There is usually one person working and he always has a smile on his face and will definitely put you in a good mood. We usually bring in four 5-gallon jugs and we're in and out in about 5-10 minutes. In fact, you can temporarily park in front of the store so you can easily load the jugs into the car after they are filled. The guy will even help you load the bottles without asking! Upon discovering no refund or communication, I emailed them back and forth 5 times telling them that I was waiting for my reimbursement and they refused to stating that they had not received the bottles and dispenser. They stopped responding to my emails of the photos. Nothing had been resolved and communication had been cut off. They owe me money and ill have to take them to court and report them to the bbb. This is theft.
