I recently used Radleys to remove 9 large Aleppo Pine trees from my property. Unfortunately the Pine blight was wreaking havoc on them, and we made the decision to remove them all. Sam took care of everything, and was able to salvage the large pine limbs (instead of grinding them up like other companies have done in the past). By far one of the best experiences I've had with service, responsiveness, cleanup and overall just excellent work. I had a eucalyptus tree in my backyard that had started to split at the trunk after our last storm. Two large branches had broken off at the time but I only noticed the trunk was splitting this weekend and it could have fallen into my neighbors yard or worse onto their house. The only thing I was worried about was my little pepper plant, it's about 2 feet from the trunk of the 30 foot tree and they made sure it wasn't hurt! Unbelievable care and service for sure. I called 3 tree companies to get the tree down ASAP. Radleys was the first to get back to me, the least expensive, the fastest to answer my questions and they did a fabulous job. Sam went way above and beyond last fall. I had a unique request of him and boy did he and his guys deliver! My large parrot had flown away and we were tracking her from tree to tree over a day and a half. I was in contact with Sam about the possibility of using his tree trimming truck to get up into the tree to get her because she didn't know how to get down. Once she got to a tree that we would be able to access with his truck, they came over on their lunch break to offer their assistance in between appointments. Luckily Sam had grown up with a parrot and understood how sensitive we had to be with the entire situation as to not scare her away again. Within about 15 minutes she was back in my arms and they were on their way to the next appointment. If it weren't for these guys, I don't know how long I would have been camping put in the neighborhood below trees just waiting for her. Thanks again Sam and crew!!!! read more

Fantastic tree service! We "borrowed" these guys who were working on our neighbors tree today. They were phenomenal! They quoted me a great price on my two 30 ft palms in the front yard. They had the bucket truck ( which made me so much more comfortable than climbing) and knocked it our within an hour. Their clean up was the most impressive. They (of course) cleaned up the yard, then cleaned off the roof, and to top it off, they even trimmed my 8 and 9 ft palms for free as a bonus. Of course I tipped them for their extraordinary service. Can't say enough great things about these guys. I'd had 3 other services out to quote the project and wasn't happy with the pricing, scheduling, or plan to remove the tree. It was a 30+ft Ficus in my neighbors yard, 50% of which was hanging over my yard and roof. Sam came out on a Monday afternoon, quoted an unreal price, and said his crew could come out first thing in the morning. I assumed it would be an all day job based on what the other companies told me, but he brought a large boom truck and 2 other guys. They had the entire thing down and cleaned up in 90 minutes. Best Tree Service in Arizona!!! If you have palm trees like I do then you are really annoyed at the beginning of June when the seed pods start to open. Especially if you have a pool. I've dealt with a lot of Palm service companies over the years and Radley's Tree service blows the competition away. Let's start with communication. The owner Sam text me the same day and kept continuous contact throughout the process. I scheduled the palm trees to be trimmed at the end of June, but they were becoming too messy. I text Sam to see if we could schedule an earlier time and they came out the next day. They were here for an hour. Sam's team trimmed and skinned all 4 palm trees perfectly. Before they left they cleaned up the front yard (Including the roof). The final touch was the follow-up. Sam text me 2 days after they came me how the trees looked and let me know he would come back in a week to make sure no more pods opened up and that he is going to feed my Queen Palm (Nice touch). Second, Radley's Tree Service is insured. That is very important to me, especially since 2 of my palm trees are really tall. Sam emailed me proof of insurance right away. Last, the price. Sam's price was extremely reasonable for the work they completed. Conclusion, you will not be disappointed if you use Radley's Tree Service. Quick service! I called Radley's Tree Service on a Monday and they were out the next day even in the middle of monsoon season. We lost a tree in a storm and Radley's was able to remove the entire tree and took every last twig with them! They did not do the job they were contracted to do, leaving the tree stumps well above ground level. The contract called for the stumps to be level with the ground. Trying to get them back to complete the job has been unsuccessful as they do not want to come back to Fountain Hills. Use them at your peril but do not be taken in with the words on the agreement. read more
