The dentists and staff are amazingly kind and gentle. I highly recommend them, especially for anyone who has a fear of going to the dentist.

The first cleaning I had was the best I've had in a LONG time, and the progress I've made with cavities being filled has gone smoothly with Dr. Kim and team. Well... I guess my Yelp review made it into the patient notes…read more After being a patient here for YEARS and having several less-than-great experiences, I decided to do something I apparently shouldn't have done ,give them another chance. I called to schedule a simple cleaning, and before I could even get past scheduling, I was transferred to a representative who wanted to know what brought me back after my previous Yelp review. Now THAT was unexpected. Apparently, the review was memorable enough to earn its own little spot in my patient history. The representative then proceeded to explain that they would appreciate it if, in the future, I brought my concerns directly to them instead of going to Yelp. Ma'am... I DID. That's the part that seems to have conveniently disappeared from the notes. I had already expressed my concerns after my previous visit. Nothing magically improved, and apparently the appropriate response was to keep doing business as usual and hope I simply forgot about it. Let's be very clear: Yelp wasn't my first stop. It was the destination after the actual customer-service conversation went nowhere. And honestly, the irony of a dental office being more concerned about what I write about my experience than what caused me to have the experience in the first place is almost comical. If you don't want unhappy customers leaving negative reviews, perhaps focus on creating experiences that don't inspire negative reviews. Revolutionary concept, I know. I also don't understand how a business can expect loyal customers to accept sitting around 25-30 minutes past their scheduled appointment time just to be seen. I didn't schedule an appointment for "sometime around 2:30-ish, give or take." I scheduled an appointment for a specific time. And let's not forget, my time is valuable too. After being a loyal patient for years, I would expect my concerns to be taken seriously, not for me to essentially receive a warning about where I'm allowed to express my dissatisfaction. The better response would have been: "We're sorry your previous experience wasn't what it should have been. We appreciate your loyalty and would love the opportunity to make it right." Instead, I got: "So... about that Yelp review... " At this point, I'm less concerned about the fact that they keep notes and more concerned about what exactly they're learning from those notes. Loyalty is a two-way street. Customers shouldn't have to beg to be respected, and they certainly shouldn't have to choose between being heard privately and being honest publicly. If your biggest concern after a bad customer experience is where the customer posted about it, rather than why the customer was unhappy, you've completely missed the point. Anyway... I came back for a cleaning and somehow ended up getting a reminder about my Yelp history. 10/10 for record keeping. Not so much for customer service. Also in the notes was it noted I didn't receive my refund for my appt that never took place ????

My mother went here two weeks ago because her one of teeth needed to be pulled, she needed a deep cleaning and a few fillings. She left with an entire different being tooth that she never complained about and an infection. She left this office in more pain than she ever felt before and the Dr. kept telling her it was normal and the pain would wear off. My mother woke up the next day with her face the size of a baseball unable to open her mouth or eat. All of the pain was coming from the OPPOSITE side of where the work was done on her mouth. The Dr. refused to see her and insisted on her taking her medicine it wasn't until I forcefully took my mom back to the office without an appointment where we were refused again but told to go to the ER and gave her a referral to a specialist because there was nothing else she could do. How do you mess with my up mom's mouth then send her off? Another week has passed and NOTHING has changed it's actually gotten worse and she now has a very large abscess in her mouth. She went back to radiant yesterday and the doctor told her she infection has now spread to two other teeth and she needed to go back to the ER for medicine and help with her abscess. I just want to remind everyone this is a Dentist office that's has every equipment necessary to go inside of someone's mouth but we have to do to the emergency room? Over something you caused ? Ok. So I took my mom and the ER INSTANTLY popped it. You know it's bad when the entire hospital is asking us what dental office she went to so they stay far away from there. That lets me know this Dr. didn't want too and she refuses to do anything if big money isn't involved. She doesn't care about her patients at all or my mother would've never left her office expressing the pain she felt and then to be refused a visit for an entire week is not okay!!! I called my mother's insurance to see what exactly did this Dr. put in referrals for and the tooth my mom initially went in for was NEVER sent out for an approval but an entirely different tooth was with different requests my mother didn't ask for BASICALLY this Dr. just tries to milk her customers of money and insurance money . The deep cleaning I mentioned early that my mom needed wasn't approved because it didn't need approval but the Dr. told my mom it did and that she needed to make payment plans ? The Dr. also told her fillings are no longer a thing which isn't true she'd rather just pull random teeth from your head because she gets paid the most. Currently looking at my options here with legal action because if she has to endure anymore pain or possibly has to get these two other teeth removed over something that could've been helped two weeks ago ... we have a big problem. My mom is 54 years old and the way she's been treated by this Dental office is disgusting! She's lost 10 pounds so far and she's diabetic.

After I checked in, I was then informed that the hygienist was not present - not a huge deal, but the office never informed me of this, and I would have scheduled further out when the hygienist was available if given the choice. I had x-rays and pictures taken, and I paid a $25 co-pay for one x-ray "that insurance doesn't cover". I later looked at my insurance plan and found that I should not have owed anything - all preventative x-rays are covered under my particular plan. I also was given a saliva test. The result was negative, but no-one bothered to read me the results. I later had to go to the MyChart app to get the results. Then Dr. Lee then told me that he had some concerns, including a potential cavity, and that I'd see the hygienist next time. August 20th - I booked another appointment for my cleaning. I took another 4 hours off of work to accommodate, and that's when I found out that this also wasn't a cleaning appointment: instead, it was a consult. Staff did say that they "might be able to squeeze me in" for a cleaning same-day, depending on what they were looking at. The hygienist then looked over my x-rays and told me I had bone loss in my jaw and that it would take aggressive treatment to prevent it from getting worse. I was never examined nor my dental pockets never measured; she came to that conclusion based on the x-rays. At first she said I would need a deep cleaning, then she relented and said I'd need a partial deep cleaning for each quadrant. I'd also need to go back every 3 months for a cleaning. I would also need to do a second saliva test - this one would tell me if I have really bad bacteria in my mouth - I don't remember if she said whether or not insurance would cover it. She wouldn't even examine me until I signed an agreement to pay $600 on top of what my insurance covers. I still have the printout for what I was quoted - I can prove it. I informed the office staff that I would be looking for a second opinion. I then went home and double-checked my insurance coverage - I have a $350 a year out-of-pocket maximum and the services this office insisted I needed are, in fact, covered. Today I brought my images over to a second dental office, who did an exam and cleaning the same day. The second dentist said that not only did I not have a probable cavity, but that he saw no evidence of bone loss or periodontal disease. He said I was in perfect dental health. All of this to say: if this office withholds care from you based on your willingness to pay them on top of what insurance covers, please get a second opinion. I don't think it's ethical or okay business practice to treat patients this way.

It's places like this that will make you fear the…read moredentist for the rest of your life In just six months, I have lost thousands of dollars, had a perfectly healthy tooth permanently shaved down for no reason, and am left with more damage, pain, and ongoing infection than ever before. What was supposed to fix a simple issue has turned into a traumatic, costly situation that has significantly worsened my dental health. I initially came in to have a 3-tooth bridge redone due to an infection. Once the bridge was removed, I was told the teeth underneath had deteriorated and that I now needed a much larger and far more expensive bridge. I was pressured to make an immediate financial decision on the spot or leave with multiple missing teeth. This all happened late in the evening, after hours, when the office was closing. What followed was one of the most distressing experiences I've ever had in my life. I became completely overwhelmed and broke down in the dental chair--crying uncontrollably in front of multiple staff members. I was confused, scared, and felt trapped. My bridge had already been removed, I was being told I could not get anything else done without committing to a much larger treatment plan, and I was suddenly facing thousands of dollars in unexpected costs and the appearance of my mouth without a bridge was a real life nightmare. I did not feel like I had the ability to stop or step away and process what was happening Despite my visible distress, sobbing, asking questions, my obvious confusion and clearly not in a state to make decisions--they proceeded to shave down my healthy front canine tooth that same night. I remember laying there in the chair crying while it was being done, feeling powerless and unable to advocate for myself. It was not just upsetting it was deeply traumatic. I left that appointment feeling shaken, violated, and regretting that I hadn't been given the chance to pause or understand or think clearly before irreversible work was done, that would all be for nothing in the end. After that, I underwent a root canal that felt rushed and unusually painful compared to others I've had. During the procedure, the dentist appeared frustrated, sighing and rushing through it, and I experienced a level of pain that did not feel normal. That same night, I had severe, unbearable pain and I knew immediately something went wrong. It took time for the office to acknowledge the failure, but eventually they admitted the root canal was unsuccessful and the tooth was damaged during the procedure. Since then, I've had a constant infection in that tooth, and I've now been told it needs to be extracted. Because of this failed procedure, the original bridge plan is no longer even possible. However, I still paid for it partially and am still being held financially responsible, not only for the failed root canal, but also for the shaving of my previously healthy tooth and the crown it now requires for the rest of my life. I'm even expected to pay for the extraction caused by the failed treatment. I am now facing significantly more extensive dental work, including the possibility of dentures, all as a result of treatment that was supposed to help me. This experience has been physically painful, financially devastating, and emotionally traumatic. I have never felt so helpless in a medical setting, and I would not want anyone else to go through what I experienced here. I am going to my old dentist an hour away, to get a second opinion. The manager here was completely uncaring and unwilling to discuss a solution to make this right so I feel like I have no other options than taking legal action at this point. Do yourself a favor and never ever come here
