If you need it they will sell it and install it for you but if what you think you need is not right, they will also say so. You can't beat the combination of knowledge and honesty that this shop has! You can also count on them for CB's and marine-oriented entertainment electronics. It's not their major line of business but for those of you who use CB's or want a boat set up with an audio system meant for marine use, be sure to come by and see their offerings. I have dealt with this shop for over 20 years and give them a BIG thumbs up! They're also nice guys to boot :-)

Yesterday, I ordered 65 feet of Cat5e ethernet cable to ensure an uninterrupted connection for my home office internet needs. Brett answered my call and had me come in which I did. Brett welcomed me and proceeded to cut not 65 but 72 feet while charging me for only 65 feet (plus the 2 connectors on the ends). Nice! I hung the cable this morning and the extra 7 feet was a perfect call on Brett's part. Very nice! Excited, I plugged the ethernet cable into my laptop and....nothing. Got no LAN connection. Only my wifi connection which is not reliable for business calls. Man, was I disappointed. All the goodwill I felt went sour. When I called I was told by Christina that Brett was out for the day. No bueno! I told her my situation and she arranged for John to come out and have a look since I had already hung it. When John arrived he tested the line and sure enough there was an issue with it. It was a simple mix-up by Brett when he tied the connections pieces which can happen every now and then. I get it. I know I don't always hit what I'm aiming for in my job as a high school English teacher to at-risk youth. Anyway, John made the repair onsite and applied himself diligently to the task. When he was done I had a connection. Hallelujah! I thanked John and asked him what I could give in return. And now you know. Oregon Satellite provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to help me and I thank them for that. By the way, my at-home internet service is not with Oregon Satellite; I only made a one-time purchase of ethernet cable.

Employee Deagen was openly dismissive, stating he had "2 days left" and "didn't give a f**k," then escalated with ignorant rants and insults until I had to tell him to stop. Brittany was left to handle everything alone and was visibly uncomfortable. She falsely said Sarah was in the bathroom (she was hiding and the womans bathoom door was open), and the process involved repeated errors, claims of slow systems/malfunctioning machines, and multiple backroom trips for basic information. I've never seen a store manager avoid responsibility so blatantly, it's shocking and unacceptable. That said, my dryer and chair were delivered successfully, and service has been great with the team whenever Sarah is not involved. Aaron's should ensure managers are present and accountable, even in difficult situations, and strongly consider re-evaluating management at this location.
