When Brent heard the description his first thought was probably a computer problem, not a transmission issue. He was right! He not only diagnosed it correctly, he worked with Toyota to get an OEM computer. Toyota allocates these sparingly (to keep 3rd parties from price-gouging) and he actually had to write them to obtain one. He installed it and did a full transmission service - all at a great price I got the car back and its as good as new!
