I am very impressed with the integrity and honesty of this company. Long story I wont go into, but their previous manager made a goof. The current manager ,when he came out noticed it, and informed me of it. He could very easily have not told me and I would have never known the difference, and he knew that. The website for the company is misleading. On its website it claims "our NADCA certified technician provided best service", in reality NADCA website list 0 technician from this company. Spent close to $600 for cleaning ducts for just one ac system. and they did not solve my issue and So I started to do further research. When I call the company after I found out the false claim, the manager offered full refund in a very friendly manner. Then the receptionist TJ keeps saying he will find out the status and call me back. After a month, Jacob the manager told me it was denied by the accounting department, since they did come out to do cleaning, I requested half refund. After 3 weeks waiting for the accounting department approval, I was told finally they are not going to give any refund. I updated the review after the owner contacted me. We bought a house and we had no idea if/when the ducts had been cleaned. Since we suffer from allergies, we knew we wanted to get this scheduled and done fast. I contacted several companies, and Collin Creek responded quickly, gave me lots of great information about themselves, and I felt reassured that they would do a good job. Obviously, they did a great job cleaning the vents. But that's not what made them stand out to me. The crew was great. I hadn't been up in the attic yet, so they went up and showed me where the furnace was, where the filters go (replaced the air filters for me), and where all the returns were in the house. They also came down later to let me know the previous owners had left a couple boxes of tile in the attic (!), and ran out to get me new batteries for one of my thermostats. I called them later because I noticed one of the return vents was loose. They told me they didn't remove any of the vents, but one of the guys came back out anyways and helped me put it in properly. Collin Creek duct cleaning was awesome. We purchased a new home that was built several decades ago and we had no clue the last time our air ducts were cleaned. I found out about Collin creek through Yelp actually, and when I called the General manager CHAD was extremely helpful. I scheduled an appointment and a few days later his team arrived exactly on time. They did extremely thorough job cleaning out all of our air ducts and it took about four hours. Finally breathing easier. We had Collin Creek Duct Cleaning come out and do a thorough cleaning of all of our ducts. Some other companies quoted only a few ducts, this was the first company that included ALL ducts in their quote without upcharging. The two man crew showed up, explained what they were going to do, went over the final price of it all and got to work. They were very pleasant and answered all of my questions. After all was said and done, I paid, they cleaned up, and headed out. I went back over everything and found a a few new random screws, a chunk of scrap metal cut from our furnace vent, and our old filter. They said they would replace the filter, but they did not. And the patch over the hole in our furnace wasn't sufficient and leaked conditioned air. These things could have led me to leave a rough review, but I called and spoke to the manager and he made sure everything was corrected to my liking. I can't blame someone for little mistakes here and there, these things happen. Needed to have my ducts clean so I called Collin Creek Duct Cleaning. They didn't have any availabilities for about 2 weeks and I had to get it done before I could sell the house, but I guess this just means they've got a lot of customers. The people arrived on time and did the job quickly. They were friendly enough. They apparently found a bunch of missing socks for me and left them on a pile on my washing machine. They didn't tell me about that, I just found them after they left, which was odd. I'd hire these folks again. Just keep in mind they might be a little bit busy at times. read more

CC Duct Cleaning came out today for a solid 3 hours to clean 15 vents (including returns). They worked as if it were their own home. The vacuum system worked great. I was impressed with their professionalism - in person and on the phone, and promptness - exactly on time! I've used another local company 5 years ago and all they did was pull flow vents and put a mop on a stick to clean as far as they could reach. Terrible. Had ducts and dryer vents cleaned. Workers were on time and professional in demeanor and finished in @ 2.5 hrs for a townhome. They covered most ducts except high ceiling ones (many TX homes have high ceilings so those not covered will have some debris/dust come out. An FYI if you have allergies). Sharing as cost quoted was @ $420 for a typical town home but my bill was over $830 (for a town home!) so that was a shock. They charge by every single intake and outtake vent no matter the size of the home so do a count including closets prior or you may get a major shock for me. $830 for 2.5 hrs work was and still is a sticker shock. read more

My husband and I just bought a house where the previous owners had a cat. I desperately needed to have the air ducts cleaned as I am highly allergic to cats. I had researched several air duct companies before deciding to give Collin Creek a call. From that first call they were professional and helpful with all my questions. The day of, they arrived on time and assessed the setup. I appreciated the fact that they once again gave me the the total of what it would be before starting. (They are $35/vent which included a microbial treatment. That treatment alone was an additional $15/vent at several other places I had looked into.) The two men were very professional and friendly while they worked. They quickly closed and taped up all our vents and began their work. After completing the washing and vacuuming, they pulled the tape off to show me a small amount of all the crap that was in the vents. Came on time, good clean up. Friendly. Nice attitude when asked to clean areas missed. Only problems were they did not bring enough ducts for debris to exit house but warehouse was nearby and they unplugged cable TV or knocked it loose and did not replug. We did not know why TV was not working that night until Spectrum came next day and found cable unplugged in attic where cleaners were connecting hoses. These guys were great. We got quotes from other air duct services- some wanting to charge around $2500! They came out and checked both of our units and determined that one unit didn't need to be cleaned. Very honest! They even took pictures to show me.
