Out of all the locations I have been to nobody had mentioned this option except for Eric. I have to give a big thank you and a huge shout out to Eric for his amazing customer service and knowledge. O'Reilly Auto Parts in North Bend has an incredibly friendly and helpful staff…read more Every interaction I've had there has been positive. The team works their tails off to help get the parts I need, and they always do it with a smile. That kind of service makes a big difference. Parts stores can sometimes feel intimidating, especially when the staff acts like they're too cool or too busy to help. That has never been my experience at this O'Reilly. They treat you with respect no matter your skill level or how much you know, and they actually take the time to help. Great people, great service, and a store I really appreciate having in town. Asked me what help I needed he walked with me and showed me the selection that they had in stock. He reviewed the warranties. He was very pleasant and engaging and I thanked him for taking the time to support his customer. The other thing I loved was it. They had a large selection to choose from and I was able to purchase the item. I'm so happy I didn't have to order it and wait for it to come in. I also like the fact that they had multiple staff working and checking out, moving very fast . It was very apparent that they care about their customers, their store and they know what they have in stock. I messed up because I should have gotten the gentleman's name so that I could have filled out a formal compliment form. So I will definitely have to stop in again and get his name. The funny part was on the way out the door. Another sales clerk stopped and said is there something I can help you with? Is there something you need?. I really appreciate the great service and I think this is one of the best auto parts stores I've been in the area

We went to the Big Five store there on Saturday, 10/25/2025 with the intention to buy an Everlast…read more100lb heavy boxing bag, an Everlast speed bag, and the Everlast stand for those two bags. We also intended to buy some other things. These items totaled over $300.00 that we were going to spend that day. When we asked about the boxing bags and stand we were referred to a young man that was in that department. The first thing he said was that his leg hurt, and he was having a bad day. We saw sales tags on the bag and stand, but the tag was on the wrong bag. He didn't seem to know which bag was on sale, so we showed him an ad, and found the right bag. We then asked about the stand which had a sales tag on it for $144.49 but he said it was $150.00. When we asked why 150.00 instead of 144.99 he flew into a rage, and said in a very very loud voice: Jesus Christ, I only a rounded up a penny (not recognizing that it was a difference of over $5.00 not one penny) Then he turned around, and stomped off, not speaking to us anymore. We called out after him, (and I know he heard us) but he wouldn't acknowledge us. We then went up to the checkout desk and told them what happened, and asked to speak to a manager, They said the person we talked to was a department manager, but they would have the store manager contact us when he came in the next day. They also said that the person who helped us seems to have bad days every day, and there had been previous complaints about him. The store manager still has not called back. We have called the store three days in a row now, and the store manager still has not contacted us. We just get the the promise that he was looking into it, and would call us back. We find this totally unacceptable, as we have been loyal customers since this store branch opened years ago, but no more.
