I called about 5 minutes after 6 because I saw they closed at 7. I was already going to stop in because I needed a pump for a lotion bottle and I knew they carried it. I wish I caught the lady's name that worked on me because she did not rush even though I was likely not going to be done at 7. Oh my. I hate to write a less than stellar review for anyone but...I have to be honest. The people who work here are amazing! So customer service oriented ALL the time and very knowledgable about their products. They have a wide variety of products also. They always try to accommodate me when I want a nail appt at the last minute. The nail artists are always so polite and friendly and kind. The ONLY issue I have is that without fail, every time I get a pedicure here I end up with an ingrown toenail on my big toe...sometimes on just one and others on both. Maybe I have weird toes? I wish it was so....This last weekend I told the person working on me about my plight and she understood....still, she hurt my toe with her nail or whatever tool she was using. So, now I am walking around with another really sore toe. I want to give a 5 star review for so soooo many reasons, but can't. read more
