When I first arrived and was waiting to order a drink, another customer waiting at the bar commented that the bartender seemed very grumpy. When one of my friends asked what whiskeys were available, the bartender slammed the menu down on the bar and told him to pick from that. She was consistently rude and abrupt, not only with us but with other members of our group as well. We also noticed other customers reacting to and commenting on her behavior. I understand that people can have difficult nights, but the level of rudeness we experienced was disappointing, especially when the bar was not particularly busy.
