Huge and beautiful decorated game room with playing tables for Warhammer, Battletech, Magic, D&D, etc. They have a bank of Gashapon machines that entertain my 9 year old daughter for 10 minutes so I can shop in peace while she figures out which one she wants to put tokens into. Been in probably 100 times over the years for tournaments or to browse through their massive selection and despite what the negative reviews say I have never seen the owner or staff be rude to anyone. Literally never. I have however on many occasions seen gamers stand at the register and want to chat with them for 20 minutes about their life story and I've seen the staff have to cut them off to help the next person in line, which is not rude at all it's completely reasonable. PRO TIP: If you go into a business don't expect the staff to always be able to chat with you for 10 minutes about your favorite hobby as they have product to order, shelves to stock, online orders to process, and other customers to attend to. It is a business after all and they are working. Based on my experiences here I tend to think many of these negative reviews are from super nerds who don't have enough social awareness to understand that they can't consume 20 minutes of a staff members time with chit chat or that perhaps their trade in item isn't as rare and valuable as they think it is. Ignore the bad reviews, go in for yourself and I think your experience will be very similar to mine.

I have had situations in the past, but today was the worst. You cant find employees if you need help you're on your own, the cashier there was one older woman doing balloons while there were five people waiting in line to use the self check out, I happen to work in retail so I know how to use the kiosks but the elderly woman next to me did not even know how to begin...I had to instruct her through the self check out or she probably would've walked out. I asked the woman that was behind the counter working there who is making balloons if she was going to help or if there were any cashiers and she said there were no cashiers and she was busy forfilling a balloon order! Now many years in retail, plus the fact that I am also a customer I found this atrocious that she was unwilling to come out from behind the counter to help customers . I've actually had to wait before I bought my goods while the employee had a casual conversation with his friend about a card game, he then gave me a really dirty look when I spoke up. The worst was that I actually witnessed the worker kick a customer out because he didn't like the same game as him. The store is good, I would give it 4 or 5 stars but the terrible workers ruin the experience.
