I love this place. Its supply is comparable to Sephora's and I would say even better when it comes to hair fair products. Their hair salon is very convenient and affordable also very professional and talented. You can get all you need in one place even your nails! You better support your local businesses! I highly recommend Han's Beauty Store for your manicure and pedicure. Tracy and Tiffany do a fantastic job on my nails everytime! My dip manicure that Tiffany gave me 3 weeks ago looked beautiful the whole 3 weeks!! No breakage, chipping or change except for my nails growing longer. I invited my friend to join me and her technician Christine did a wonderful job too!! Annie the manager couldn't have been more welcoming. I really look forward to my self care every 3 weeks!!! read more

Came by this shop after I got my eyelashes done - they literally have everything you need and more and it's awesome. I went in not really looking for anything in particular but went by the hair products and they had all the quality brands I love and use and was also recommended a treatment hair mask by a brand I've yet to try for my chemically bleach damaged hair - thanks Annie! From hair products to nail polish, shampoos and treatments - it's definitely a go-to if you're looking for beauty supplies and prefer supporting local business rather than huge chain corporations. This place is clean, bright, and friendly. The prices are reasonable. I get waxed here, mani (gel) pedi (not gel) and hair done here. Everyone here is amazing. Annie, the owner, makes me feel very appreciated. I see she does this for everyone. She learns your name and is very kind. Although this place is far for me, it is worth the trip. This morning was my first time at Han's. I went in specifically to look for new hair products. I've had highlighted hair for about 1 year and it's always extremely dry. I knew all along that I needed to switch out my cheap drugstore products to salon quality products, but I kept prolonging it. Anyhow, Annie helped me pick out the products exactly for my hair type, color and dryness. Later in the day I washed my hair with my new products and I was so impressed! The products she recommended made a world of a difference! I LOVE my new shampoo, conditioner, conditioning mask and leave-in conditioner! I called about 5 minutes after 6 because I saw they closed at 7. I was already going to stop in because I needed a pump for a lotion bottle and I knew they carried it. I was also desperately needing a manicure and pedicure. (I'm a last minute person when it comes to taking some me time). I was 2 minutes away and they said sure come on in! I wish I caught the lady's name that worked on me because she did not rush even though I was likely not going to be done at 7. They could see that I had a nervous look on my face because I felt really bad for keeping them, but at no point did they make me feel rushed. They were all super super sweet! I'm not telling you this to go in last minute, I'm just saying they are so worth going in. Prices are very reasonable. Even if they were higher, the customer service is well worth it. read more

I I believe that this beauty supply store has closed. Luckily, I happen to drive by with my daughter and we found the beauty store. The best part about finding this place was meeting Mrs. Annie. She helped my daughter and I find the perfect products for our hair, including hair dye. We are back now for the second time as we know that we will receive phenomenal service. It's one thing to come to a store and pick up what you think is good for you, but it's another thing when there's someone to hold your hand and help you to make the correct selections. To us, this is far more important than just going to a beauty store. Annie has been instrumental and we look forward to coming back as with hair products you constantly need to replenish. read more

Oh my. I hate to write a less than stellar review for anyone but...I have to be honest. The people who work here are amazing! So customer service oriented ALL the time and very knowledgable about their products. They have a wide variety of products also. They always try to accommodate me when I want a nail appt at the last minute. The nail artists are always so polite and friendly and kind. The ONLY issue I have is that without fail, every time I get a pedicure here I end up with an ingrown toenail on my big toe...sometimes on just one and others on both. Maybe I have weird toes? I wish it was so....This last weekend I told the person working on me about my plight and she understood....still, she hurt my toe with her nail or whatever tool she was using. So, now I am walking around with another really sore toe. I want to give a 5 star review for so soooo many reasons, but can't. read more

And within seconds a helpful angelic smile from my main girl (Irene) innately equipped to read almost any mind, as she reaches from the top shelf handing me a bottle of Pureology Shampoo like it's a bar of gold. Irene with all her heart knows beauty (not just women, she's hip on what a dude desires). I've tried every Shampoo from here to Kalamazoo. When absolutely necessary (when I'm on my last drop of shampoo/conditioner and can't make it to my favorite shop in Diamond Bar, where I can also save $8-$10 per item!!!!) I do shop at the beauty store. They do carry a wide selection of products. I give the store 2 stars. But, we've been going to Celine for eyebrows waxing for 10 years now. She does great work. She's pleasant and courteous. Wouldn't think about going else where. Honestly she's the only reason we continue doing business here. We give Celine 5 stars. read more

And frankly, the customer service varies depending on whether the one of the owners is present or not. I went in this past Friday, walked in at 6:40 pm, told the 2 girls at the counter that I wanted a pedicure and gel ex removal. The hostess said ok, so I proceeded to pick out a color. I sat and waited about 10 min, no one was saying anything, not even the guy who normally does my gelx, or the older lady who's usually in charge. Everyone was giving me side eye looks and rushing out the back door. I got the feeling of "she'll figure it out we're closing." It was a bit humiliating. Amy came and said she'd do my pedicure once she got free. I appreciated her so much for taking me on. When I asked her if anyone would be able to do my nails, she wasn't sure. I disclosed that I was having a surgical procedure the next morning and would appreciate if someone could take them off (per drs request). She took immediate action and went to the 2 young girls at the front desk. When she told them that it was an urgent request bc of my procedure, one of the girls replied with, "Well she should have came sooner." That was kinda hurtful bc little did she know that my procedure was emergency stat. And regardless of my procedure, if they weren't going to have time for me, they should have told me when I checked in, instead of having me wait, and I could have gone down the street to one of the other nail salons. Amy turned to another nail tech who was helping another client. Asked if she could accommodate, and yes she asked Vilan if he would be able to take them off and he did. I appreciated him for it. After my services were done, I left within the hour and would have taken 35 min overall had I been seen right away. I've been a loyal customer to Nailtique since they opened but that girls comment and their lack of communication upon check in was disappointing.

I started seeing her when the mask mandated ended, as I was worried that my skin was showing signs of neglect (from a few years with now facialist) and aging. I go every 1-1.5 mo. now, and I see a difference in the texture, and the facial massages help with lifting. I almost always book the Elevated Resurfacing Facial. I receive compliments all of the time about how nice my skin is, how much younger I look than my age. I love intense massages and facial massages, so if you prefer a very light touch, tell Megan in advance; she will accommodate. She is very mellow, and I can be myself in her presence. After I reminded them that I had called to make an appointment, they told me to have a seat. I waited 25 minutes, only to be told it would be even longer. I understand that businesses can get busy, but I wish they had been honest about their availability when I called. It would have saved me a wasted lunch hour and a lot of frustration. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor impression, and I won't be returning.

I was just randomly googling different nails places near me, and this had to be about the second or third time searching google and really getting the feel of the place just from its photography and appearance. Mind you I was browsing first to find air brush, but then I came across some nail inspiration and boom. I found the "one" look I wanted. So just from the nail inspiration I wanted to find a nail place that gave me what I was feeling from the photograph, a meditation zone, a mini vacation, some earthy vibes, a peace of mind. So out of all the places I came across I chose this one, mainly because my baby nephew name is Mason, but then I looked into the website and it felt amazing just from its art , the style of nails. The appearance everything. And randomly walking in and getting paired with "yuki" she was amazing. A friendly host, we chatted a bit, but honestly her vibe was so peaceful you didn't even want to ruin the moment, her silence was peaceful enough. I sat in the middle row so I had views of outside just taking in the city and the scenery, amazing vibes. I would highly recommend trying this place out. Book with "yuki" if you can , to be quite frank everyone in there salon looks they do amazing work. Like any nail technician you get paired with with get the job done. Give it a 5 star .
