Scheduling was fairly simple, and the service went well as scheduled. However, due to the invasive nature of the tree, it started to sprout back. Upon notifying Arbor Care, they were quick to send someone to come back and address the tree again at no additional charge. There have been no issues since. I appreciate their helpfulness when a re-service was required. They very cleanly cut down the tree. However, it took weeks/months for them to come back out to…read moreremove the stump - and then only because I called and left messages. When they removed the stump they pulled up the irrigation line and did not bury it back. When I called to have them come out to bury the irrigation line they never bothered to respond so I had to pay a company to come out and bury it. Good removal of tree; terrible follow up on grinding down the stump and putting the yard back in shape after removal.
