The work man arrived but my refrigerator was not delivered. I was told that somehow my order was not processed correctly and that they would deliver it promptly the next day. The next day arrived and AGAIN, there was no delivery. I called them again and amazingly again I was told that they had no order and that they had to order my item and it would not be available until May 6th, 2026. All this was told to be despite having been given conformations in regards to the order and their assurances. When trying to reach someone at the local store, all I got on the line was an AI generated "helper." I am waiting patiently for May 6th to see if my appliance arrives. I have already lost 2 days of scheduling as well as everything in my refrigerator and freezer totaling approximately $200.00 which impacts me greatly since I am a senior citizen on a limited income as well as being disabled. I hope that this review helps others when considering this company. I know everyone has an opinion and a different experience, but this company seems like it has gone downhill quickly and does not appreciate their customers like they used to.

I called and made an appointment to have it looked at. 9 am appointment and told it would take about half an hour. Called to check on it at noon and was told they just finished it. Went in and talked with the tech and he told me it wasn't installed by them because the connections were not what they have used for many years. I told him they installed and he with an attitude he said they could look it up. I assume he was the owner that looked it up an said that in fact that they did install it.
