They're so expensive, actually super expensive. He was trying to charge me 175$ for the Chinese low quality tires and he charge 75$ for the used which is kinda expensive too. In the meanwhile I can just purchase the Chinese tire from any other place for 75$ to 100$ max or go to Costco at this point buy a new set of tires for 699$. Usually people come to this kinda shops to save money not to spent more. I know that I'm getting the quality that I'm paying for but when the price is almost the same as the high quality tires from anywhere else like Costco or America's tire, that mean something is wrong or he's taking advantage of this city and the neighborhood. read more

I got an inspection done here after failing a smog test. Tried to overcharge me on parts by $400. When asked if I could provide my own parts, they said it was against their policy. Wanted to upsell me on things that were not needed. Not recommended if you are a young woman, as they were 100% relying on me being ignorant. Took forever to finish the inspection, as well. read more

Honestly they deserve a top rating. They really took care of me. I had been inflating my passenger side front tire day and night to keep it working for many days. Very tedious, annoying and often cold I thought it just needed to be patched to be repaired. They found it was punctured on the inside of the tire, which couldn't be fixed so it needed to be replaced. The driver side read tire had split, so that too needed to be replaced. New tires would normally cost around $1,000 Fortunately they found two use Michelin Pilot Sport Pros for my Tesla on site. They gave me a price that fit my budget, so we had a deal They really made my day and saved me from an accident or worse. They have a customer in me for life now, and hopefully anyone who reads this also becomes their customer too read more

This place started off all right had them check for a noise, told me what they thought it was they couldn't fix it , they recommended me somewhere else. But while I was there I figured I'd get my front struts replaced, and brake and steering fluids flushed since my truck is over 200,000 miles. First There was noise coming from steering after the new struts where in took it back the next day before I did I looked underneath my car to try to check what it was ,where I noticed none of the bleeder nipples on the brakes had oil on them. They fixed the strut problem but made me think ..So I tried to bleed one of the brakes and filthy fluid came out, this could be very dangerous for me, thinking I have clean brake fluid ,old brake fluid can contain too much water boil up and fail on you while driving. Went back to the store with dirty brake fluid to show we ended up settling with them just putting a used tire on my spare which I needed. Couple days later I decided to check the steering fluid flush bought tool and followed the procedure to flush it correctly just to find nothing had been done with that at all, I guess they'd rather me pay for brand new power steering components then do a 15 minute service. Extremely disappointing in this place. Feel robbed. They even cleaned off the brake fluid reservoir probably an attempt to make it look like they did something. read more

I had my tire blow out on the highway and luckily I had enough time to pull off the next exit and park at the local hotel. I called Mesa Tires to check if my side was in stock and upon speaking with Richard they only had 1 tire in stock. Even after having to wait for AAA close to about 2-3 hours Richard held the tire aside as promised + A great price for the quality of tire. Stay far away! The sheisty service writer gets mega butthurt if you say no to additional services. At first the service writer was courteous and helpful but after saying no to the ridiculous upsell, they purposely ignored my car. What was originally quoted to be a 30-minute simple job turned into 2 hours of waiting with zero cars or customers. Here's what I saw they did wrong. With the vehicle on the lift, they spent all this time unnecessarily "inspecting" my car, then gave me their lame unknowledgeable sales spiel. After they discovered they couldn't scam me, they deprioritized my car and slowed production. Keep in mind I can see everything they're doing. Upon checking out, the unprofessional service writer very petty-like threw my keys under the plexiglass and gave me the cold shoulder. Go elsewhere! They deserve 0 stars. read more

I called Richard one morning about getting an oil change same day on my Mercedes, no appointment. I had a rare day off during the week, and we recently moved farther away; I want to make valuable use of my free time. He said they were busy ... but he could squeeze me in at 3 pm. I was there to drop it off at 3 ... and waited around for it. I was out in no time, and they also did an inspection and noticed some wear on my tires. *Earlier the same week ... my wife had made an appointment OVER A MONTH IN ADVANCE, to get an oil change on her SUV at a local dealership in the new area we moved to. She arrived on time - and they promptly told her she would be there waiting for at least three hours! She got the oil change, but was very frustrated. *She said that the next time she needs service ... she will make an appointment, and make the drive and bring it to Richard at Mesa Tire: a high level of personal service ... and she'll be supporting a local business who backs it up with good work. I can't believe I am on here saying this. My father who is old AAPI veteran was robbed at this location. My father took in his car for repair. 2 of my father's beloved Rolex, Jacobs&Co watch was stolen from the backseat of the vehicle. We are 100% certain they went missing at that location (filed police report and they didn't do much..) they just denied it and the cameras didn't have the right angle and the perpetrator knew how to stay away from their camera. Once they couldn't do the job because the truck was too big for their lift or something and they were upfront and honest about it and I appreciate that. I got a screw in 2 tires last night with 1 tire completely flat and the other slowly leaking. I was fortunate that I was able to grab a couple of cans of Fix a Flat to get me home and to the tire shop today. I didn't have an appointment and just decided to pop in Mesa Tires to get both tires plugged/patched. The staff was prompt, pricing was fair and they got me in and out within an hour (and they were busy). I am very happy with my service and will return in the future. I went in a little while back to get my car checked out as it was very shaky when it was driving. After they "examined" the car, they told me all this stuff was wrong with it and i needed to get it fixed. Total money spent was about $600. The next day after i took it home the car was shaking again when driving. I then proceeded to take it to my families mechanic up in LA which i was trying to avoid doing as i didn't want to drive the car too far with it being like this. After i took it to LA, our family mechanic told me after checking it out that they didn't do anything that they said they did besides an oil change. Total scammers!! Don't recommend going here.
