We've used their annual service to winterize, service and store our pump each year. Their communication has always been very clear and Forest has bent over backwards to provide service when we have needed it. It makes the Texas heat bearable and most of the time enjoyable. We get a 20+ degree temperature drop without getting wet. The high pressure air evaporates the mist and provides awesome cool air.
