JetStream installed an outdoor AC in our pool house in 2015 (you can see the system reflected in the pool in this magazine - https://issuu.com/westwick-farrowmedia/docs/pool_and_spa_mar_apr_2017/21 ) and we couldn't be happier. We've used their annual service to winterize, service and store our pump each year. Their communication has always been very clear and Forest has bent over backwards to provide service when we have needed it. Everyone who has seen our pool house and the outdoor cooling system raves about it. I know several have asked for JetStream's contact info to see about putting in a similar system. It makes the Texas heat bearable and most of the time enjoyable. We get a 20+ degree temperature drop without getting wet. The high pressure air evaporates the mist and provides awesome cool air. read more

Just called these guys to see if they would take an appointment. Felt like I was calling a family member or friend to ask them move. I literally had to think twice to see if I had called the right place. I was looking forward to getting some outdoor cooling for my house but I'm gonna look elsewhere. I suggest you do the same. IF YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They will take your machine and hold it hostage until you renew your contract. By the time I got my system last year, Summer was halfway over. Again this year, someone came out to winterize the system and disconnected it after I told them i didn't want them touching it. Now it is Summer again and when I called FORREST WOODS back to put it back together, he refused because i didn't pay for another year and hung up on me.
