I've always seen RxLA here and there through social media but never committed to buying anything until I burned through my stash of candles in 2020 (you can figure out why). Needless to say, I absolutely love their scents and aesthetic. "Everything" and "South Hampton" scents are now my go-tos. It smells so clean and it has a great throw. I love supporting small businesses, and I was pleasantly surprised they had a store/warehouse in Alhambra - about a 5 mins drive from me. I love these candles so much. I came across them a few years back when I first went to Smorgasburg in LA. Back then, they had them in these cute glass jars, now, they have them in a frosted white glass jar. What I love about them is that they don't just do your typical smells like vanilla, lavender... they have a different smell. At 1st I was skeptical but so glad I bought 2 my first time. These are some of my favorite candles! Try and get them at a farmer's market, local event, etc. if you can, because they're usually a bit cheaper (vs online). The scent on all of them is great - a great blend of fragrances, nothing too overpowering, and they all have had a great throw. Loved there products for years when I first came across these sisters' stand at an LA farmers market (before the pop ups) . Everyone that has come into my house goes wild for their scents. It's like I super special secret to share with other fellow candle lovers. Love that they have a family businesses across Cali. Horrible customer service, this lady Jocelyn Chun does not know how to run a business! I have been ordering these candles for a while and spent a lot of money but when I had a problem with my shipping Jocelyn did not attempt to resolve the issue and instead blamed me with back and forth petty emails! This lady is greedy, greedy, greedy and does not care at all about having loyal customers. I may have liked their product but it is not worth the awful experience with their "customer service"!!
