Officially my go to shampoo and conditioner. I love how there's just so many options of soaps, shampoo bars, and conditioners so someone like me who get bored of one type of shampoo fast can just switch to a new one when a bar finishes. It makes my hair feel soft and healthy, I dont have that tacky, dry, or greasy feeling other big company brand's shampoos do to my hair after a while. I started buying their hand soap too and my mom who has a super picky sense of smell actually approves Sso yay. The lady there is super nice and will go in depth about every product there if you ask. I really just like everything about the store, like a local small business that has handmade natural products with tons of scents is perfect for me.

This store is behind La Monarca. Its such a cute hidden gem. The owner is so sweet and passionate about her products and really helpful. They have a variety of soaps, toners, lip scrubs, chapstick, clay mask, containers for skin care, skincare tools such as brushes, sponges, bamboo reusable sponges for toner application, and so much more. It all seems to be organic and clean products. Also I always support females who are opening up their own small business and brand. I highly recommend everyone to stop by and theres also soap samples how awesome is that!

They have great quality products that last and smell amazing! You can also take your own containers and have them refill for you.

Fantastic soaps and hair care! The rice water shampoo and citronella body soap are a must for me.

During my visit, I had an unfortunate experience with a makeup artist whom I believe was named Kai. My companion and I were simply using a mirror near her makeup station when she approached us and abruptly told us not to touch anything. Rather than politely explaining that the area had been sanitized for the next customer and asking us to use a different mirror, her approach felt unnecessarily confrontational. What made the interaction even more uncomfortable was that she then returned and covered the entire station with cloths, which made us feel as though we had done something wrong or were somehow unwelcome. I later spoke with the manager, Taylor, hoping to discuss the situation. Unfortunately, I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously, and the conversation was not particularly helpful. The manager also would not confirm the employee's name, making it difficult to provide accurate feedback. I understand that the store was extremely busy, and I appreciate the challenges that come with managing a high-volume retail environment. However, customer service and professionalism should never be compromised. After years of being a loyal Sephora customer, this experience left me disappointed and reconsidering where I choose to shop. Going forward, I will likely be taking my business to Ulta instead. I hope Sephora uses this feedback as an opportunity to reinforce the importance of courteous communication and customer care.

I worked at The Body Shop Atmosphere calm & inviting that store crickets maybe me & 1 other client. But you do have a lot of sales people. And they directed me to walk on another street to wait for my iPhone to be fixed at the Apple Store. I had money to burn but I won't go there anymore I will go back to my The Body shop or try Ulta maybe their customer service is a little calmer & inviting. Thank you

The entire treatment was so calm and relaxing, and I genuinely enjoyed every minute of it. Even after just ONE treatment, I already feel like I can see a difference! Willie is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and just so good at what he does. He made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable, which is so important when you're trusting someone with your face! I would absolutely book with Willy again and can't recommend him enough. I wasn't trying to treat wrinkles or remove freckles. If anything, the laser worsened my rosacea and made my already sensitive skin more sensitive. The receptionists/sales ladies were always very friendly. However, the main issue I had was the inconsistency with expertise. I had a different technician at every session and received very different information and advice. One technician literally refused to laser my face that day because my skin was already agitated, whereas previous technicians proceeded anyway. Some technicians (including some receptionists) strongly suggested the "duo" treatment, which ended up aggravating my skin and resulted in a couple of surprise zits. Interestingly enough, the technician at a later session told me I should NOT get the duo as it would be too much for my skin and I didn't need it. Inconsistencies. Case in point. So, while I don't think this business deserves a one star review, I do agree that it's definitely not for everyone. I also really disliked being asked to tip at the end of every session. Despite the initial promo, the treatments were still quite expensive. Call me the cheap a-hole all you want, but I never did leave a tip. I didn't get any results. I also don't tip my dentist and those cleanings require more skill.

The experience was nothing but great, and his thorough explanations of the procedures, combined with his attentiveness, skill, expertise, and compassion, made a significant difference in my experience. The entire team strived to provide the highest quality of care to all patients, and it is heartwarming to see a medical team still give great patient care. From my first appointment to my last, Dr. Tiner introduced himself and, during the consultation, communicated the entire procedure, explaining what would be done, how, and what to expect. After my procedures, I healed well. I would like to add that I had multiple procedures and am completely happy. I could not have been in better hands, and I am grateful for his work and the care he provides his patients. If I were to consider any future procedure, I would definitely return to Dr. Tiner.

I did major research on finding the right plastic surgeon . I felt Dr.Tiner met my criteria based on his credentials, work, education etc. I appreciated the fact that Dr. Tiner took his time in speaking with me about my concerns, he does not rush through the consultation and listens to the concerns of his patients and is honest . He goes over the procedure and explains the process . So I scheduled a facial fat grafting procedure for July . My procedure went well just as Dr. Tiner explained it to me. Dr. Tiner has a great bed side manner and I would highly recommend him to others. Also Dr. Tiner is not only a licensed plastic surgeon but also has the education/license for maxillofacial surgery. Which I felt was a plus because of the skills of both would provide greater results/understanding of facial nerves/structure etc. Thank you again Dr. Tiner for a wonderful experience and fabulous outcome.
