yet the system still does not function properly. I have contacted the company multiple times to explain that I am no longer willing to continue paying for a system that does not work and has required constant service. Instead of offering a real resolution, replacement, or meaningful accountability, they continue to push sending out yet another technician to "fix" the same problem again.
