Recently saw RX candles on Instagram. I decided to buy a few candles for gifting and one candle for myself. The candle I picked was called Lake Tahoe. The scent is amazing. It smells so clean and it has a great throw. I love supporting small businesses, and I was pleasantly surprised they had a store/warehouse in Alhambra - about a 5 mins drive from me. I love these candles so much. I came across them a few years back when I first went to Smorgasburg in LA. Back then, they had them in these cute glass jars, now, they have them in a frosted white glass jar. What I love about them is that they don't just do your typical smells like vanilla, lavender... they have a different smell. At 1st I was skeptical but so glad I bought 2 my first time. Loved there products for years when I first came across these sisters' stand at an LA farmers market (before the pop ups) . Everyone that has come into my house goes wild for their scents. It's like I super special secret to share with other fellow candle lovers. Love that they have a family businesses across Cali. Even though they've grown their customer service is so hpful and reachable. Bravo!Their new containers are stylish. Make sure to follow their instructions on how to use products. Horrible customer service, this lady Jocelyn Chun does not know how to run a business! I have been ordering these candles for a while and spent a lot of money but when I had a problem with my shipping Jocelyn did not attempt to resolve the issue and instead blamed me with back and forth petty emails! This lady is greedy, greedy, greedy and does not care at all about having loyal customers. I may have liked their product but it is not worth the awful experience with their "customer service"!! LOVE! I retail these candles at my hair salon and I literally can't keep them on the shelf! They smell beautiful and have such a long burn time. Even when the wax is almost gone I can still get the candle lit. They are priced so affordable that most of our customers purchase a few candles at a time. I bought the White Sandalwood and Wild Grapefruit scents at their booth at Melrose Trading Post a couple of months ago and just ordered 2 more large ones (Ambre and another Grapefruit) online.
