    Simply Amazing Customer Service. Owner is so friendly and always takes my water to my car for me and buckles it up in the back seat.

    Stay Away is all I can say…read more Started water delivery service with them and it was a total nightmare, wrong deliveries, ordered plastic and they deliver the higher costs glass. would deliver double bottles and then charge and not give back credit. To top it off I have had employees that were supposedly fired calling me asking for my credit card information many times. Now I am having to contact my credit card company to file fraud charges against this company. Again stay away, there are many other options that perform better and cheaper rates.

Wait, my water has too much sodium, ferrous iron, nitrates, lead, fluoride and organic contaminants!?! Where do I begin to explain how difficult wading through all the information regarding having high quality and clean water was? Why did no one tell me if I moved across town I would need this expensive system? And then to be required to pay a significant amount of hard earned cash towards something I know little about is .. well, extremely difficult for this skeptic to do. Not only that, when researching water purification I constantly ran across forums warning of the business practices in this industry. Who do you trust? Frankly, it was too much during that move-out/move-in week and I had a meltdown. Total and completely. Then I dried my eyes, put my big girl panties on, and turned to Yelp. I will spare you the drama of all those calls, but lemme just say one of them wanted $498 to come and to "service" my equipment and could not tell me what that included because she was simply a scheduler. Huh? No. Then I called Water Event. Every. Single. Interaction. was flawless. I felt heard, respected, cared for, encouraged, and empowered. What a class act company all the way through. The entire team at Water Event has a customer first attitude that this customer appreciates so much! If I have issues with my reverse osmosis system, or need a new filter I will come to them. If I want to upgrade my RainSoft system, these will be the guys I trust to steer me in the right direction and make that happen for the best price. If I ever need to have my RainSoft system serviced this will be the company that I call. If I just have a question about purified water I know what number to dial! Water Event are the water experts. I feel confident about the system I have, how to use it, how to care for it and when to call for help. That kinda makes me my home's water expert, right? The most important thing is I know that the water coming into my home is safe for my family's health and for my wallet. That in itself is priceless. I want to send a special shout out to Terry who went above and beyond, is so extremely knowledgeable and has a passion to share that knowledge, he has such great spirit and a enthusiastic approach. Also to Luis who had the good judgement to call in Terry. I trust this company, and will be a customer for life. Keep up the great work!

I…read moremove into a brand new custom home and hire a supposed "professional" company to come in and provide a service and this is how I'm treated! It has been since April of 2024 that my home has not been completed, from the damages this company has created. I've contacted Don, John, Yeshua, Tina, and I still have all the text, voicemails of the bs they tell me that they are going to get it handled and nothing ever happens. I have stress over this situation almost daily and the anxiety I have every time I hear water running in my house I think it's something leaking. Along with not getting the customer service that I was promised, my system has leaked and created more damages and I've had water spots since the system was put in. No one ever came to assess any of this and the company Paul Davis that is waiting to fix the damages that have been done to my home cannot get a hold of Puragain to start. I have even set up an appointment and waited for the technician to show up and no one even came. My husband and I both work hard to have what we have and for this company to come in and damage my new home and ghost me, I JUST WANT MY HOUSE FIXED. I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS.

    We have been with what is now called Ready Refresh, we started in February 15th of 1979 when it was…read morecalled Arrowhead then went to Calistoga then Nestles Waters and now Ready Refresh. We usually get 2, 5 gallon bottles every 2 weeks, and that is winter, Summer is 3, 5 gallon bottles every 2 weeks and some times summer we call for an extra delivery. I have never in all these years had a problem with service. I called after we were with them about 6 years that we wanted to change from just cold water to cold and hot, and they made a special delivery to bring it to us. We call to have the machine serviced 2 times a year and that keeps everything perfect. When we moved from our older home to a new home in 2006, we called them and had service at both homes several months, and when we sold our old home we discontinued our service from the old home. I am very surprised that my friend told me about the messages that were on YELP and were rated a 1 STAR, I have to say I am shocked to hear this and see the reviews. I am very happy with the service and love the newer bottles with the handles, the last several ears. Believe me, they are much easier to put on the machine than the older bottles with no handle. My husband normally does the water change, but even at my age 70+, I can put the bottle on if I have to. I am going to call Ready Refresh after the Holidays and find out what this problem these people are talking about. I sincerely hope that they check the ratings on YELP and contact the people to get this taken care of. Thank you Ready Refresh for your great service for 39 years and hope there will be many more years, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. From a very satisfied customer.

I went online and got a message saying I couldn't skip until 6pm on 09/26. When I went BACK online to do so, my delivery date had changed to 09/27 and now I'm UNABLE TO SKIP. This is WITHOUT A DOUBT the WORST company I've ever dealt with. Do NOT sign up.
