Please don't go here! This place needs to be investigated and l agree with the other person mentioning fraudulent activities! My mother went here two weeks ago because her one of teeth needed to be pulled, she needed a deep cleaning and a few fillings. She left with an entire different being tooth that she never complained about and an infection. She left this office in more pain than she ever felt before and the Dr. kept telling her it was normal and the pain would wear off. My mother woke up the next day with her face the size of a baseball unable to open her mouth or eat. All of the pain was coming from the OPPOSITE side of where the work was done on her mouth. The Dr. refused to see her and insisted on her taking her medicine it wasn't until I forcefully took my mom back to the office without an appointment where we were refused again but told to go to the ER and gave her a referral to a specialist because there was nothing else she could do. How do you mess with my up mom's mouth then send her off? Another week has passed and NOTHING has changed it's actually gotten worse and she now has a very large abscess in her mouth. She went back to radiant yesterday and the doctor told her she infection has now spread to two other teeth and she needed to go back to the ER for medicine and help with her abscess. I just want to remind everyone this is a Dentist office that's has every equipment necessary to go inside of someone's mouth but we have to do to the emergency room? Over something you caused ? Ok. So I took my mom and the ER INSTANTLY popped it. You know it's bad when the entire hospital is asking us what dental office she went to so they stay far away from there. That lets me know this Dr. didn't want too and she refuses to do anything if big money isn't involved. She doesn't care about her patients at all or my mother would've never left her office expressing the pain she felt and then to be refused a visit for an entire week is not okay!!! I called my mother's insurance to see what exactly did this Dr. put in referrals for and the tooth my mom initially went in for was NEVER sent out for an approval but an entirely different tooth was with different requests my mother didn't ask for BASICALLY this Dr. just tries to milk her customers of money and insurance money . The deep cleaning I mentioned early that my mom needed wasn't approved because it didn't need approval but the Dr. told my mom it did and that she needed to make payment plans ? The Dr. also told her fillings are no longer a thing which isn't true she'd rather just pull random teeth from your head because she gets paid the most. Currently looking at my options here with legal action because if she has to endure anymore pain or possibly has to get these two other teeth removed over something that could've been helped two weeks ago ... we have a big problem. My mom is 54 years old and the way she's been treated by this Dental office is disgusting! She's lost 10 pounds so far and she's diabetic. read more

I was supposed to have an appointment today, I get back and then they tell me that I have a copay and need to pay my deductible upfront. I was called twice to confirm my appointment and was not told about any of it. I just wasted my time and gas driving over there I am so mad. read more

Honestly the best dental and professional work I've experienced! The staff is more than friendly, everyone is highly knowledgeable of their work and their attitudes are professional! I live down the hill, and it is an hour drive for me, however I refuse to go to any other dentist because radiant dental always satisfies my picky needs! Everyone knows your name the moment you walk in and the service you get is well deserved! The staff will stay longer and do overtime if you still need their assistance which is very kind of them. The work is phenomenal! When being worked on, I find myself asleep most of the time because the assistants and Dr are very gentle with careful with working on you. Dr is very busy but always have time to work on you as well! She is very smart and educated on her work! Whenever her assistants do any procedures on you, Dr is there for double checking and clarification. All work that is done Dr goes over it several times and does final touches! I've have had nothing but best results here and my favorite people are Brenda and Haley. Always happy to have me there and I'm always feeling welcome! read more

Be aware of possible FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES. I was quoted price for several procedures, right off the bat the quotes seem like out of this world. They refused to provide codes for the procedures on my first visit, stated that my insurance does not cover everything. I ended calling my insurance, deltacare stated that the quoted price is way out of the range and requested me to call Radiant Dental again stating that it is my right to know what codes were used. After they provided codes all of a sudden the procedure went down from $2200 to $700. Also, they changed the original procedure that Dr. Salwan was pushing for me to do which was $2400 and now I guess with the codes it only costs $930, and now she can't do the procedure anymore because "she changed her mind". Ow yes, and I guess they lost paperwork of that quoted procedure, very convenient. Be careful you may be receiving inappropriate and unnecessary treatments. My recommendation, see another dentist, if you have to wait 30 days before switching dentists then make sure to ask for codes, always call insurance to confirm that the price correlates with the codes they give you. Do not be fooled by the friendly staff at the front desk. If you feel you were misled on the price or Dr. Salwan performed unnecessary treatment I recommend filing a complaint with the Dental Board of California and possibly filing a LAWSUIT. Went to the status for the first time because I am assigned to it from my insurance. I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff is friendly and courteous they make you feel welcome the second you walk in the door. The dentist is very sweet and they are very reasonably priced on procedures. They are not pushing to sell you electric toothbrushes or insisting that you need a procedure done. I appreciate they suggest things that you may need to do in the future, but they are not pushy or insistent about it they leave it up to you which rare. I highly recommend radiant dental if you are looking for a dentist. read more

I left a Google review that was detailed but in a nutshell, they were very deceitful in their practice charging me over $200 for a teeth cleaning that was supposed to be no charge. They did not tell me my insurance covers 100% of the cleaning. Instead they charged me for some kind of "preventative" solution even after I declined it. They went ahead and charged me anyway leaving me to just assume that's the price of a teeth cleaning. I should've been more vigilant in knowing my coverage but they should also share the cost breakdown with their customers. I am filing a grievance with my insurance so hopefully it will get their attention. Crazy thing is I have been in this Doctors' home due to services from my previous employment. Do Not Go to this Dentist....The complaints are legitimate.....The staff and dentist are friendly, however, that doesn't make up for the the horrible job they do as professionals....they bill for work not done and then lie about it... their work is shoddy at best.... all the work they did has to be redone by another dentist.....I filed a claim with my insurance company to have the charges reversed..... they tried to tell me that I had my tooth pulled and a deep cleaning on the same day???? BEWARE!!! This dentist is extremely expensive when your paying out of pocket for procedures your dental insurance doesn't cover... My daughter was told she had 4 small cavities and needed fillings. My insurance only covered metal so I had to pay 120$ per tooth for white resin composite. My daughter only has white resin composite fillings and I've NEVER paid that much. Insurance company stated that this type of filling should cost no more then 50$. Just be aware you will be paying steep out of pocket charges if you choose to use this dentist. I have canceled all future appointments with this facility. I choose not to do business with people that take advantage of there paying customers. That was my first and only visit. For starters my husband had to go to another dentist to repair the dental work done by this dentist. Most dentist explain what the insurance will cover and any out of pocket expenses. They did not. Turned us over to collections, and it now shows on our credit report. read more

All I have to say is that I live and work in Hesperia and I love my dentist.

I broke my front tooth in my dentures and I didn't know where to go to have it fixed. Everyone I called said it would take a week. I called Radiant Dental and they got me in the next day and had my dentures fixed and back to me the next day. It was an amazing experience! The dentist and the hygienist were so professional and knowledgeable. The entire staff was so kind and friendly. I had to drive 2 hours to get there but it was worth every mile! Unless you are a millionaire with money to burn RUN away! I came for 1st time They DID reduce exam fee from $150 to $50. But then After exam you speak with a "consultant". Kind of like a used car lot feeling. The doctor dictated to assistant- every tooth had a comment- "need to remove old silver filling, need under gum cleaning, hairline crack, etc. My chipped crown and filling and cleaning (after saying know to the "laundry list") would cost $1,200 !! Foe one tooth repair and cleaning. My God Guess they are paying for the new building and fancy technology costs. Nice people but WAY WAY too expensive. Went back to my regular dentist. Same work totaled $400 No exam fee because it was a second opinion. read more

went here to have one back tooth fixed before she went on vaca one tooth and to have my teeth cleaned.... she then proceeded to remove all my metal fillings ........... we had discussed this but i wanted her to fix the tooth that hurt first! said several of my teeth were cracked and i needed crowns just been to another dentist and they didn't say anything about crowns? i just didn't like the long wait... (no wait here now we know why) i said no crowns, just fix the teeth and clean them she took out the metal and filled them w some yellow crap my teeth look horrible!!! no shape to the tooth floor they are just flat and yellow!!!!! it looks filthy and nasty and yellow with the veins of metal she left behind!!!! inside my the white back teeth .... horrid job and now they are sensitive and hurt they didn't hurt before this! then she filled in the places my gums had receded (im 52 and a smoker i was doing all this to whiten my teeth.......) with some type of yellow bondo crap .....tons of it was left behind in my mouth and chipped off for 7 days i kept spitting it out but swallowed some of it...............i'm so depressed and mad, my teeth look waaaay worse than before they were cleaned its horrible it looks like i have huge uneven rough chunks of tartar on my teeth......i never authorized her to do this and she never asked either she just assumed and did it..........she did not have my permission do do this to my teeth....... not even sure if she charged my ins co but im going to call them and ask then tell them what happened....... because shes in my network and she needs to not be!!!!.... i am so upset and distraught my teeth are my welcome smile to my clients.......... its how i say hello i have a great welcoming smile.......... or or at east i had one......... now i don't even want to smile.......... my teeth look so ugly....... i'm panicking knowing i cannot afford to have another competent dentist fix this and ill be damned if i ever trust this &^t%^$# in my mouth again!!!!! do yourself a for go to a real dentist she is horrible and will not do anything to fix this run fa run fast run away from this greedy incompetent person you can still see the metal she left behind you can see the huge uneven lumps of yellow bondo crap she used (its not even even) its awful the hygienist did a great job btw!!!!! i wish i could say this for this horrid dentist, shes the reason people are scared of dentists ........... i was also told that im not the first person she has done this to by the way ......... if there are others please find me on facebook my name is lisa wilson.......... you'll see lots of doggies and horseys on my fb page please contact me asap 7/9/18 i want to get a lawyer on this situation before she does this again and again ...... this is a nightmare .............she needs to be stopped read more
