Make sure you get a quote. Their prices more than doubled since the last time we used them 5 years ago and I was caught off guard. I expected it to be somewhat higher due to inflation but not as much as it was. Lesson learned. read more

Sam and his crew are the best! We've got palms, mesquite's and palo verde's throughout our property. They were overgrown, been pruned incorrectly and with the monsoon season here, it was time to get them all thinned out. If you want it done right, call Radley's. Our palms have never looked better. Thank you, guys!!!! read more

Very disappointed that they doubled my price to prune my 2 ficus trees from last year's price! I was referred to them by Life in the Biltmore magazine! The wife who is the receptionist isn't returning my phone calls! They were a No-Show for my first estimate, and I kept calling and finally got the owner to come out and he doubled the price! No way to treat a repeat customer! I guess they're too busy and don't care about repeat business!?! Nancy M read more

I recently used Radleys to remove 9 large Aleppo Pine trees from my property. Unfortunately the Pine blight was wreaking havoc on them, and we made the decision to remove them all. Sam took care of everything, and was able to salvage the large pine limbs (instead of grinding them up like other companies have done in the past). Radleys was easy to work with and quite responsive, and VERY reasonably priced! I would highly recommend contacting them before hiring anyone else. read more

I contacted them over 20 days ago. Originally they called back and I told the very nice female what I wanted and she gave me information. She told me Sam would come out and give me a quote as to what it would cost. I have never received a quote although I left 4,text messages asking for one. This is a crazy way to do business read more

By far one of the best experiences I've had with service, responsiveness, cleanup and overall just excellent work. I had a eucalyptus tree in my backyard that had started to split at the trunk after our last storm. Two large branches had broken off at the time but I only noticed the trunk was splitting this weekend and it could have fallen into my neighbors yard or worse onto their house. The only thing I was worried about was my little pepper plant, it's about 2 feet from the trunk of the 30 foot tree and they made sure it wasn't hurt! Unbelievable care and service for sure. I called 3 tree companies to get the tree down ASAP. Radleys was the first to get back to me, the least expensive, the fastest to answer my questions and they did a fabulous job. They offered to be out within 24 hours of my approval. Thank you guys for the excellent work. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing tree services! read more

Sam went way above and beyond last fall. I had a unique request of him and boy did he and his guys deliver! My large parrot had flown away and we were tracking her from tree to tree over a day and a half. I was in contact with Sam about the possibility of using his tree trimming truck to get up into the tree to get her because she didn't know how to get down. Once she got to a tree that we would be able to access with his truck, they came over on their lunch break to offer their assistance in between appointments. Luckily Sam had grown up with a parrot and understood how sensitive we had to be with the entire situation as to not scare her away again. Within about 15 minutes she was back in my arms and they were on their way to the next appointment. If it weren't for these guys, I don't know how long I would have been camping put in the neighborhood below trees just waiting for her. Thanks again Sam and crew!!!! read more

I sent a request through their website as Yelp messaging isn't enabled. Confirmed 8/10/2020 between 5pm and 6pm to provide an estimate to trip my 20 ft mesquite tree. The owner never showed up! No apology, no follow wup, just a no show. read more

What an amazing crew! Found them on thumbtack.com and they came and removed 3 huge branches that snapped like a twig in a wind storm. This company has great commutation skills with keeping me up to date on when they were coming to my house. Sam and his crew are you! Quick, efficient, and hard workers. read more

Great service and care on the job! They took down 2 huge sissoo trees precariously between my home and my neighbors with only a broken sprinkler (that was likely broken before). Highly recommended. This job was turned down by more than 2 other "highly rated" companies because they couldn't hack it! Difficult job done at the best price. read more

Radley's walks the walk!!! We bought a 1936 house with many old growth trees that had not received proper attention. We interviewed 10+ separate tree companies and Sam stood out as more straightforward and knowledgeable than all the rest. He knows his trees! There was work others said needed to be done that Sam said was unnecessary. Sam was always communicative and honest. Sam and his team were always on time and focused on the job. When they were done the results were better than we could have imagined. (Strangers have stopped to compliment the house and trees! This never happened before Radley's made it look awesome.) We've called them back time and time again as needed. No more looking around... Radley's Tree Service is the best! read more

Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Their prices are reasonable and they do a good job keeping you informed. Will not hesitate to use their services again. read more

Fantastic tree service! We "borrowed" these guys who were working on our neighbors tree today. They were phenomenal! They quoted me a great price on my two 30 ft palms in the front yard. They had the bucket truck ( which made me so much more comfortable than climbing) and knocked it our within an hour. Their clean up was the most impressive. They (of course) cleaned up the yard, then cleaned off the roof, and to top it off, they even trimmed my 8 and 9 ft palms for free as a bonus. Of course I tipped them for their extraordinary service. I am happy to use this tree service company in the future, as well as recommended them to any neighbors in need of exemplary and fair priced services. Ask for Sam. read more

Can't say enough great things about these guys. I'd had 3 other services out to quote the project and wasn't happy with the pricing, scheduling, or plan to remove the tree. It was a 30+ft Ficus in my neighbors yard, 50% of which was hanging over my yard and roof. Sam came out on a Monday afternoon, quoted an unreal price, and said his crew could come out first thing in the morning. I assumed it would be an all day job based on what the other companies told me, but he brought a large boom truck and 2 other guys. They had the entire thing down and cleaned up in 90 minutes. To say that I was shocked would be an understatement. If you don't use these guys you'll regret it, plain and simple. read more

Best Tree Service in Arizona!!! If you have palm trees like I do then you are really annoyed at the beginning of June when the seed pods start to open. Especially if you have a pool. I've dealt with a lot of Palm service companies over the years and Radley's Tree service blows the competition away. Let's start with communication. The owner Sam text me the same day and kept continuous contact throughout the process. I scheduled the palm trees to be trimmed at the end of June, but they were becoming too messy. I text Sam to see if we could schedule an earlier time and they came out the next day. They were here for an hour. Sam's team trimmed and skinned all 4 palm trees perfectly. Before they left they cleaned up the front yard (Including the roof). The final touch was the follow-up. Sam text me 2 days after they came me how the trees looked and let me know he would come back in a week to make sure no more pods opened up and that he is going to feed my Queen Palm (Nice touch). Second, Radley's Tree Service is insured. That is very important to me, especially since 2 of my palm trees are really tall. Sam emailed me proof of insurance right away. Last, the price. Sam's price was extremely reasonable for the work they completed. Conclusion, you will not be disappointed if you use Radley's Tree Service. I liked them so much that I recommended them to my neighbors and they are all using them as well. read more

Radley's was awesome. Super quick, very responsive, and did good work. They made everything easy, and I'm more than happy with how the trees turned out. I had three VERY overgrown mesquite and palo verde trees, and they look great now. And Sam and Lisa seem super nice - which makes me feel better about spending money. :) read more

Quick service! I called Radley's Tree Service on a Monday and they were out the next day even in the middle of monsoon season. We lost a tree in a storm and Radley's was able to remove the entire tree and took every last twig with them! We had some other bush clippings in the yard and Radley's picked them up without even asking. Great work and super customer service! Thank you! read more

Its 6am and you guys wanna start cutting a tree down? Its hour 4. Youre still not done. If i couldnt cut a tree down and wood chipper it in 4hrs i would find a new day job. 6AM! Wtf. You guys are assholes. read more

Excellent communication and an expert team who really know trees. Sam is a great guy who is also very environmentally conscious, making sure trees get a second life as local artwork or responsibly sourced lumber, rather than ending up in a landfill as wood chips. Would definitely recommend him and his team for any tree trimming and removal needs. read more

What an amazing job Sam and his crew did climbing up and cleaning up a couple of my Pinetree's. Not only did they clean up everything they came by the next day and finished picking up all the leftover branches and debris. Very friendly and professional I would recommend Radley's tree service to friends and family read more

They did not do the job they were contracted to do, leaving the tree stumps well above ground level. The contract called for the stumps to be level with the ground. Trying to get them back to complete the job has been unsuccessful as they do not want to come back to Fountain Hills. Use them at your peril but do not be taken in with the words on the agreement. read more
