We've used their annual service to winterize, service and store our pump each year. Their communication has always been very clear and Forest has bent over backwards to provide service when we have needed it. Everyone who has seen our pool house and the outdoor cooling system raves about it. I know several have asked for JetStream's contact info to see about putting in a similar system. It makes the Texas heat bearable and most of the time enjoyable. We get a 20+ degree temperature drop without getting wet. The high pressure air evaporates the mist and provides awesome cool air.

On the scheduled day, Manny came out to meet with me and provided some options, which I could consider. We came to an agreement on what made the most sense.
