I am so happy with my upgraded water softener and filtration system!!…read more Joseph was very responsive throughout the entire process and took the time to answer a lot of detailed questions before I made my decision about the equipment, long-term maintenance, warranty coverage, and service costs clearly. Brandon and Tyler handled the installation and were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of my home. They worked quickly, kept the area organized, and left the installation looking clean and sleek. There was a plumbing issue during installation involving the inlet/outlet configuration corrected it immediately. They also noticed that my existing water-softener drain line was smaller than what they preferred for proper regeneration. Rather than ignoring it, they brought it to my attention and Joseph agreed to upgrade the drain line so the new system could operate properly long term. I really appreciated that they identified the potential issue before it became a problem later. The difference in my water was immediate. I took my first shower after installation and it was incredibly soft and silky -- noticeably better than the Whirlpool system I had for 7 years since it can soften and filter for chlorine and other contaminates. I also appreciate how simple the maintenance is. I only need to keep salt in the brine tank, and the system regenerates automatically. No special softener-cleaning products or complicated routine maintenance. I spent $3k for the unit and install, and this is one of the best investments to make for your home, skin, hair, and physical health. With a 5 year warranty and reasonable service fees after, I now have peace of mind after dealing with the failure of my previous unit. Thank you to Joseph, Brandon, and Tyler for a great experience. I would absolutely recommend them!!

I called supreme water filtration, and spoke with the owner Joseph, who couldn't be nicer. He also walked me through and educated me on the system and literally saved me money by not having the previous owner's company come out and negligently charge me money. Trust and integrity are huge in my book, and Joseph just reinforce that ideology. I would highly recommend anyone to deal with him and know that you are going to get a good honest vendor. There were times when my water tasted or smelled less than healthy, so it was only natural to evolve into a water purification enthusiast. My wife and I conducted such extensive research on water purification systems that we practically earned honorary PhDs in the subject. After all our efforts, we confidently chose Puragain for a multitude of reasons, including the fact that it's a whole-house system that delivers clean water to every faucet. It's like having a personal hydration station at home! And then there's the RO system under the kitchen sink, which gives us bottled-quality drinking water that's better than anything you can buy in stores. Our installation was carried out by a gentleman named Eldridge Richardson. I could rave for hours about how empathetic, intelligent, and businesslike he was. Eldridge truly made the experience easy and simplified. His knowledge of the product further solidified our choice of Puragain as our purification system. Since installing the system in our home, our water is incredible, and we haven't had any issues. We even get text messages during freezes to ensure we take the proper precautions, and the communication is seamless. I trust Puragain to be there should any issues arise. I've had nothing but a solid gold experience with Puragain and would recommend them to anyone looking to install a whole-house system.

I…read moremove into a brand new custom home and hire a supposed "professional" company to come in and provide a service and this is how I'm treated! It has been since April of 2024 that my home has not been completed, from the damages this company has created. I've contacted Don, John, Yeshua, Tina, and I still have all the text, voicemails of the bs they tell me that they are going to get it handled and nothing ever happens. I have stress over this situation almost daily and the anxiety I have every time I hear water running in my house I think it's something leaking. Along with not getting the customer service that I was promised, my system has leaked and created more damages and I've had water spots since the system was put in. No one ever came to assess any of this and the company Paul Davis that is waiting to fix the damages that have been done to my home cannot get a hold of Puragain to start. I have even set up an appointment and waited for the technician to show up and no one even came. My husband and I both work hard to have what we have and for this company to come in and damage my new home and ghost me, I JUST WANT MY HOUSE FIXED. I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS.
