Literally, the other people in my group ordered separately, more food than me, got their food within like 3 minutes or less. I waited for my Gordita for maybe 10 minutes. By the time it was done, everyone in my group was ready to leave and I was so mad. There was a line and I'm not one to complain, but everyone there knew I was pissed. One of the women then looked the order up online and found the correct order. At that point, everything had to be cooked still. We didn't get our food until 7:30. No discount for the mistake, no true apology, just a lot of blame thrown around from one worker to the other. Now that the ordering fiasco was over, we went home with our food. In the rush, the lack of attention to the food cooking properly wasn't ideal. The chicken wings were not fully cooked. Other foods, like the spring rolls and black pepper chicken, were horribly greasy, something I've never experienced from Oriental Kitchen before. After this, we've decided that we won't return. St. Albans has another Chinese that is just as good as Oriental Kitchen used to be.
