Recently had the oil changed on my Bentley. Saved hundreds of dollars from what the dealer wanted. The newer Bentleys also require the computer system to turn off the service light. They have that. Ben was super helpful and I was in and out in no time. Same day service. I've called a couple times after with nervous new car owner questions, Ben is always cool about taking a few minutes and answering my questions. I haven't been here for about seven years, since I'm had my first Bentley. Nothing has changed here. Same great service. Aston Martin, Ferrari, Bentley, Maserati, you name it, they service it. This is my second review after all these years. I had my Huracan fully serviced about a month ago at Raging Bull. A) Comprehensive, honest and highest quality service of vehicle. B) Less expensive of what it will cost elsewhere for same level work. C) Frank, the owner and his team Tyler and Ben are very service oriented and friendly. They will all go above and beyond. After completion, Frank even took me on a 30 min test drive in my vehicle. He is a highly skilled driver and I learned quite a few things about my car capabilities that I otherwise would not know. He is such an awesome guy in general. This is my most recent experience using Raging Bull as I go there for servicing of my vehicles for many years now. Probably the best mechanic experience I had, serviced the Maserati Gt here couple of times, service writer and mechanics really honest they took me to the back to show me my car taken apart to show what causing the issue, they charge relatively good rate better than dealer, super honest and friendly. definitely come back to service other vehicles. read more

Frank is one of THE BEST in the super car industry. He will treat your car as if it was his own. He is brilliant on what he does and is very communicative every step of the way. When I was finally ready to get serious about my first Lambo purchase I interviewed the local Newport Beach Lambo dealer and Frank (owner of Raging Bull). The difference? Raging Bull actually cares about their customer and gives you the time of day. Frank spent 20 minutes with me answering all my questions and providing insights into ownership and the Gallardo gen 2 I was shopping for. In a follow up call for additional questions Tyler answered the phone and provided a similar highly positive and knowledgeable conversations When I finally selected a potentially vehicle I chose to work with Raging Bull for PPI and their report was clear / concise and easy to understand. Frank's right hand man Tyler provided excellent phone and email communication and presentation of an incredible report that helped me lay out rough costs for minor cosmetic issues such as sticky buttons and minor paint defect and event helped me map out a maintenance plan and planned costs. As a Lamborghini owner, in my 3 visits to Raging Bull my car was delivered back to me on time, and washed and with great pricing to match, On my first visit Ben their mechanic took time out of his day to show me around the catch change my oil, how to use battery tender he installed and Frank took me for a ride to show me the in's and outs of my new car. Tyler also walked me around the internet for some aesthetic ideas I was considering adding to the car! These three visits have all been elective vs required, as I desire my lambo to be perfect, with a 2011 year budget ... Raging Bull has been helpful and supportive of my goals and stands a by the "customer is always right" After 1 visit I noticed a minor detail that bugged me, Frank and Tyler did not question me, fixed the issue on the spot, and even overdelivered by including a part to ensure my satisfaction. I have been searching for a place to do maintenance for my Maserati because I don't want to bring it to the dealer. I found this place through a friend. Ben and Tyler know what they are doing. My car was supposed to be done after three hours but Tyler and Ben dropped everything to finish my car as soon as they could since I said I would wait over there because I didn't want to go back and forth. The car was done in an hour. The price is pretty reasonable and i'm sure they would beat most of places on the market. I will definitely go to raging bull from now on. I took my Ferrari to the dealership to diagnose a transmission issue, and after paying for a diagnosis, all they could tell me was it could be anything from a sensor to the whole system needing replacement ($4k to $40 range!!) Frank got me in that day and did the pre purchase inspection on the Murcielago. Frank then took the time to go thru the inspection with me in great detail which I really appreciated. Then after I bought the car, I went back when I was in town again to ask Frank some questions about properly operating and maintaining the car and he was gracious enough to take time out of his busy day to answer all of my questions. Excellent service and communication. I wouldn't trust my Range Rover to anyone else -- including the dealership. Frank was precise in his diagnosis of my vehicle, explained the problem (faulty air suspension compressor and LF air strut) in a language that a novice could understand, and rapidly repaired the vehicle -- all at a very reasonable price. He even performed a full comprehensive (and complimentary) check on my vehicle, and rotated the tires and washed the car, to boot. Nowadays, how many garages do that? Half the joy and experience of owning that special car, is having access to a specialist shop where you can get expert service at non-dealership prices. If you're in the market for a used exotic, and in SoCal, I would really suggest you ask around to other owners, and see how many of those people love the work done by RBP. They did the PPI, major service, and some repair work on my car when I was shopping around, and I haven't looked back since. They're more than happy to go out of their way to accommodate any reasonable needs, and Sully is always his joyful self.
